The 2025 YouTube Content Strategy for Daily Sales

This is a YouTube video titled "The 2025 YouTube Content Strategy for Daily Sales" created in February 2025. It features Trena Little delivering a detailed monologue on how business owners should shift from creating beginner-level content aimed at gaining views to advanced, ready-to-buy content that drives sales. The video includes examples for fitness and life coaching niches, emphasizing the importance of targeting viewers who are ready to invest in solutions. Trena also discusses the benefits of YouTube over Instagram for sales conversion and hints at upcoming content about modern sales funnel strategies.
If you're posting content and you're not seeing your stripe or your PayPal alert go off, that you made a sale, you're doing content all wrong. And this doesn't mean if you're posting Instagram content, podcast content, YouTube content, email content, you should be getting sales alerts every time you post new content. And if you're not, it's because you're creating the wrong content. In fact, if you watched my video from last week that I will link right here, I talked about why Instagram is dying for business owners and killing your chance for daily sales. You can watch that one later. But I want you to understand that if you are focusing on beginner level content, the how to videos, the tips videos, the trendy viral videos, and you're trying to get more views, more followers, this is the exact reason you're not making sales. Because views do not equal sales. Hear me loud and clear when I say you don't need more views for more sales. You need to be attracting the right people views, those people who are actively looking for the solution that you have. Let me prove a point to you right here. I have a friend of mine who had three reels go viral. Two of the reels hit over a million views, another one hit over 8 million views. You would think she made it amazing. How many sales did she make with those three reels? She didn't even break $5,000. Why? Because the content was fun, it went viral and it wasn't speaking to anyone ready to buy. And that's the trap all of us business owners fall into, because we think that's when we make it. If we have a video go viral, that's when we'll see the sales that we need. But viral views attract casual viewers, not buyers. So I really need you to have a mindset shift right here, right now. The question you need to ask yourself isn't how, how do I get this next post viral, but how do I choose the next best topic that it will attract my ready to buy viewer? Here's the root of the problem. When you're creating videos like how to X, Y, Z or five Hacks to or five Tips to, you attract people who are curious about your topic. It's surface level topic, right? But they're not really committed to having the problem solve the root of the problem because they don't have a real problem yet. So they don't have a need for the solution that you have. Your course, your services, your digital products. Let's walk through an example here. Let's say you're a fitness coach. You post a video called what is a caloric Deficit? Who is going to watch that video or who is going to be clicking on that video? Probably somebody just getting started in their fitness journey. They're interested, they're thinking about it, they're looking at ways that they could start to lose weight, maybe get healthy. But if somebody's searching that topic, ready to pull out a credit card to work with a one on one fitness coach, probably not. Will this content get you views? Absolutely. Because it's search based beginner level content. There is way more need for beginner level content. But beginner level content does not turn into sales. So while you'll get more views potentially, it doesn't mean you're going to make more sales. And we have to make that shift in our mind right now. Just because we're going to create a video that could get more views does not mean it's going to get us more sales. How do we then shift our content? So let's take that fitness coach as an example. You need to think about what is going through their head, what questions, what problems are they having right before they say yes to buying. Your solution, your coaching, your course. So this fitness coach should probably adjust her content to how I help Sarah lose 20 pounds after three kids without giving up wine. You see how much, much more I like to say advanced that question is. This is for somebody who has kids who likes their wine, who has probably been trying to lose weight without giving up her wine. And if she sees that video, boom, she knows instantly you're going to be that solution for her. Now is that video going to be for everyone? Absolutely not. But is it going to get the viewers, the quality viewers that will want to work with you 100%. That type of video is going to attract people who are ready to invest. Let's walk through a few more examples. But I do want to reiterate this fact. These videos are not going to get you hundreds of thousands of views, but they can drive you hundreds of thousands of sales dollars. What's more important to you? Let me know in the comments. Do you want more views or do you want more sales? Comment either one down below. So this is a concept that I teach my clients. Code beginner level content and expert level content. Let's do a few more with that fitness coach. Beginner level content. Five exercises to burn belly fat how to meal prep in three easy steps. Now let's adjust that content to more ready to buy viewers. The real reason you're not losing weight. It's not what you think. That is going to attract somebody who has been trying to lose weight and they just don't know. They're probably super frustrated. They're trying to figure out what do they need to do to to lose weight. This person is ready to buy. Or another video title could be why 90% of workout plans for moms don't work. Here's what to do instead. Again, you can see the key differences. Beginner content attracts casual browsers, not people ready to invest in having their problem solved. What about a life coach for high achieving performers? Beginner Level Content five Ways to Improve Work Life Balance okay, the benefit of mindfulness at work, what is burnout and how to prevent it all seem kind of vague, kind of broad, right? Not going to bring the people who are ready to have their problem solved. Instead, ready to buy content would be something like the secret to getting out of burnout for good without quitting your job. Much more specific for that person, right? Why high achievers struggle with burnout more than others and how to fix it. Again, getting a little bit more specific drives a much more qualified viewer than those basic beginner level video topics or the three step framework my clients use to achieve balance in 30 days. So much more solution driven. And I hope you can see the difference now between what is beginner level content that maybe you're creating versus how you need to shift the type of content you're creating. Let's reiterate the key differences here Again, beginner content focuses on educational information. Ready to buy content speaks specifically to a person already experiencing burnout and actively searching for someone to help them fix it. I'm curious, what kind of content do you think you're creating right now when you're publishing your content for your business? And I want you to know it's not your fault if you are creating more beginner level content than you should be. It has been ingrained in our head that more views, more followers, more likes, more shares, shares, more subscribers is success. But as business owners, that's not what success is. We want the sales right now. Before I tell you about the good news about beginner level versus Advanced level content. If you're starting to think that long form YouTube content may be the direction you want to go, but you're like, there just seems to be so many steps to take. I break down my entire YouTube workflow. Not only do I show you how I come up with ideas and I show you how I film film my videos and the entire process From A to Z in my mini course, the Prep system for YouTube success. It is under a hundred dollars if you want to just dip your toe into the workflow of what YouTube could be for you. Again, if you want to replace Instagram with YouTube, definitely grab that. Like I said, it's under $100 and it will give you a sense of how this could actually fit in your business. You can get it@trina little.com forward/prep. When you do finally shift your your mindset to creating advanced level and not beginner level content. This is where you can really break out in YouTube fast. And I have proof that when you shift from your Instagram content and you're ready to buy content over on YouTube, you start to see momentum of sales. I had a client of mine who had been doing all the Instagram things and she decided it was time, time to focus over on YouTube and we adjusted the type of content that she was creating. We focus on that more ready to buy viewer content. And within two to three videos that she posted, she started to get signups sales to her membership. She realized that people would find her on YouTube and within one day of finding her on YouTube buy into her membership as opposed to people who were on Instagram following her for months, DMing her for months. She saw the power that shifting the way she created her content, the type of content that she created on YouTube really allowed her to break out and also convert people so much faster. Because the good news about YouTube is advanced level content or ready to buy viewer content isn't as saturated as beginner level content. This is where a lot of people fall flat on YouTube. They take their idea of getting started on YouTube and they focus on beginner level content. And this is the content that is most saturated. So it's going to be incredibly hard for anybody who wants to start on YouTube to get traction and focus on beginner level content. But that's not what us as business owners need to be doing. If you transition your mindset to advanced level content, you're going to be able to get those videos, those questions that you're answering, those problems that you're solving to the people that are ready to buy quickly. It doesn't have to be a long term game on YouTube when you focus on ready to buy content. So instead of asking yourself what is my next video I should create? You need to be thinking about what video will attract my next paying client. You need to be creating that content that mirrors the exact questions pain points your ideal clients are struggling with. Right before they buy a solution. Your content shouldn't be about getting views, it should be about getting the right views from people who are ready to buy. There is a catch, though. Even if you start creating the right content, there's still one thing that may slow you back from making those daily sales, and that's your sales funnel. If you're still relying on outdated Funnel tactics from 2021, 2022, even 2023, you need to shift to what's working in sales funnels today in 2025. So I want to break down why those traditional funnels are currently dead and show you what's working right now to convert viewers into paying clients. In the next video that's on your screen right now.
