The 3-Funnel System Behind My $175K Month

Trena Little broke down how she hit $175K in a month using three funnels: YouTube videos feeding a free webinar and $27 offer, the webinar converting 5% of attendees to high-ticket clients, and an email sequence for non-buyers. She spent $92K on Meta ads to get leads under $8 each and netted over $170K profit.

This is the money episode. I am pulling the curtain back, showing you everything that I made through my webinar, conversion rates, sales, ad spend, everything. So make sure you stay for the entire video. Welcome back to the Rich and Recommended series. This series is all about showing you how to get rich in money, rich in time, family, and fun, but also recommended by AI, YouTube, and word of mouth in 2026. If you are new to this series, I've also talked about in part 1 the whole plan of this series and how I am planning to make $1 million this year using YouTube as my sole content platform. Let me know in the chat if you'd love to just like create content on one platform. Say me. Um, and then how I'm breaking it down to actually make that happen. Uh, before we get into this money episode, because as I said, I'm sharing all the numbers, I want remind you that I am hosting my Build Your Big Virtual Reputation Conference in just a few days. Now, the reason why you got to be here is, first of all, you don't have to go anywhere to this virtual conference. You can sit in your PJs, you can chill at home. But more importantly, I'm showing you all of this that I've been able to do in my business using YouTube and not doing Instagram at all. But during the virtual conference, I'm going to show you how you can actually build it, because I can show you my funnels and my my numbers all day long, but if you don't know how to create the right videos for the right people in the right sequence, none of this is gonna work for you. And that's what the virtual conference is all for. So I'm gonna pop up the link to grab your ticket. Tickets are just $27, and again, you're having a full day with me. I'm actually doing an entire live coaching session, so you could get coached by me live there as well. But more importantly, I'm going to be showing you how to build a YouTube strategy that gets you recommended and paid. Amen, right? So let me know if you got your ticket already. Say ticket in the chat if you're like, already bought mine, I'm totally there, because I can't wait to see you. I love doing these live events. They're always so much fun. But I'm not going to take up any more of your time. We're going to jump right into the money episode. Let's see how many times I can say money. Also, on a side note, it is spring break here. So at any given point in time, my child may or may not walk in here. So bear with me, let's get through today. Hopefully there's not very many distractions. So as I mentioned earlier, and in part 1, which I have part 1 linked and part 0 and part 1 linked down in the description box that you can go back and check out. My goal this year is to hit $1 million in revenue using YouTube and ads. As my primary way of generating leads. Now we all know we've got to create content to get email subscribers, to get clients, right? And so how do we do that? Well, we either create content to attract them or we pay for them with ads. And so when I broke down all my data from 2025, which I showed you in part 0, I broke down that I need to make $83,333 a month You know, as an entrepreneur, it's not always the same. We have good months, we have bad months, right? But I wanna show you how I specifically broke this down. So again, showing the numbers. This is a walkthrough of my funnel, right? So to hit an annual goal of $1 million, I've gotta make that $83,333. So I need to get about 30 new clients a month or about 8 new clients a week to get to that monthly target goal. And my current webinar conversion rate based on the people that sign up is about 5%. So what I need to do in my webinar to get 8 clients a week is I need to have 160 people sign up for my webinar. Let me know in the chat if these numbers are making sense. Say got it if you know what I'm talking about here, if you can under— understand this breakdown. But because of the numbers that I have, again, I know I need to have 1,000 people sign up weekly. So that's 4,000 people signing up the entire month to my webinar because I know that I have a 26% webinar landing page conversion. The people that come to my webinar registration page, 26% convert, and I have a consistent average of 16% show-up rate. So based on the people that sign up to my live webinar, these are all live every single Monday, 16% of those that sign up show up. And then of those 160 people that show up live, 5% convert to clients. Is everybody tracking what I am putting down? Give me a yes in the chat to make sure we're good tracking what we're doing. Now, as I mentioned, I've got to 3 times my views on YouTube to go from about 9,000 views to about 30,000 views a month to help me get closer to 1,000 signups from organic traffic. Because right now I am using YouTube traffic and ads to get the current traffic to my registration page. And I am getting about 300 to 400 people to sign up a week to my webinar. Okay, about 300 to 400. And I'm using a combination of YouTube and ads, not YouTube ads, that's Meta ads. And then organic YouTube traffic. Is your live webinar— it is absolutely live. I do it live every single Monday. I did it live for 17 weeks straight, which we're gonna break down those numbers here in a bit. So let me keep going. So now I want to show the actual data here. So I gave you the overcompensing data. Now here is the specific, my real-life data here. So I have made $156,000 from just my webinar funnel alone. I have booked 70 clients from my webinar that I did 17 times in 2025, right? This is 2026, 2025. I have booked 17 clients, sorry, 70 clients in 2025. I had a total of 1,195 show up live. And over the course of those 17 weeks from May to October, we had 7,300 people sign up to my webinar. So you can see how this breaks down. So if I have 7,300 people register, 16% of them actually showed up live, just over 4% of them that were there live converted, which gave me over $156,000 in revenue. Are we tracking this? So for me to hit $83,333 every single month, I need to have 1,000 registrants per week using YouTube and ads, preferably more through YouTube because then I have a higher profit margin, right? Everybody tracking what I'm saying? Questions on that breakdown? Because then we're gonna talk about the funnel breakdown. Any questions specifically about that? Again, I can show you, let me see what the other, I have one more graphic that I can show you as well, another breakdown of what this looks like. So here is my weekly webinar performance. You can see all of the webinars that are listed here. These are the registrants to the webinar, right? So the first one that I did, I had more registrants because we had a longer period of time promoting that. And you can see we did hit over 10,000— I mean, sorry, over 1,000 registrants that first one, and we had 10 clients booked. So that is over my 8 clients I need per a week. Then you can see as I was figuring out the webinar, I was tweaking it, I was improving it. These next couple of weeks we had a lower signup rate, which this is where I started to freak out, you guys. I started to think, holy crap, this webinar thing's not working, I'm wasting my time, I've got to scrap the whole thing, I got to do it all over. But I stayed the course. And then you can see June was really the testing phase. We bumped up to 11 clients, um, with just under 600 registrants on that July 7th. We had 11 clients. But you can also see then here the revenue that was collected those weeks as well. So again, just so you can see literal numbers, I'm not blowing smoke up your butt. I am giving you the actual numbers. Do you guys like seeing these numbers? Give me a yes or no in the chat if you like me actually showing what's going on in my business. Because I like to be transparent with what I'm doing. So let me know if you're enjoying this. Give me a yes or no in the chat. All right, so how did I know what to work on and what to focus on to help me spend time reviewing those webinars, figuring out what to do, figuring out what to change? I'm gonna show you how I simplified my business to just 3 funnels, and that is it. I've got 3 funnels and that is all that I focus on. In fact, it's kind of only 2 funnels. So here is the breakdown of the funnels that I have. YouTube is the only content, organic content that I make. I don't do YouTube Lives, Eugene, I just do prerecorded YouTube videos normally. These YouTube Lives are something that I'm testing. These are something that I always do for my clients. I test to see what's working on YouTube and I haven't done Lives for a while. So I use YouTube as my discoverable platform, the way I'm attracting people to me, the way I'm getting free traffic to either my webinar that I talked about, my low-ticket offer, or my email list. Now, people come to my webinar, that is basically how I'm growing my email list right now. So in the webinar funnel, I'm getting about 5 to 10 clients a week at a 5% conversion rate. If they do not become a client, I then do have a downsell post, like the webinar sales emails, then they become part of my email list, right? The other funnel that I have is a low ticket. And so a low ticket is a $27 offer that I have, and it feeds my YouTube coaching experience as well. Everything in my business leads to the YouTube coaching experience. That is what I call my endgame. That is where I want all people to go is the YouTube coaching experience. And so not only is the low ticket generating some revenue, but it is feeding my YouTube coaching experience pipeline. And you can see we also have the email funnel, which comes basically from my webinar. People that don't sign up are then in my email funnel. Because this powers my launches. Of those 7,000 people that subscribed to my webinar or signed up for my webinar, you saw 70 of them became clients. What about the other 6,950, right? They go into my email list and I continue to cultivate and keep that relationship warm. All right. Do those funnel breakdowns make sense for everybody? Do you see that is all I'm focusing on my business? I'm keeping it super simple. I mentioned in my part 1 of this series that I only work 20 hours a week. And this is how I'm working 20 hours a week. And I still think it is very possible for me to get to $1 million in my business, working 20 hours a week just on these funnels alone. Okay, so next, um, any questions so far as I continue walking through this? Because I want this to be learning for you guys too. I want you to get out of this what you can get out of this as I'm live. As I mentioned, I don't typically do a lot of live streams, but I am trying some things here. Now, I walked you through what my webinar performance looked like, right? Now I wanna show you the ad spend versus the organic YouTube. So I will say this again, I don't run any ads on YouTube. I have never ran a single ad on YouTube. Everything that I get from YouTube has been organic growth. I do not run ads on YouTube. I run ads on Meta, like Facebook and Instagram, because I don't wanna create content there. I personally feel it's a waste of time. For me, it's easier to pay to get attention than it is to create the butt ton of content that you gotta create on Instagram and Facebook just to get some visibility. So I do run ads. So let me walk you through what my ads look like. Share my screen. Last year, from May to October, I spent about $92,000 in ads. For my cost per lead for a webinar lead, it is pretty low for a webinar lead. It is just under $8. Now, when you look at a webinar cost per lead, you're going to look at generally $10, $15, sometimes $20 to $30 a cost per lead, meaning how much it costs you to get somebody to sign up for your webinar. I'm around just under $8, and the reason why I'm able to get this so low is because of my organic YouTube traffic. So what is happening is my YouTube videos are getting people to sign up, but my YouTube videos are also getting people to visit the registration page, and then we're using ads to retarget those that did not signup. So we're encouraging them to sign up again. And so with that particular funnel, we were able to get just about 1,200 paid leads, which turned into 119 clients. And so we were able to get revenue-wise $263,000 in total revenue from ads. So we profited because if we take away the money that we spent, we profited over $170,000. $1,000 from ads. And the reason why we are so profitable on ads is because my YouTube traffic is helping the ad costs come down. Does that make sense? Is everybody tracking what I'm following? Yes, I absolutely run ads. I did not run ads the first 7 to 8 years in my business. YouTube was my main traffic. And once I was able to get consistent with conversion rates with organic traffic, then I could add this extra layer that is YouTube. I mean, that is ads. Okay, because I don't just want to send cold traffic to a webinar registration page that hasn't been tested because that's a great way to just basically light money on fire. So again, is everybody tracking? Any questions? Any questions on that ad spend? Yes, I run ads, but my ads are so profitable because I have organic YouTube traffic also feeding my list as well. Good. Okay. So as I mentioned, just because people come to the webinar or sign up for the webinar and they don't buy doesn't mean there isn't a post-purchase. So as I mentioned, I do have a downsell that people will go through and we're making a couple thousand dollars on the downsell as well. We did not do that downsell in 2025, so I don't have the data in this particular breakdown. But here in 2026, we are running a downsell and we're making a couple extra thousand dollars. So that's making our ads even more profitable. Even if they aren't buying the YouTube coaching experience, they are buying something. So where are we at? Let me look at my notes here. Now I wanna explain why it's so important for me to use YouTube to grow my email list. And I mentioned why I need to 3 times my views on YouTube to increase the traffic to my webinar, to increase the registrations, right? So for me to hit 1 million, I need my email list to grow. So I want to show you— now you've seen what I have done between May to October last year, and you saw I had about 90 clients from May to October. But there were, you know, 6,000 leads, whatever that number was. Let me go back to the specific numbers. I had 7,307 registered people between, um, May and October, and then those 70 clients booked between May and October. This is what happened then when I did a full-on launch in October using that fresh new email list full of webinar registrations. This is why I was able to have my first 6-figure cash collected month and made over $174,000 in cash in October because the majority of my cash came from my launch of the YouTube coaching experience. And we had over 30 new clients join us in October. And the majority of them were previous webinar registrants. So they may have not come to the webinar, they may have came to the webinar, well, not watched the whole thing, maybe they forgot to sign up, but because I had a fresh batch of new leads that maybe just saw the webinar, maybe didn't see the webinar, but had been on my list, this is how I was able to crush my October launch out the door. Because of those 7,000 new leads from my webinar registration funnel. Are you guys tracking what I'm putting down? Yes or no? Does that make sense? Because here's the biggest thing that I see business owners run into. The biggest problem that business owners run into is you aren't actively growing your email list, or you're not finding a way to get fresh leads into your email list. Every time you launch or every time you push a sale to your email list, it feels like you're getting less and less sales, and it's true because you are exhausting your list, and if you aren't consistently growing it and feeding your list, you will get less and less sales. The only way to do that for your list is to create content or run ads. Makes sense? For me, the best way to make content is YouTube videos because of the longevity. I have a video from 2020 that still puts people into my email list to this day. I don't have a TikTok that does that. I don't have an Instagram that does that. My YouTube videos are consistently sending people to my email list so I can warm them up and prepare them for potential launch events, for potential promotional periods, for potential flash sales. And so if you aren't creating consistent content, you aren't building your email list consistently, and your email list is going to exhaust unless you're paying a boatload of money. You saw what I'm paying for my ads, and we are still making profit from those ads because I am doing YouTube on top of that. But I am only doing one YouTube video a week, building playlist funnels to keep my list fresh. So that I can have better and better launches without spending more and more money to do that. If this is making things click, drop yes in the chat. If this is clicking for you, drop yes in the chat if this makes sense, because I have talked about YouTube specifically, and at the Build Your Big Reputation virtual conference, I am going to show you exactly what you need to do on YouTube to make sure your viewers on YouTube turn into email subscribers, turn into clients, because you as a business owner can't just throw up any video you want on YouTube. You're not a YouTuber, you're a business owner on YouTube. So the rules and the playbook is different. And if you do YouTube the way YouTubers teach, you're not going to get the results that I get because I don't play YouTube like a YouTuber. I play it as a business strategist. And that's what I'm going to show you at the Build Your Big Virtual— Build Your Big Reputation virtual conference. So I need you to go get a ticket to this live conference. There will be a replay. We have a replay available for 7 days. I am going to be doing live coaching as well. So if you know this is something you want to do for your business, you can bring your business niche and what you want to do with it for the live coaching session that we're having right in the middle of the virtual conference as well. But you need to get your ticket to be there because I'm going to tell you how you can make videos that consistently feed your email list so your launches don't get smaller and smaller. They get easier and more profitable. Like I said, October was the biggest cash month that I had in my entire business, and I had spent less time working during that time than ever before because of the strategy that I use on YouTube. Now I'm going to answer your question, Mary. I see it in there. I want to remind you that Tuesday is the set the third part in this series, um, and I'm going to be revealing the strategy that made my one client— my one client, Belle— made $152,000 in sales from YouTube with less than 200 YouTube subscribers. So I don't want you to think you need this massive YouTube channel to see results. She had less than 200 YouTube subscribers and made $152,000 from just 5 YouTube videos, and it's going to completely change the way you think about YouTube forever. So that's what I'm gonna be teaching on Tuesday at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. So I'm a little confused about creating content each week, what you said of your 5-part funnel only training. So I create 1 video a week, 1 YouTube video a week, and it is part of a 5-part series. Now it's not just like a part 1, part 2, part 3. It's not what I'm doing here with a live. I'm testing something here with a live. When I create content on YouTube, it is part of a playlist funnel, and there are 5 videos that fit in that playlist funnel, and each video does something specifically. Each video has a job to take that viewer basically through a buyer's journey. You know what I'm saying when I say a buyer's journey? And so I'm looking at my YouTube content as a funnel so I can get people into my YouTube funnel, warm them up, because what's the fastest way to warm somebody up? By being on video. And so I'm warming them up on video and I'm getting them to take action, whether that's to get them on my email list through my free webinar, whether that's to get them to buy a low-ticket offer like I shared earlier. Sometimes it's also just to get people to join my YouTube coaching experience straight from a YouTube video. I have had people join my YouTube coaching experience, never been on my list before, but they told me they binge-watched a couple videos because that's how I strategize my videos, and they realized this is exactly what they needed and they join my YouTube coaching experience straight from a YouTube video that they watch. That's the power of YouTube, and I'm gonna be diving more into that at the virtual conference. So again, if you wanna see what is the purpose of those videos, what each video does, how you structure that, again, get your ticket for the Build Your Big Reputation virtual conference because that's what we are going to be building out for you. I'm going to explain how you can build that out for your business and your offer. Any other questions before we wrap for the week? As I said, luckily we, we, uh, no children interrupting because it is, um, spring break here. And, uh, I've promised boba as long as they didn't interrupt me. So any last minute questions? Anybody have— they grabbed your ticket already? Let me know in the chat. If you have any follow-up questions, you can always email me, um, DM me on Instagram. I don't create content on Instagram, but I do check my DMs. Or leave me a comment here on the video. I'll be circling back to answer any questions that you have. Yeah, any questions? Amazing. Next Tuesday, we're going to break down this playlist funnel, and then in the virtual conference, we're going to actually build that out together. So get your ticket, have a great weekend, and I will see you all next week live here again. Bye, everyone.
