The 3 Routines That Saved My Business (Do This Daily)

This is a YouTube video titled "The 3 Routines That Saved My Business (Do This Daily)" created in February 2025. The content is a detailed monologue by a single speaker sharing business advice focused on three key daily, weekly, and monthly routines to improve sales, profitability, and business strategy. The speaker explains practical steps for outreach, tracking numbers, and reviewing business performance to help entrepreneurs grow their business effectively. The video also promotes a coaching program related to YouTube content strategy and business growth.
Business owners, you're making business way harder than it needs to be. Hear me out. There are just three things that you need to be doing in your business every single day to make consistent money. And if you're not tracking the money that's coming in, reaching out to new buyers or clients, and adjusting your sales strategy every single month, you're flying totally blind. And that's why business is hard for you. The good news is there's an easy way to do all three of these things. So I'm going to share with you the three routines that help me generate daily sales, stay profitable, and I'm able to make smarter, more confident decisions about my business. And none of those things could be done unless you do the final routine I'm going to share with you here in this video. Let's start with the most profitable habit you can start today that will make the biggest difference and that is daily sales outreach. And listen, I'm not talking about cold calling or sending those creepy, scammy cold DMS that we get sometimes from those bro marketers. I'm using a super simple, highly converting system that allows me to turn people who purchase a low ticket offer, like anything under $50 into a higher ticket coaching client every single day. Here's how I'm making it happen and then you can adjust it to your business model. As I said, I'm selling low ticket products every single day from my Evergreen videos here on YouTube and retargeting ads on Meta. These products are my video game plan, my prep system, my Evergreen and evermore workshop bundle CEO day. When people buy these products, there is a form for them to fill out and that information is then collected into a spreadsheet for me. And one of the most important pieces of information that is collected is their Instagram handle. This spreadsheet is updated automatically as soon as somebody buys one of those lower ticket products. And it's all done inside of my funnel system, FG funnels. So every morning after I put the kids on the school bus, I sit down in my office and one of the first things that I do pull up that spreadsheet, look at the Instagram handles and I Send quick around 1 minute personalized voice direct messages. I can send usually between 10 to 15 every day and this takes me about 30 minutes because of the system that I have in place and the script that I have that I read off of to stay on task with those voice memos. The goal of this routine is to start a conversation with a hot lead because this lead just bought something from you. And this means to me they're interested in YouTube and the best way I can help them do YouTube is to work with me one on one. Now by opening that conversation in direct messaging, just by saying thanks for purchasing. I really appreciate it, making it feel personable because not everybody is out there doing that. This isn't set up by an automation. It is me sending them a voice memo live and that makes a difference. And that's what allows me to get more responses to have a conversation about. Is YouTube coaching experience the next best thing for them? How could I help them better, quicker, faster and the YouTube coaching experience which allows me to convert quicker these low ticket offers into my coaching program. This may look different for you. Maybe it's just somebody getting on your email list. Maybe it's just somebody following you on Instagram. But start to reach out to people electing to be into your world and start a conversation. Do you think this is a habit that you could start? Let me know by posting in the comments daily sales now to know you're going to be starting a habit with me. This second routine is one. If I could go back in time, I would make sure I was doing this much sooner. But I'll be honest. Numbers are scary because if you're not confident with numbers or you don't understand what the numbers mean, or you just don't want to see the numbers because you're afraid they're not as good as you want to see them, just because it's easy to ignore for all those reasons is why most business owners end up losing so much money without even realizing it. This year I'm committed to this weekly routine I'm about to share with you to increase my revenue and improve profitability. This is probably going to happen on a Friday for me because those are generally the days that I take off. But I can commit an hour or two in the morning to do this because it is critical for my business forward. So each Friday I'm going to sit down and I'm going to review everything that came in that week and everything that went out. Meaning every single dollar that came in and every single dollar that went out. I'm going to be checking. Did all expected payments come in? So I have people on payment plans. Did those payments come in? If not, I need to get them. What was my renewal rate for my coaching program this week? We have been crushing it with renewals in my YouTube coaching experience because people realize what a great deal it is to work with me one on one in that program and they get a great deal to renew as an alumni. So we constantly have clients that are working with us from the initial three months to over a year now. So renewal rates I'm looking at. The third thing I'm looking at as well is remember routine number one, daily sales outreach. I am tracking how many messages did I send that week and how many of those messages converted into one on one coaching clients. This is going to help me know what my conversion rates are so I can better understand if I reach out to X people, I can expect X amount of clients. And I don't need a lot of clients. I have a number that is totally doable and reachable and that's all I need to do. But these three specific things like I mentioned are going to tell me how many low ticket products do I need to sell to hit my coaching client goals. Otherwise I'm just shooting in the dark, right? If I want 10 new clients a month, but I have no idea how I'm getting them, how do I know what to work on to get those 10 new clients? Or how do I know if I start a new project that's going to help me hit those 10 clients? You need to track these numbers to know exactly what you need to do to get the numbers you want. For example, if I see a dip in sales for a week, maybe I need to course correct or adjust my promotions or my marketing for the following week. Maybe that's running a flash sale for the next four days or it's adding an extra bonus and expiring bonus for the next four days just to get my numbers back to where I want them to be. So by the end of the month, I'm not in a hole. This weekly routine is what's going to allow my business to be predictable, scalable and most importantly, stress free. Because I know what I can expect each month at the end of the month. I know this seems like a lot of numbers to get started and trust me, it was for me. If you're anything like me and you're more of a marketing creative, numbers can kind of make your eyes gloss over. But once I took time, came out of my schedule, dove into the numbers and forced myself to learn this, like I said, it changed everything. I've done a CEO planning day that dives into what numbers to look at, how to look at them, a tracker as well for you to keep track of these numbers to help you make decisions and also ideas on what these numbers mean, what is your next step based on these numbers and then how to use all that information to build out a yearly strategy for your business. I'm talking content strategy, marketing, launch strategy. And you can get this four hour recording of my CEO day where I do all of this at tree, little.com forward/CEO. You'll get the workshop recording as well as the spreadsheet template to track these numbers, all for under $100. And just think about how quickly that ROI will flip when you know what you're tracking and then to know what you can make moving forward so you can get that. Let's talk about the third most critical routine that's going to make the biggest difference in my business, in your business and anybody who business who implements this. Because this third routine is a non negotiable and it's an end of the month CEO review. This is time. And this probably takes me about three hours at the end of every month or at the beginning of the following month because I have all my numbers in from the last month where I look at everything that happened. Now, if you're doing that weekly routine, you're able to already have a good idea what happened each week. And now you can look at all the puzzle pieces together. There are some key questions that you're going to ask yourself during this CEO monthly review, like did I make money this month or did I lose money? What caused me to make money or lose money? Was it a slow sales month that I need to look at to figure out how to correct? Was it a big investment month? Did you hire a contractor to help you with a project? Where did I spend my money this last month? Do I need to cut back based on that information or optimize something? And so when I do this, I realize, oh, I have some software that I probably could get rid of because I have not used it in a few months or I realized I could cut a contractor that I didn't need anymore because we changed what we were doing in our business. You also want to ask, did you hit your sales goal? Now, if you don't have a sales goal, I would recommend getting CEO Day because it will help you set realistic sales goals, but you want to track at the end of each month, did you hit your sales goal? If not, we need to figure out why. Because if you're not taking time to analyze why you didn't hit your goal, you're not going to be able to fix for the following month to hit that goal. And it's just going to be this snowball effect. You need to look at where your conversion rates low on a webinar page, on a webinar conversion on a sales page, was your traffic down? This is usually a huge aha moment for people who take CEO Day when they realize how important it is to get traffic to their sales page to hit their sales goals. So if you're seeing that your traffic is down, why did you not send as many emails? Did you not post as much content? Is your Instagram content not reaching as many people? Did that cause your low ticket sales to go down which then caused your one on one client sales to go down? Because remember, my clients that I get are based way back to how many low ticket offer sales I make because then I reach out to them personally and then convert them into clients. This review is going to help you make the quick adjustments you will need to make to fix what didn't work and keep focusing on what did work so you aren't getting deeper and deeper into a hole if you aren't hitting your sales goals. And hear me out, this is really important. You've got to put all three of these routines on your calendar and treat it like an appointment. So every day you should have 30 minutes blocked out in the first part of your morning to do your daily sales reach outs. Every week have time blocked out to do your weekly review, and every month have time to block out to do this monthly review. But if you are not tracking your numbers, if you're not checking in with buyers and not adjusting your strategy where you need to, you're leaving money on the table. And these routines will only work if you have the right sales system in place. Meaning are you creating the right content to build your audience, to send them to your sales page to get them into your sales system? And that's exactly what I teach to my clients inside of the YouTube coaching experience. It is not just about YouTube strategy and creating the right ready to buy content for your channel, but it's also about making sure your business makes sense, your offers are converting, your traffic is coming to your page and you are able to turn those viewers on YouTube into into sales.
