I walked you through how I'm using these powersheets to set goals and track goals and reach my ultimate goals by the end of the year. And last month some of my goals were to update my course, to streamline employee processes, to drink more water, to exercise. Read more so I'm gonna flip the screen around so that we can walk through what I got done this month. Spoiler. I did not reach every single goal this month and what I'm planning to do in February. But don't forget to also check out Ally Dene of the Social Walker Agency and Ashlyn Carter of Ashlyn writes, because they are also sharing with you their goal progress through the year, I will have their videos linked in the description box below. And if you want to join us and post a video down below tracking your Powersheets goals every first Friday of the month, let us know in our comment section and we will add you to a playlist and share everybody's February goals, March goals throughout the year. So let me know if you're in down in the comments. Now let me show you my powersheets. So the first thing we're gonna go ahead and take a look at is my monthly goals from January. So these are the things that I set to do in January and you can see my progress on some of them. They're not great. I actually set started to update YouTube Bootcamp and then took a step back because some launching strategy came into play. So I only got about halfway done there. February content is kind of planned. I'm currently filming it right now, so it's not completely done. I did prep and strategize my Facebook ads. I streamlined my process and you can see you guys, just because you don't check every single stinking box off of your list doesn't mean you failed. So I started out great, you know, beginning of the year goals, strategies, doing Everything. And then you can see how we dropped off. Life happens. We're going into launch mode. Things just fall off. And so something to work on in February, and I don't want it to deter you think you failed. It just happens. The next thing we do is this month in review, and it just really allows you to reflect. Think of what you're especially grateful for this month and mine was to get to go to Amber McHugh's freshly implemented live workshop. And while I was there, I got to meet some of my business besties, Ilya and Janet. Just a lot of things that went well this month. It lets you look at the positives. So goals that are growing well is my launch strategy. I have a launch coming up and it's really starting to be clear what I need to do and how to make this the most successful launch yet. Now it's time to jump on over to February, and here we're going to prepare well, so write down the things on my calendar. I know I have my challenge going live in February, and then my best friend comes to town this month, so I want to make time to spend with her. Some of the things that I've got to do is some Facebook ads, videos, lives, all the stuff that goes into launching a course. And then it's my little girl's third birthday party. It's actually the first weekend in March, but we got to prep for it. So these are just some of the things also I'm excited for. So now why don't we take these two and let's focus on right here where I dump all of the things that I'm thinking about. Right? These are all the things that I think I want to happen. It's just a brainstorm. And I really, really want to get better at this. I really want to get up and exercise and really strengthen my knee. So I want to make that a top priority plus. And it just allows me to brain dump all of the things that I'm thinking about right now that I've got to do. And so here we go. Here is February's game plan. And I actually did write encouraging words this month because I'm really struggling the past couple days about feeling overwhelmed, like I can't do this all. So. So I'm going to encourage myself that you can do this and to take a breath because I just get anxious, overwhelmed. I put too much on my plea and I don't think I can do it. But I just gotta take a breath and know I can do this. So my challenge will be launching at the end of this month. I gotta get all the stuff in place for that. I will also be having a webinar in the beginning of March, so getting everything prepped for that. KPIs are your key performance indicators and so these are some statistics that I really want to track as I go through this launch and this challenge cycle to just really track things to see what I'm doing well and what I can do better the next time. I also have some people that I met at my freshly implemented live that I want to reach out to and I definitely need to set my goals for my launch so that I can track those as well. Weekly goals for me are just going to be really planning my week in advance. I've got so much going on between client work and also launching that I just want to be able to plan my week in advance. I want to stick to my three YouTube videos a week. I want to go live every single week on my business page. So if you aren't following me over on facebook.com Trina Little, make sure you go over there because there's going to be some great content shared this month. I also want to make it a key part of my schedule to take a night to just veg, watch trashy TV and to take a day off of work, whether that's Saturday or Sunday or both days. Because I can get so sucked into work and not take a day off. And that's definitely a track that's going to lead me down to burnout, which has happened before. So I have that as a weekly goal is to just take an entire day off of work and take a night off to just watch TV with my kids and my husband. And then also I just want to ramp up my Instagram game, start engaging more there, posting more, just seeing what I can do with Instagram. And then finally the daily goals. This is a difficult one for me because it's hard for me to remember everything that's going on, but I definitely really want to exercise. I've got to get my knee better, I've got to strengthen it, and the only way to do that is to exercise. So I'm making this a priority this month. I also want to be able to just set my phone aside for one hour at a time. I know this sounds crazy, just one hour with no phone, but when you're constantly texting and emailing and keeping up with clients, it can seem like an hour is a lifetime. So I want to work on that and I want to get back to focusing on water. I know. I just feel better. My complexion looks better, my drinking water. So I'm going to work on that again. So here's the Starting off February as a new month and this is what I have going in this month. So this I really just want to show you guys that some months you might not accomplish everything you want to get done, but it's not the end of the world. Pick yourself back up, get right back into the next month and plan and be motivated. Just because something didn't work out for you doesn't mean it's the end of the world. Like I said, if you want to participate in this collaboration, make sure you let us know down in the comments section and post a video tracking your powersheets the first Friday of every month.
