Trita walks through video types that work for product launches: promo videos, testimonials, and live streams. If you're launching something and want to use YouTube to reach people, this covers the concrete tactics.
Are you planning to launch a program, an online course, maybe even a new service this year? Do you have a video strategy in place for this launch? Stick around, because in this video I'm going to share five video ideas that you can use in your next launch that will help you convert more. Hi, I'm Trita and I started this channel to help creative business owners like you get on YouTube to grow your business. So if this is your first time here, make sure you click subscribe and hit that bell button so you're notified every time I upload a new video to help you. Now, I've done cool. I had quite a few launches in my days and I always hear from people, Trina, you do so well with your launches. I see you everywhere. How do you do it? My biggest secret is video. If you're on video, people are going to remember you more. So it seems like you're everywhere when really you're just being strategic with where you're at. So it feels like you're everywhere. My key component, my entire launch strategy always, always revolves around video. And it pays off. So here are the three video ideas you've got to think about incorporating into your next launch. The first one is the promo video. You've got to have this video ready to go when you open the doors. It's important to have this video on your sales page, to have this video on your YouTube channel, on your website, on your Facebook page, share on Instagram, because this is the video that's going to connect with with your potential buyer. This video has got to address the pain points that your ideal audience is having. You've got to walk them through a story that results in these benefits they're going to get by buying your course or your group program so that they no longer have these pain points. How are you going to solve them? It's also good to have some kind of inspirational or like, go get your music in the background so that people are engaged and they're like, yes, yes, I can do this. Kind of like Rocky style, right? The next video you've got to have is testimonial videos. Now, if this is the first time you're launching this or you don't have any testimonials, reach out to some people that you've worked with. Even if it wasn't for the specific service or product that you're launching, still get them on video on how it is to work with you. What did you do for them? If they paid you for something or they worked with you on something, you obviously got them to accomplish something and so get them to talk about that. Depending on the person, I sometimes like to do these in an interview style. I will send a couple questions over to the person and then we'll jump on Zoom or BeLive TV and I'll ask them the questions that I want them to answer that I know my potential buying audience wants to hear. It's basically hitting those hesitations that they're going to have and showing why these hesitations shouldn't stop them anymore because this is what this person experienced. Does that make sense? People just want to see results before they buy. There's so many options out there and so much fluff. They just need to be told this is the result you can get and have some proof that it can happen. The next video idea you've got to have in your launch is live video. Yes. If you are going to launch anything in your business, live video is essential to your launch strategy. Now, my last launch, I did a video every single day on Facebook. The reason why I focused on Facebook is because I wanted to build my warm audience so I could retarget them in my ad strategy. When my doors opened. Now, to make this really easy, I basically just did two minute tips for two weeks. It's just two minutes jumping on Facebook and sharing these tips. The reason why I kept it short was because I wanted to hit that colder audience and if I was brand new to them, they probably weren't going to watch a 15 minute video from me. Right. I wanted to get those people into my realm by these quick tips on how to build their camera confidence. And it pretty much worked. What's great about this is you kind of map out what you're going to talk about in advance and you don't have to worry about people showing up or people asking questions because this is just your way to provide value to your Facebook audience. Jump on 2 minutes tops and that's it. Your audience will start to find it and start to respond to it and then you can reply to them in the comments so there's not that awkward stress of is anybody going to show up? Hello? Anybody? Anybody? Bueller? Bueller. Plus, by doing live video, you get to save the hassle of editing. Am I right? So you think you're going to use any of these strategies in your next launch? Let me know which one you're excited to use down in the comments below. Don't forget to hit subscribe and click that bell so you don't miss any of my videos. And while you're at it.
