Going into 2025, I was completely burnout. I had lost the key employee that I had been training and working with for three years. I had barely broken even in my business at the end of 2024. And all the years before that for like the last eight years have been so successful financially and 2024 was just not it. But now here at the end of 2025, things are completely different. It's a good way. Not only have I been able to grow my revenue over 50%, I've significantly cut cost, I significantly cut the amount of things that I do. My to do list has been smaller than ever and I'm working less hours than I've ever had in my business. And now you're probably wondering, all right, but how'd you do it? Trina, let me know. So I'm going to completely pull the curtain back in this video and share with you the three major things that I did in 2025 that not only completely changed my business, but completely changed my energy, my vibe, what I do on a daily basis. So by the end, you'll know exactly how focusing on these three powers of one can help you as a course creator, a coach, a digital product owner, a one on one service provider. Finally, work less, but earn more. And it's not a lie, it's not fluff. I'm being full transparent here to tell you exactly what it was. And I was totally skeptical at first making these changes. But here at the end of 2025, I am ecstatic at where I'm at, where my business is. And the third power of one I'm going to share with you was the hardest one to implement, but was the biggest change overall. So make sure you stay to the third one. Let me just take you back to January 2025 because I think it's important to understand where I was at because maybe you're feeling that right now. I had completely burned down a piece of my business that was making the consistent revenue and we were in the red. We were not making a profit in January and February of 2025. And I was trying to do everything to just get momentum going. In fact, in 2024 I was offering a bunch of different things just to get cash in hand, right? One on one support agency work, voxer, one on one self study. Anything that I could pump out that I could sell, I was doing. And I was also trying to be on every single platform. I was trying to do Tik Tok, I was trying to do Instagram, I was on yout, I was trying to figure out how could I get my LinkedIn going. And maybe you can feel like that right now. Let me know in the chat if you currently feel overwhelmed by all the decisions that are out there by typing. Overwhelmed so that you know you're not alone. Because I see you. I know what it's like to be a business owner and to have so many choices and go so many directions and not know what is the best way to go. But looking back on it now on the other side, I can plainly see what the problem was. I was spread way too thin. So because I was trying to do all of these things, all of these things came out mediocre. My content was kind of blah, my offers were kind of blah and everything. I was just kind of doing it half assed because I was doing so many things and I didn't have all the time in the world. So that is about the time. Like I said In February of 2025, I embrace the strategy that I call now the power of one. And the first power of one is focusing on one platform. I quit Instagram in 2025. Did I show up a few times? Absolutely. Do I run ads on Instagram? Absolutely. I'll talk more about that later. But I am not actively creating content on YouTube, looking up trending reel sounds or music, or trying to figure out what's working right now on Instagram to get more likes, get more views. Because I, I decided to take all of my energy on YouTube. I put all my eggs in one basket and I do not regret it at all. I don't want to be on social media all the time. Sure, I like a good scroll hole moment, but I don't want to be opening up Instagram and being on Instagram or TikTok for hours creating content every single day. And I'm over here preaching about YouTube and how great it is. So I decided to finally walk the walk and go all in with YouTube and, and all I did was I focused on one strategic YouTube video every single week. Now these strategic YouTube videos were also building my playlist funnels. So there are five videos in every playlist funnel that are actively taking people through a viewer's journey to wanting to work with me one on one in my coaching experience or buying my low ticket offers. These playlist funnels basically act like two huge things for you. One like a mini course. People can sit there and consume information from you, build trust, get a sense of who you are and you get to build your authority with them any time of the day. But the other thing this also does is it's like a public email funnel. So you're taking people through a buyer's journey publicly on YouTube that they can binge instantly. They're not having to go through the hurdles of getting the email out of the promotion tab or the spam tab or the open rates. Right. They can publicly binge your content to decide instantly if they want to buy or work from you. So what's also huge about YouTube right now is that AI like ChatGPT, perplexity Gemini is referencing YouTube videos. So one of the things that I also saw happen on my YouTube channel this year is the increase in traffic that I got from ChatGPT, meaning ChatGPT was recommending my content to people. And I had multiple clients come to me this year working with me one on1 saying ChatGPT recommended your content and that's how I found you. That is not happening with Instagram content. That is not happening with TikTok content. And that's not something that I had planned when I decided to focus on YouTube as my 1 platform because I knew I wanted evergreen content. I knew if I was going to put my time into content, it was going to be on content that lasted longer than 48 hours and it was going to be on content that could really build trust with a person. You can't do that in a couple stories or on a 60 second reel. And being being on one platform consistently gives you so much data to understand what to keep doing that's working, what to stop doing that's not working, and really allow you to curate your content not only for your ready to buy viewer, but also based on what's currently working on the algorithm for you. And sidebar the YouTube algorithm is one of the most stable algorithms out there when it comes to the social platform. So it's not always changing. And YouTube gives you all the information and data that you need behind the scenes and analytics to know exactly what you have got to do for it to put your videos in front of more people. Instagram still a mystery right now. Did my YouTube channel blow up? Absolutely not. My channel still grew very slowly this year. But what it did do is it attracted ready to buy viewers. It got me viewers that were serious about working with me one on one in my coaching experience because I had new clients coming into the program every single month and they were watching my YouTube videos because that's not the goal of my YouTube channel. My channel channel isn't there to go viral and get hundreds of thousands of subscribers. My Goal is to attract the person that knows they need a solution for content that's not working for them. They know they need to find some type of content that is going to turn viewers into clients, into customers. And those are the type of people that I'm attracting here on my YouTube videos. With every single video that I post and those videos aren't expiring, they're continuing to do work for me 6 months, 12 months later so listen to me loud and clear before we move on to the next power of one. If you are a course creator or you are a coach, or you have a mastermind that you're trying to fill and you feel like you're spread thin trying to be on multiple platforms at once, consider doubling down on one platform. That makes sense. Maybe it's not YouTube. I don't know why it wouldn't be YouTube, but maybe it's not YouTube. Because mastering one platform can be way better for you and your business than being mediocre on four or five different platforms. So the first power of one is focusing on one platform. The second power of one is focusing on one offer. I know as an entrepreneur, as a business owner, we have a lot of different passions and we have a lot of different projects all the time and we want to do all the things. But that can really confuse your audience and your potential viewer. And so when you have multiple different courses or offers or masterminds or coaching programs, you may actually be confusing your viewer or your audience so that they don't even buy anything. I realized that that's exactly what I was doing when I was promoting a bunch of different offers, trying to cash, collect, right? A voxer opportunity, a one on one opportunity, a coach opportunity, all of these different things. My audience didn't know, well, what is the right thing for me or what do I want to save my money to work with her on? It was confusing them. So I cut back everything and I just focus on my YouTube coaching experience. All roads lead to my YouTube coaching experience. So what this did for me is every single video I create had a filter. Does this video attract people that are perfect for the YouTube coaching experience? No. Okay, we're not doing that video. Does this email talk to the person that would want to be in my YouTube coaching experience? Yes or no? No. Let's change it. Having one clear offer that all roads lead to completely eliminated so much confusion for my audience. Instead of me getting emails like which offer is best for me? Should I get this? Should I get that? It was very clear. If you want to grow a YouTube channel that builds you leads, that sends you clients, that makes you sales. The YouTube coaching experience is what you need to be in. It basically stripped it all down to this is the next and only step for you to take to get the results that you want. Because the simpler and clearer you make it for people to understand what is the offer that is right for them, the easier it is to sell your offer, right? And this is what happened for me. I've had over a hundred new people join my YouTube coaching experience this year alone and I'm not done sales calls to do it. I am selling a multi thousand dollar coaching program because people watch my YouTube videos and they know that's what they need. Now I know for you this can feel risky because first of all, you love all your offers, right? And they're all potentially making you money and you worry that putting all your eggs into one basket, not only one platform, but now one offer, maybe you won't make as much money or maybe you won't get as many clients, but in reality, this change simplified everything in my business. My marketing became so much easier. My messaging was consistent across the board and delivering to my clients and getting them the results that they want was smoother because it was very clear on the one core promise that I was offering. And just like focusing on one core platform is better than five mediocre platforms, focusing on one core offer is going to get you better results than having 4. 5 mediocre offers have been wanting simplification in my business for years and this is exactly what got me there. So ask yourself, what is that one offer that you think you could focus on selling in 2026? In fact, let me know what the offer is down in the comments because I would love to hear what my viewers are selling. What is that one product or offer that you know you could deliver to your customers and give them huge value? Because that's the offer that you should be doubling down on. Because that's the offer that's going to make you the most money. Now we're to that final third power. One I said completely changed everything in my business, but it was the hardest one for me to do. It was easy for me to go down to one platform. It was easy for me to go down to one offer. But going down to one marketing strategy was difficult. If you get FOMO from getting on Instagram and seeing people doing all these different fun marketing strategies like a private podcast, a boot camp, a challenge, a paid workshop, this is for you because I get that way all the time. I assume that's what's working because I see all these people doing it and I want to do it all. But what this is actually doing is, again, spreading yourself too thin because you are having to create these things from scratch and think about all the time you're putting into every single one of these when you're creating from scratch, when you could focus on one marketing strategy, get really good at it, rinse and repeat it, and keep getting better at it. So starting In May of 2025, I focused on doing a weekly live, weekly live webinar. I ran this webinar 17 times so far in 2025. Yeah, 17 live webinars. The same webinar, the same registration page, the same slide deck. And rather than chasing shiny tactics or the hot new things somebody was promoting, I forced myself to stay the course. And dang, it was hard because there were some weeks where I didn't make any sales on my webinar. There were some weeks that I made nine sales on my webinar. There was a week I was on vacation in our beach house making sales on the webinar. But what this does for you is, first of all, it saves you so much time because once you create the assets for a webinar, you just rinse and repeat and rinse and repeat. The emails were the same. The registration page was the same. The reminders were the same. The slide deck was the same. But more important than rinsing and repeating all of this, I had data for every single webinar. Not only did I have data for what is my registration page sign up, what is my show up rate? I could work on each one of these pieces individually each week. So I could say, okay, this week I want to change something to get more people showing up live. So let's add text messaging, or let's add this bonus if they show up live. And I could actively see if it did increase shop rates, I could also look at what is my replay conversion rate? Are people opening my emails and converting after the live webinar? No. Okay, let's work on tweaking some emails to see if we can increase open rates. I need people to open the emails to hear about it. And so when you do the same thing 17 times in a row, you are able to tweak and refine small things that make a huge difference. It also allowed me to practice on my pitch, get better at pitching, get better at understanding my audience, because there were questions and there was a chat every single week that not only was I responding to. But we then took that chat log and we would throw it into AI every single week and get AI to analyze what is the biggest problem that my audience is having, what is the biggest hesitation that my audience is having around buying the program all from the chat log. And then that would allow us to make these small changes in the emails to make this small changes in the webinar. I think I maybe change like five slides total these 17 times. That made a huge difference. And even better, I was able to start every single week on a Monday, making sales again. Some weeks there were zero sales, some weeks there were 12 sales. But being able to start the week knowing I had already booked new clients is really motivational for the rest of the week. And doing this actually meant I was doing less because all the assets were done. All I had to do was about 30 minutes before the webinar fill out this little automation form that changed the date on the registration page, changed the date on the emails. Like I took about 15 minutes to update everything for the webinar for the next week before I went live for about an hour to an hour and a half on that webinar. And then all the automations were done. The emails would go out after that. So it only took me maybe two hours a week to know I made sales every single week. And so I could focus on other things and I could take Fridays off and I could take an afternoon off because I had something that was working and I was rinsing and repeating and not always starting from scratch. I was able to do this because I was able to dive into a lot of data that many business owners don't look at. And I get it. Numbers are scary. I'm not going to lie. I hated numbers. And there are so many numbers that you're told to look at. So there's also this sense of overwhelm when it comes to looking at your data. But I really boiled it down to some core metrics that allow me to make data based decisions on what I need to do in my business. I'm not making decisions in my business based on my vibe or based on visualizing what I want my business to be. I'm making decisions based on data. And if you're listening to me right now thinking I really need to do that, that in 2026, I'm going to be walking you through how to do that at my CEO planning retreat on December 9th and 10th. It is a two day live event. The first day we're really going to dive into the analytics that you need to look at the data to help you make the decisions so that you can decide what you need to do in 2026 that's going to make a difference. Then on Wednesday, December 10, we're going to make the plan. We're going to start putting it into your project manager, we're going to start putting it into your calendar and we're going to work, work through this together. It is $37 a ticket. Go to trina little.com forward/CEO to get your ticket because there is going to be some homework that you need to do before you come on December 9th. And I'm telling you, this is one of my clients favorite things that I do because it gives them such a clear path on what to focus on so that they're not so scattered they have no idea what to do. They can make a clear plan based on actual data in numbers on what they need to do to hit the number that they want to hit in 2026 and not just guess or hope or visualize. So what came out of my 17 live webinars? Well, I was able to grow my email list by over 7,000 new leads and over 70 new clients doing that. But more importantly there was this 6900 more leads that didn't buy right. So I was able to have a launch event, a virtual conference in October of this year. And I was able to reengage many of those leads that joined for my webinar over the past couple of months. And I was able to have the biggest month of my business ever, cash collected in my business ever in October. And that weekly webinar was such a huge asset to getting that to happen because many of those people that joined in October had come to a webinar or who had signed up to a webinar and not gone or watched it, but I reengaged them. And that is why we were able to blow our numbers out of the water this year. Like I said, we are over 50% in revenue compared to this time last year. Now let me briefly say what that means for ads because I promised that earlier on yes, I still run ads, but because I am creating YouTube videos and people are going from YouTube to my landing pages, we are able to have much cheaper leads because we are able to retarget people and people have more trust with me. So they're more likely to sign up for things from me because they've seen a YouTube video of mine. And so while I do run ads, I am not spending a lot of money on ads. I am very conservative when it comes to money on ads. But I also, I'm not running ads until I know something works. And so once we ran our webinar a few times, my organic audience, and we knew it worked, then I could put the money into the ads. So the ads allows me, me to be on Facebook and Instagram without needing to be on Facebook and Instagram. But those ads are also sending me people that are going to buy so that I'm not wasting money or basically lighting fire on ads. It's actually an additional layer that is assisting my business. Honestly, this power of one, one platform, one offer, one marketing strategy, it's not that it just changed my business, it changed me. I would wake up at the beginning of the year with my shoulders up to my ears, so stressed out, so overwhelmed, so frustrated. But now here at the end of the year, I know I'm taking most of December off because we have clients coming in, we have clients on our wait list. We're on a wait list in my program because we onboarded so many people that we've got to deliver to those before we bring on more people. And I just feel more confident in my business. I feel more excited about my business and I'm able to take more time off because I don't have to do so much. I have these systems in place that work for me. I know what I need to do. I rinse and repeat that one YouTube video every week to that one offer with that one webinar. And it is honestly the best thing that I've done in my business. Just by doing less, but doing it intentionally. I achieved more growth in one year than ever before. Like I said, last year at this time, we were in the red. The only way we pulled out a profitable year at the end of 2024 was a few sales that I was able to push for in December of that year and now this year. I don't have to sell anything between now and the end of the year. And we are going to have an incredible year. If you're ready for that for you in 2026, make sure you grab your ticket for CEO Day. Go to trina little.com forward/CEO, and I will show you exactly how to figure out what your one platform is, what your one offer is, and what your one marketing strategy is. And then how you can set up the system so that you stop burning yourself out, creating content, coming up with offers, and doing launches. Trust me, when you can start making decisions based on numbers and data, you're going to get the results that you want. Because if you're already starting to think about setting your goals and your plans for 2026, and you have no idea what some of these numbers mean, like your traffic to your pages, your conversion rates, your show up rates, you have got to understand these numbers to be able to make a solid plan that you can actually achieve in 2026. So I would love to see you there. And if you want to see how I do all of my YouTube videos for the month in just one day, watch the video that's on your screen right now, because I break it all completely down for you.
