Tomer Molovinsky walks through setting up store credits in Per Diem's merchant dashboard. You create a plan with a name and face amount, set what customers pay versus what they get (the example is $500 for $1,000 in credit), upload a card image, and track transactions by risk level.

Foreign. From triper diem.com and today I'm going to be showing you how to manage store credits within the Per DM Merchant Dashboard. So the first thing you want to do when you log into your account is go to the side menu here and click on Store Credits. Now you're going to see two sections, which is the plans, and then you get to see the card images. So for the plans, this is where you set the store credit plans that can be bought within your mobile app. And all you have to do is click on Create a plan. And once you do that, you set the plan name the plan label. So how would you like this to be labeled or shown to the customer within the app? You can set the actual amount for this plan and then you can also set the discounted amount. So I'm going to pretty much just create one quickly. I'm going to call it Basic plan. And then I'm going to say pay $500, get $1,000, and then I'm going to set the actual amount to 1000 and then set the discounted rates. Since I'm saying pay 500 to get 1,000, then the discount there will be 50%. So I'm going to set this to percentage and I'm going to add this to my list. So yes, you can see here, it's a basic plan. The customer will be credited $1,000. They'll get a discount of 50% and the amount payable will be $500. So you can also promote this means that if I promote this, it will be the first one on the list when the customer gets to see the list of plans on the mobile app. So I'm just going to take it back to what it was and then promote this. And you can also edit or delete the plan. So I'm going to delete that so things are the way they were. And then also you can set card images. So you can actually set multiple images, because within the mobile app there's a card image which has the name of the customer as well as their phone number written on it. So this is the background of that card. So you can set it to this or you can set, you can add any file pretty much, and you can set this as the primary, or you can set the other one as a primary. So anyone you'd like. So that is how you can set up the store credit. On the Per Diem Merchant Dashboard, you can also view store credit transactions by clicking that button. And then you see the list of transactions that have been carried out within your mobile app. You can also filter by the risk level for each of these transactions by clicking on this button or this drop down. And yeah, that is pretty much everything you need to know about the store credit transactions and the store credit setup on the Per Merchant Dashboard. Thank you.
