Foreign. Hi, my name is Michael naji from triper diem.com and today I'm going to be showing you how to manage order placements on the Per Diem Agent Dashboard. So pretty much Order Placements allows you to manage how customers place their order on the mobile app. So if you want customers to be able to order in the future, or you want them to only be able to order immediately, or you want them to be able to order only for the current day, this is how you set it up on the Per Diem Dashboard. So the first thing you want to do when you log into your account is go to Operations, expand the menu, and then click on Order Placements. Now once you come to other placements by default, you're going to have the recommended setting, which is allow future orders. So what this does is that customers would have the option to choose a specific date and time in the future when placing an order. There are other advanced settings. Most likely you're going to have the advanced settings collapsed. So what you need to do is click here to expand it and then you get to see the other settings, which is immediate orders only and same day orders only. So for immediate orders only, pretty much this is you wanting to only take orders immediately once the customer places the order. So they don't have the option to choose anytime in the future, whether it's two hours from the current time or one day ahead, you know they cannot make the order for the future. And then the second option is the same day orders only. So for the same day orders only, pretty much customers can only place an order on the current day and they cannot purchase anything in the future. So if you're open from 8am to 10pm, for instance, customers will only be able to make order for that specific day between the hours of 8am and 10pm they can't order for the next day or the day after that. So depending on what your preference is, you pretty much can make the adjustments here. So you can either select any of them and all you have to do is just click on save and you're good to go.
