The affiliate program lets you recruit outside promoters to drive brand new customers to your app and web ordering site. Here's what sets it apart. Unlike the regular referral program, affiliates don't have to be your customers. They're outside promoters working on your behalf. You give each one a unique campaign link and you track exactly how many people they send your way, from that first visit all the way through to signups and completed orders. And you decide what to pay per signup or per checkout, so you're always in full control of your acquisition costs. Setting up a campaign is quick. 1. Go to Loyalty Wallet, then Affiliate in your dashboard. Note that only store owners can create and manage campaigns. 2. Create a new campaign. Give it a name— that shows on the landing page— a description that acts as your tagline, and 4 optional reward fields: points on signup, points on checkout, your cost per signup, and your cost per checkout. All 4 start at 0 until you set them. 3. Once you create it, The dashboard generates a shortcode and a shareable link. Copy that link and hand it to your promoter. So what happens when someone taps that link? It opens a web landing page branded with your logo, your name, your color, and your campaign description. The visitor enters their phone number, then sees prompts to download your iOS or Android app or sign up on the web if you have web ordering enabled. Attribution is tracked by phone number. PerDiem stitches that visit to the customer once they sign in and complete an order. And you see it all in a 3-stage funnel per campaign: visited, signed up, and checked out. You can also see your total affiliate cost and total points given across every campaign. One important note: PerDiem tracks what you owe each affiliate, but you pay them directly off-platform. There's no automated payout. Loyalty points, though, if you've configured them, are awarded automatically. That's the affiliate program.
