The Authors Unite project grew fast because of one thing: daily experimentation. The speaker tests ideas constantly, fails often, and adjusts based on what works. He warns against stopping after one win. Keep testing, keep iterating, or you plateau.

One of the keys to success is consistency. I've been noticing it more and more as I grow Authors Unite and everything surrounding Authors Unite—podcast, the community, all Authors Unite-based. And what I've been noticing is it's a consistent daily just not stopping. Like, it's a consistent doing and enjoying the doing of it that makes it continue to grow. And I continue— the more that I do, the more that I see results, and then the more things that I can alter or like grow more of if that was a positive result, right? But the more things I'm like testing, and it's just like it's a daily doing a daily test of new things and then iterating from there. And if you can keep that cycle going of continued growth and then continued experimentation, that experimentation, although sometimes will fail, maybe majority of the time will fail, the failures, the more you do of them, will continue to be less and the successes will continue to be more, just from like your understanding of new testing. Like, I think what happens to a lot of people is they'll hit some success and they can't get out of it because they are almost like afraid because they're like, oh, I figured it out. But if you wanna get to the next levels, right, it's continuous testing and iteration and adjusting, right? So, you know, the point to this video is like success, and yeah, maybe there's more to it, but thus far, consistency, actually, really what I should say for what this video, what I'm talking about, Consistent testing is one of the keys to success. So hopefully you got something out of this video. I'll talk to you soon.
