Dan Martell explains why one person at 100% capacity generates less revenue than multiple people at 80%. Delegating work to a team multiplies output and breaks the revenue ceiling that comes from relying on yourself alone.
One of the things you say in the book, you're like, okay, so you can do everything correct, let's say 100%, but if you let go and you have a bunch of other people that are at an 80% accuracy, you know, that's still better than zero.
I say 80% done by somebody else is 100% freaking awesome.
Yeah, that, that's what it is. Yes. And so the math though is just like, okay, if you get just 60 people at 80% is better than one person at 100%.
Think about the revenue I can achieve at 60 people. Yeah. So it's like you can, you can be 100% and you do it and that's fine. It's just, you're gonna cap your revenue. There's just no physical, possible, mathematical way for you to do more with your time at a certain point. You can be as productive as you want and all the automation and the hotkeys and all this stuff. I can just always out-execute and move faster because I'm able to hire, train, retain top talent, and work through them to— literally, I buy companies, I hire CEOs, I run them, done. How much of my time? I don't know. Board meeting, 90 minutes once a month.
