Alright everyone, welcome back to another episode of the Business Blast Podcast. I'm your host Tyler Wagner, and today I have Dani Katz with us. She's a writer, author, and quantum communications consultant. So welcome to the show, Dani.
Thank you, Tyler. Thanks for having me.
Of course. Thank you for coming on, and we'll dive right in. So the first question that I have for you is, what's the best story from your life that has an underlying valuable message?
OK, well, in 2008, I was a totally healthy person, really into yoga. I went to bed one night, a completely healthy yoga enthusiast, and I woke up in the middle of the night crippled with my spine folded in on myself and my left arm paralyzed. And nothing had happened and it didn't really make sense, but I had 5 compressed discs in my upper cervical spine and spent the next 28 days on my back on my couch. And during that whole time, I was wondering like, you know, where have I gone wrong? Why does the universe hate me? Like, why did this terrible, weird, inexplicable thing happen? And I was also reading a lot. And so during that time, I sort of, you know, meandered my way to my bookshelf and I found this book called Hidden Language and Codes that I'd never seen before, had no idea how it got there. And when I read that book, it was this sort of like massive multidimensional initiation into seeing and feeling and hearing the vibrational frequencies of words. And in hindsight, I realized that what had happened was, you know, a sort of modern urban shamanic initiation. And so what I learned from that is that there is a method to the madness. And that especially for those of us who live, you know, big, wild, chaotic lives out on the edges, that things aren't always what they seem. And, you know, challenges happen and chaos happens and rug pulls happen. And in reality, everything really is happening for, for us, for our benefit, for our growth. And that was a really painful lesson. But But I got it.
Thank you for sharing that. I really appreciate it. What's the most valuable piece of information we should know that's within your expertise or industry?
That every word matters, that we live in a world that is created by words, and every single word contributes to the construction of our collective world and our individual world when we're telling our stories, when we're presenting ourselves. Selling our products, selling our services, just being humans. Every single word really truly makes a massive difference.
And what's your best piece of overall business advice? So not necessarily industry specific.
I go back to every word matters and to really being clear on what our message is and, you know, how we're presenting that with precision and with confidence and with expansiveness in ways that empower everyone.
And if you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
All in divine timing. Patience, patience, little one.
Yes, I love it. And in your opinion, what's the key to happiness?
Well, I don't really ascribe to happiness as a big fat goal. For me, I would position myself more being attuned to alignment and inner peace. And I think the key to that is to surrender to what is.
And I love that answer, by the way. And what's the best book you've read? And what was the number one thing you learned from that?
God, you're pinpointing me to just one book. So my go-to is— and there's so many, but, you know, I continue to come back to the Bhagavad Gita in that it reiterates so many times that it's about the journey, not so much the goal or the spoils of our efforts. That's a juicy one.
And what's your favorite quote and why?
My favorite quote, which I might be paraphrasing it, but it's Thomas Edison. There are no— there are no rules here. We're trying to accomplish something.
Thank you so much for coming on, Dani. The last question I have for you before we let you go is, where's the best place for people to find you online?
Best place for people to find me is danikatz.com. There are links there to my quantum languaging sites and my books and my blogs. So super easy, danikatz.com.
Perfect. Thank you again. We really appreciate it.
Thanks, Tyler. Thanks for having me.
