Woo! Hey, Tyler Wagner here with Authors United as always. And what I wanna talk about in this video is that you should focus on the future. You should focus on the future. Now this is against popular belief. Most people and even most of my friends will tell you to focus on the present. Which is not bad advice, but what I'm about to tell you is just a different way of looking at it, and I think it's actually better advice, what I'm about to say. So what I mean by this is that, let me start here. I heard this quote before that when your future becomes more clear than your past, then I can't remember the last part of the quote, but then good things are gonna happen, okay? So what I mean by this is that you need to focus on your future first. So get very clear on your future. And then once you're clear on your future, then you can focus on the present as you're heading towards your future. And then your future will actually become your present. And then you'll get clear again on whatever future you want next, and then live in the present. And then your future will become your present again. You know what I mean? So if you just, if you only, so let's just put it this way. Let's put it in 3 different perspectives, okay? So if you only focus on the past, I mean, that's not gonna be good. You're not gonna go anywhere. You're gonna go backwards. If you only focus on the present, if you're only in the present, then you're kinda gonna go backwards as well because if you're not moving forward, you're going backwards. Okay? So what you wanna do is focus on the future, get very clear on the future, and then live in the present while heading towards your desired future, and then your future will become your present, and then continue that process because we're always growing. No matter where you're at, no matter how rich you might be, no matter how happy you might be, whatever it is, we're always growing and we always want to grow. It's a desire for us. Inevitably you're going to grow. So that's actually what you should do is first focus on the future, get clear on it, live in the present to get to that desired future, and then your future will become your present, and then continue that process and enjoy it along the way, right? You're not only happy once the future becomes the present, you're enjoying the process along the way. Yeah, so against popular belief, I think you should also focus on your future. Talk to you soon.
