In this Business Blast Podcast episode, host Tyler Wagner interviews spiritual entrepreneur Kundan Chhabra. The conversation opens with a sponsor plug for Authors Unite, then moves into Kundan’s personal story of healing a mysterious side‑pain by confronting the “monster” within and extracting its message, illustrating his belief that pain holds guidance and that true healing is a kind of inner war. Kundan shares his core coaching practice: purpose discovery and a “non‑meditation meditation,” which encourages sitting without any technique, simply allowing thoughts to arise. He offers unconventional business advice, defining niching as a deep self‑connection to one’s super‑power and using that to become a “key holder” for clients’ treasure, delivering content that moves them from point A toward at least point D. When asked about happiness, Kundan reframes it as just one emotion among many, warning against obsessing over it and likening it to constantly eating dark chocolate. He recommends the book Shift into Freedom by Locke Kelly, highlighting concepts such as the Cave of the Heart meditation and the distinction between awareness and attention. His favorite quote, attributed to Saint Francis, is “What you’re looking for, you’re looking from,” which he interprets as recognizing that we already embody what we seek. The episode closes with Kundan’s website, kundansabre.com, as the place to find his work.

All right, everyone, welcome back to another episode of the Business Blast podcast. I'm your host, Tyler Wagner, and today I have Kundan Chhabra with us. He helps you simplify your business as a vehicle for creating that more beautiful free world that you had a glimpse of in your awakening, mystical, psychedelic, and flow experiences. So welcome to the show, man. I'm pumped to have you on.
Thank you, Kylo.
Of course.
Glad to be here.
We will, we'll dive right into the first question. The first question I have for you is, what's the best story from your life that has an underlying valuable message?
It would be a story of healing from my, from mysterious pain in my, on my sides, on my left side. When I was walking from church to my house and it came out of nowhere and I just sat down and I asked the pain for the message and what it was, what was going on, and I felt this fear and then I saw this like kind of this monster or this demon, so I asked this monster like that was in my side, it's like, what do you want? And And it didn't really give me a proper answer, so I said, what do you really want? And it says, I just want to leave. So I said, go ahead and leave, just, you know, I command you to leave, and it left. And, and, you know, the underlying message is, you know, it's really that to always ask the pain, your feelings, the emotions, for the message they have for you. And it really just says that in a sense, real healing is war. Real healing is a form of war against everything that is not really you, in a sense. So yeah, that's pretty much it.
And what's the most valuable piece of information we should know that's within your expertise or industry?
The most valuable is— so I do a lot of purpose discovery and I do a lot of meditation in my coaching. And I think the most important thing is just to eventually learn how to meditate without using a technique, to just sit down and just be. Like, whatever thoughts are happening, just allow yourself to be. No technique, letting go of the need to do anything. I call it the non-meditation meditation. And that's That is really great to really reduce and cut up all the, all the things, the self-judgments that you have against yourself.
And what's your best piece of overall business advice? So not necessarily industry specific.
Overall business advice is The most important thing is to niche properly, but not in the traditional sense that people think of niching. I think of niching or niching as really your own self-connection, whether it's— I like how people discover their superpower and their deepest value that they're born for and really connect to the superpower inside you that is your greatest gift. That is the unique key to unlocking your client's treasures and to start creating content that take them into a process of, say, if they want to go from A to Z, you take them at least from A to D as you create content, and that really shows them that you are a key holder for the treasure that that they want.
And if you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
Hmm, it gets better.
I like that. Um, and in your opinion, what's the key to happiness?
The key to happiness is to realize that happiness is only one emotion out of so many. And not to be obsessed so much with happiness. It's like wanting to be happy all the time is like wanting to eat dark chocolate all the time. I mean, it's delicious, but there's also, you know, salsa and cheesecake and cookies to eat, you know. Dude, that's an amazing answer. I love that. Yeah, happiness is great, but there's also feeling powerful and feeling centered. There's so many options for you.
Yes, I've never heard that as an answer, so thank you for saying that. That literally, that's a really cool way to look at it, and I like that. What is the best book you've read, and what was the number one thing you learned from it?
Ah, wow, there's so many. I would think it's called Shift into Freedom by Locke Kelly. And a lot of what I teach nowadays is from his book, from that book. And like, for example, the Cave of the Heart meditation, where you drop down your awareness into the right side of your chest, or knowing the difference between awareness and attention. Attention is the way the mind knows something, and awareness is something It's the way you know something, and how you know is also who you are. And that was the primary message of the book.
And what's your favorite quote and why?
Hmm, it is a quote that's attributed to Saint Francis, but I haven't verified this, but it says, "What you're looking for, you're looking from." And I think that's brilliant because if you're looking for freedom, for example, you're already freedom. If you're looking for love, you're already love. You're looking from love. But if you just turn around and look back at where you're looking from, it's like you're already it. Yes, dude.
Thank you so much for coming on, man. The last question I have for you just before we let you go is where's the best place for people to find you online?
It would be my website, kundansabre.com.
Perfect. Thank you again, man. We really appreciate it.
Thank you so much. Have a great day.
