In this Business Blast podcast episode, host Tyler Wagner introduces guests Sanja (referred to as Sonia) and Aleksandra, two LinkedIn virtual assistants from Serbia. After brief sponsor messages for Anchor and Authors Unite, the conversation explores their most impactful life story—a student exchange program in the United States that broadened their worldview. They explain their niche service: providing organic, manual LinkedIn marketing without paid ads. The duo shares business advice emphasizing surrounding oneself with value‑adding people, warns against wasting energy on unimportant relationships, and defines happiness as staying true to oneself, maintaining positivity, and continual self‑improvement. They cite motivational speaker Simon Sinek as a key source of daily inspiration. Finally, they note that LinkedIn is their primary communication channel, with a website in development, inviting listeners to connect with them directly on the platform.

Hola, ¿cómo estás?
All right everyone, welcome back to another episode of the Business Blast Podcast. I'm your host Tyler Wagner. Today I have Sonia and Alexandra with us. They are both LinkedIn virtual assistants. So welcome to the show.
Thank you. Thank you for hosting us both. Yeah, thank you.
Of course. Very excited to have you both on. So let's dive into the first question. The first one I have for you both is what is the best story from your life that has an underlying valuable message?
Okay, so there is two of us, but I will speak in both of our names.
Okay, that sounds good.
Yeah, because we've been through a lot together, so I think that we, we were discussing the questions earlier and we came up to the same conclusions.
Okay, perfect.
Okay, so our best story we had was when we went on the exchange journey in like a student exchange journey in U.S. So that is something that really changed our perspective and view of everything. We love both traveling, so Every country that we went to changed us a little bit, but then again, going abroad, yeah, for the beginning, yeah, we're both from Serbia, so we come from Europe and we traveled a lot and I think that visiting US was our farthest destination and it completely changed our perspective of viewing on life.
And then what is the most valuable piece of information we should know that's within your expertise or industry?
Okay, so I think that the most valuable thing is that, that we are both organic LinkedIn marketing virtual assistants. And the difference between our work and the regular marketing virtual assistants' work is that we're doing everything without paid ads. So everything we do is done manually and organically and naturally. So I think that that is one piece of valuable information.
And then what is your best piece of overall business advice?
Hmm, overall business advice. To be surrounded with people who are really adding value to your everyday life. So either your everyday life or your business life, but just to have people who are ready to give you some knowledge and to sink in your knowledge.
And if you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
Not to waste energy on people and things that don't matter in, in like 5 years. So I think that time and energy, emotions and everything, just don't waste it on wrong people because there are, there's plenty of people who would kill for that kind of emotion getting from some person.
And then in your opinion, what is the key to happiness?
Key to happiness is to stay true to yourself. To give your best to people around you and to never stop working on yourself and not to listen to the negative comments and pessimists around you because it's really hard to stay white in the sea of black. So if you're being positive, don't let anyone ruin your energy and your positive thoughts.
And then what is the best book that you've read and what was the number one thing you learned from that?
Um, we read a lot of quotes, so right now we can't really choose which one is our favorite. There are some motivational speakers that we really love, and one of them is Simon Sinek. So there is so many quotes that that person gave to us that we cannot really put everything, but it's usually everything regarding the motivation and, and like daily daily waking up quotes.
Awesome.
Well, listen, thank you both for coming on. The last one I have for you, I'm a huge LinkedIn fan. I know a lot of our audiences as well. So, you know, besides the obvious, like reaching out to LinkedIn, do you guys have a website or what's the best way for our audience to connect with you?
So we are really, really being active on LinkedIn. And that is our main channel of communication with our audience. We both have our profiles and we're both working from those. And we also have a website, but it's not done yet. So everything we're doing is based on LinkedIn and you guys feel free to connect with us and to ask us whatever you would like. We're always happy to share some valuable advices with everyone and don't hesitate to write us.
