Or you turn it the other way, you get them close and all of a sudden they'll snap together. And I liken it to people that they're having a good conversation because they're helping and they're talking about them. And then all of a sudden it's, oh hell, I have to sell now. And that energy shifts. A lot of people just because I've got to go into what I've taught to pitch mode and people hate it. I've gotta pitch. And that's when their energy changes and the buyer's energy senses that and they change.
