So my father was a karateka. He was a 4th-degree black belt, and he realized that there's only so many punches and kicks that you can do, blocks, right, in karate. It's not a whole bunch of different moves. You just master them by doing them repetitively. So he realized it was the same thing in business. It's not about doing 4,000 different things. Mastery is about doing 12 things 4,000 times. So he found amidst his whole world of, you know, everywhere he went, he was a sales superstar. And he started realizing that he had this methodology or this thought process around systematizing marketing and sales so that you ensure success. And he realized other people didn't think like this. So he started mapping out, you know, there are 12 different core competencies that you need to learn to be able to be an executive that, you know, goes to the highest levels. So for instance, the first chapter, Time Management Secrets of Billionaires, because some, you know, maybe you're at a million in sales, what got you to a million isn't going to get you to 5 million. And what got you to 20 million isn't going to get you to 100 million. So those skill sets shift, right? How to hire sales superstars, you know, and do it on pure commission. He taught that as well. In one of the chapters, we talk about How to get 9 times more impact from every move you make. And that's into like marketing and sales messaging. He goes into, yeah, I mean, every chapter is a different competency.
