Alright everyone, welcome back to another episode of the Business Blast Podcast. I'm your host Tyler Wagner. Today I have Kanji Alajemi. He's a book author coach, so welcome to the show, man.
Hello, thank you very much for having me.
Of course, man, pumped to have you on, and we will dive in. The first question I have for you, man, is what is the best story from your life that has an underlying valuable message?
Okay, so the best story for me is my birth. I'm a twin and we were both born premature, which we were both weighing 1 pound each. And, you know, the doctors said, oh, you're not going to survive, you're not going to make it. But hey, today, this month, we celebrated 37 years, which is amazing. And for me, that just shows that No matter what the obstacle is, no matter what they tell you, you can still make it if you determine that you're going to make it.
And what is the most valuable piece of information we should know that's within your expertise or industry?
Um, within my expertise or industry, what I always tell people is anyone can write a book if they know how. You know, I teach people throughout how to write and publish a book to build their business or build a platform. So anyone can do it if you know how.
And what is your best piece of overall business advice? So not necessarily industry-specific.
Um, the best piece of business advice I would say would be never give up, because even though when things are tough and you're not seeing results, just keep pushing on and pressing on, and definitely you will see the results at the end.
And if you can give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
Um, to be more disciplined and more focused so that I can achieve my goals earlier in life.
And in your opinion, what's the key to happiness?
Finding your purpose. Definitely finding your purpose in God's living every single day.
And, uh, this would be a good one for you.
What is the best book that you've read, and what was the number one thing you learned from it? Okay, so apart from the Bible, the best book I've read is Think Like a Billionaire, Become a Billionaire by Scott Anderson. And the reason why is because the book shows you how to start thinking right. And when you start thinking right, you begin to live right and you begin to achieve more.
And what is your favorite quote and why?
Favorite quote is by Les Brown. You don't have to be great to get started, but you have to get started in order to be great. And that shows the process of success. Unless you understand that success is a journey.
Yes, I love it, brother. Thank you so much for coming on. The last question I have for you before we let you go is where's the best place for people to find you online?
Social media. Just type in my name and you find me on social media.
Perfect, man. Thanks for coming on.
