Hey everyone, Tyler Wagner here with the Business Blast podcast. This is going to be the first Tyler Talks, and what I want to do today is actually just really recite to you some of my favorite Carl Jung quotes that have really changed the way that I view the world, the way that I live my life, and I think that they will really help you. I'm very excited to share them with you. The first one by Carl Jung is, "The least of things with a meaning is worth more in life than the greatest of things without it." Oh, that's really the top one. Yeah, that one, enough said. It's unbelievable. So another one is, everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves. Okay, ponder that one. Knowing— here's another one. All these are Carl Jung quotes, okay? So knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people. Okay, another one. So hold on, I'm looking at, uh, I have a list of my favorite ones here. This one's good. So the pendulum of the mind alternates between sense and nonsense, not between right and wrong. Um, okay, and let's see, um, there is no coming to consciousness without pain. Okay, this one's really good. As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light of meaning in the darkness of mere being. Yo, that is amazing. Okay, and then this is— I'll share one more with you. So we cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. So this was the first of Tyler Talks, and you know, these are gonna be like very random. Sometimes I'll share quotes of people that I really admire, and sometimes I'll just kind of go on a riff and talk about some other stuff. But I don't think enough people really even know about Carl Jung and just like how much impact he's really had. So I recommend you check out Carl Jung. It's C-A-R-L, last name is J-U-N-G. Check out— he's got books, he's got quotes, he's got a bunch of stuff. He's an unbelievable human being, and he has taught me a lot is an understatement. So check him out. I hope you like the quotes. Hope you enjoy listening, and I will talk to you all soon.
