What Elena Cardone is Most Excited About Right Now | The Elena Cardone Story

You tell the audience too, like, everything you have going on now. And I love what we got to talk about in this interview because obviously I think in your interviews and the stuff that I've seen, you do talk about this part, but a lot of it's also business. So I feel like we— your whole childhood, like, we got pretty far. We didn't get to the complete end, but, um, so you're working on a lot of things right now. What are you most excited about?

The thing I'm most excited about is this kind of new— this new business that I'm doing for the first time. I became a licensed realtor with eXp Realty because I was taking one for the team by becoming a realtor so that Grant Cardone and Glenn Sanford, the founder of eXp, could do a deal together where Grant provides the training platform for the organization. So I did that so they could do that deal. And then I found out about it. And not only does a realtor make money from the commission side, from selling homes and transactions, but there's also the revenue, the revenue share portion, which if anyone is interested in having leveraged income in addition to their commission income, this is the vehicle. So you can get paid on up to 7 layers deep of the people that bring in the people every time they do a transaction up until they cap. So you can get a small little piece of that. And, and so that leveraged income really excited me because the numbers can be really big.
