my show again. And the last 2 episodes have all been in the CATS framework, which is what is the framework for my book. And I'm now focused on that. So, can you tell what is the CATS framework? So, the CATS framework is courageous, artful, thoughtful, and scientific. And then actually, after I wrote the first book and I had the 64 elements and podcasters would say, Drew, so What are the traits of a CMO that really matter? Because 64 is way too many. So how do we boil it down? And so I sort of started to think about this CATS, which is again, courageous, artful, thoughtful, and scientific. And the more I got into it and the more interviews I did, the more it became true. So for this book, it's literally divided into 4 sections, courageous strategy, artful ideation, thoughtful execution, and scientific method. And the reality is there is no way any CMO can be successful without going through those stages in one form or another. And so Courageous Strategy basically says less is more, like clear away the clutter, and you gotta dare to be distinct. If you won't, and here's a factoid that you'll love.
