Why You Should Start Your Own Publishing Company

Tyler Wagner explains how service businesses like marketing agencies and real-estate firms can launch their own publishing imprints through Authors Unite, a white-label service that handles production and marketing. Why you should start your own publishing company. So my name is Tyler Wagner. I'm the founder of Authors Unite, and what I want to talk about in this video is why you should start your own publishing company. So, you know, everybody out there wants more leads, everybody out there wants a bigger brand, everybody out there wants a bigger business, and one of the, like, low-hanging fruits, and I And I know this from experience because that's what my company Authors Unite does, is we help people write, publish, and market their books and then build their businesses off the back end, basically like using their book as the foundation. So everybody wants to write a book. Everybody wants to be an author. Like, the root word of authority is author. So everybody wants that. And obviously not everybody, but almost everybody. Literally, you might as well just say everybody. So one of the things that I realized after, you know, helping so many people with Authors is that, you know, a way for other businesses to, to grow and to have like another arm would be to have their own publishing company. And let me explain what I mean. So let's just say that you own a digital marketing agency and you do Facebook ads for other, for people and other companies, right? So now if you're helping these other people and other companies, chances are, and let's just say you have a list of clients that's, you know, let's say you have 50 clients or a few 200 clients, chances are that at least 20%, 30% of them want to write a book. It's just, it's probably like 3 times, it's probably 90% of them, but let's just on the safe side say 20, 30%. So if that is true, then, you know, you could recommend them to me, you can recommend them to Authors Unite and we're happy to take the business obviously. Or what you could do to grow your own brand is actually start your own publishing company. So that's, excuse me, that's why we actually created white label books. So basically what you could do is on the front end you can actually start your own publishing company with your own publishing name, own publishing imprint, everything. We show you how to do this, we actually do it for you. And then anybody that you come across that wants to write a book, you don't have to learn how to do this. What you could actually do is white label our services, so we do all the work for you, but on the front end it's a white label. So let's just say your company is called John Smith's Facebook Ads Advertising Agency, right? Pretty lame name, by the way. So I hope that's nobody's name. But let's just say if it is, so then you can have John Smith's Publishing Company or Smith's Publishing, right? Like, that's probably what you call it. And then anybody that you do Facebook advertising for that wants to write a book as well, you can have your own publishing company, right? We do all the work, they publish through you, we do all that work for you. And then when their book goes live and it hits bestseller 'cause that's one of the things we do at Authors United is we get them the major bestseller lists like the Wall Street Journal, things of that nature. When all that happens and on the back of the book it has your publishing imprint, your, or your publishing logo, the imprint would be inside. All of that is branded towards your company, right? So it grows and grows and grows. So, and this could work for anything honestly. Like even if you're like a real estate agent, right? And it's obviously if you're a real estate agent you wouldn't like pitch these services or anything like that. Because that would just be strange. But if you do, if you are a real estate agent, you are meeting with a lot of different people. And if you were to find out, and I guess actually you could pitch them, but it's just, it would be a little strange. You'd have to work that out. But you do meet with a lot of people. So if you were to discover that any of them wants to write a book, you could be like, oh, I actually have my own publishing company, right? And then you could publish and market them to become a bestselling author by white labeling our services. So it could work for anything. I think it most fits with like if you have an online marketing agency or like company like that. Um, and there's other niches and stuff where it would work really well. Let's say you own a health company, right? You help, uh, let's say you help men become healthier, right? Well, maybe some of them want to write books so you could have a whole publishing company that's geared towards that niche and you can publish people that come through your health programs, right? So things like that. So no matter what the business or company is, it works. So if you would like to add more revenue to your business, add more leads to your business, increase your brand awareness and have a publishing arm added to your company, go to whitelabelbooks.com, fill out the information, schedule a free consultation call, and if we feel that it is a good match, we will literally set up the publishing company for you, and then you literally have a publishing company. It doesn't take long. We've figured it out. We've done it for many others. So if you want to do that, go to whitelabelbooks.com. And I will talk to you soon.
