Why your need for safety is limiting your success. So my name is Tyler Wagner. I'm the founder of AuthorsUnite.com. What I want to talk about today is something that I've actually experienced pretty recently, and it was that I I had a need for control and I had a need for things to be orderly and I had a need for things to almost be like perfect for me to move on from task to task to task. And what I realized is that, you know, there's such things called growing pains, right? And if you wanna keep up-leveling, if you wanna keep upping your game, you need to be okay with chaos. And you need to be okay with like non-safety, right? And this is in really any avenue of life. But what I want to talk about here is in business, like as you scale, things are going to become different. Okay? So you need to be okay with the fact that it's going to get chaotic and that's the only way you'll be able to scale. So if you try to keep everything safe, then you'll never get to those upper limits. So Hopefully this helped you, and I will talk to you soon.
