Welcome to Fit for your Mind Friday.
Where I share an insight from me to you.
Today I want to talk with you.
About being too busy.
Because when you say I'm too busy, what that really translates to is it's not important to you.
Now, I'm not going to sugarcoat this because it needs to be said.
You see, the too busy for a.
Person means they are not a priority to you. So think about that.
Someone says they're too busy to you.
That'S saying that you are not a priority to them. If you're telling somebody else that you're too busy for them, they're not a priority to you.
Too busy for yourself means you're not a priority to yourself. Too busy for good habits and practices.
Well, they're not priorities to you. You see, we make time for priorities.
We create space for important things that we care about.
Don't believe me? Imagine your role model for a minute. A favorite celebrity, an athlete, somebody famous.
Maybe it's somebody that you look up to in the coaching space.
Imagine that role model whom you've loved for years.
Now imagine you've got a busy day.
Tomorrow and they invite you somewhere. Would you be there? You probably would be. You would make the time because they'd be a priority.
Now imagine someone you truly love and care about. Imagine they had an accident and it was urgent for you to get to them.
Would you be there? You would, because it would be a priority. You see, you're not too busy for your vision. You're not too busy for your health, your goals.
You're not too busy for your hobbies or your big idea.
It's just not a thing priority yet.
And when you live in a state of being too busy for what you.
Say is important, know this.
If you don't make time for what you say is really important to you.
Then it will fizzle out and it will eventually go away. If you're too busy to eat healthy.
Foods, your health is eventually going to.
Reflect and suffer from that.
If you're too busy to move and work out, your physical condition will decline and eventually deteriorate.
Too busy for your partner, your kids, your close friends, they'll go away too. Those relationships will change. The saddest part about that is by.
The time you realize this on your.
Own, without an interruption, the damage could be irreversible.
You see, being too busy just means you don't have your priorities right. It's just not important enough to you yet.
What are you making time for? Being too busy is a false assumed truth. It's not a reality. It just means it's not in your priority yet.
