156: Thoughts Will Always Become Things

A motivational talk on how visualization shapes reality. The speaker uses the example of imagining a lemon to show how thoughts trigger physical responses in your body, arguing that what you think about consistently becomes what you create in your life.
Foreign Friday, where I share an insight from me to you. Where your mind goes, your body will always follow and your actions will follow. Now, right now, I want you to picture a lemon. Like a big, ripe, juicy, sour lemon. Imagine biting deep into it. Yum, right? Probably not yum for most of you, but what happened to your mouth when you heard me say that? What happened to your face? Did you squint? Did your mouth change shapes? Did you start salivating? Could you feel it? Could you almost taste it? I had you do that. Because, you see, that is exactly how our bodies respond to thoughts. Thoughts will always become things. You see every single thing in life. Everything was a thought before it became a thing. Success stories, businesses, cars, people's healthy bodies, cures, miraculous cures, vacations, literally everything, everything was a thought before it became a thing. Do you want to be fit? Do you want to be healthy? Do you want to look and feel younger? Do you want to have more money? Do you want a thriving business, better relationship, more things, more living? Whatever it is that you want, you have to imagine it first. You've got to decide it first. You have to visualize it as a possibility before it's ever going to happen. A huge commonality with every guest I've had on leveling up, every single one of them is they had to believe and visualize it first. There's not one guest that I interviewed that didn't have a vision, feel it in their body first. Thoughts will always become things. When in doubt, I want you to go back to that lemon example. If you can dream it, you absolutely can achieve it.
