Hi, I'm Natalie Jill, Fat loss expert turned high performance coach. When odds are stacked against us, how do we shift and create everything from nothing? How do we level up when we aren't feeling it yet or we've had a big setback? On this podcast, I'll be talking to some of the most inspiring and courageous men and women on this planet who at their worst learned how to achieve success greater than they ever dreamed possible. Leveling up and creating everything from nothing. After helping corporate giants like Pfizer and Hewlett Packard generate millions in sales and small personal development companies quickly grow their annual revenue from six to seven figures, Lisa Sasevich was fired from her dream job the night before Christmas Eve. Now, after some soul searching, the queen of sales conversion decided it was time to parlay her talents into her own profits. And and to help others do the same, she started a home based business with nothing more than her phone, her laptop and the stolen hours of the night after her kids were tucked into bed. A few short years later and over 40 million in sales, Lisa has helped over 15,000 clients in 134 countries earn more by doing what they love. All without being pushy or salesy. Lisa's company has been honored to be in the inc 500 and name one of Inc. Magazine's fastest growing privately held companies two years in a row. Lisa's mission? To help women make a difference that they knew or didn't know yet, that they were here to make and to make great money and have fun doing it. Lisa believes that everyone is meant for more. Join in today and learn exactly how Lisa Sasevich leveled up and created everything from nothing. Today I've got my friend Lisa Sasevich here and I've been wanting to talk with her for so long on my podcast and I'm so excited to have her here today. She helps people learn how to make money with what they already know. And wow, how timely for what's going on in the world right now. She's been uber successful in lots of different areas, but Lisa was not always that way. She didn't, she wasn't just right out of the womb. Super uber successful in business, I'm assuming. So thanks Lisa for being here today. I'm excited to chat with you.
Yeah, the timing is so perfect and gosh, I've been wanting to have this conversation with you for so long. So yes, yes.
Okay. So Lisa, take us back. Like who were you before you even became an entrepreneur and became so well known in the space of helping other entrepreneurs, especially, you know, Here I was.
You know, someone who went on the college path, you know, picked my major fairly early, knew I wanted to do marketing, went through the on campus interviews, got the course corporate job, you know, kind of like did the way I was supposed to do it and found that, you know, I was pretty easily hireable. I mean, had some natural skills for marketing and sales. I don't know if that just comes from my Russian Jewish background. You know, my whole family kind of, you know, has that kind of outgoing ness. But, you know, I found that I would last a couple of years with a company and then, I don't know, I just would get antsy. I was always trying to make things better and have great ideas. And when I was first starting out, not everybody wanted to hear, so I just felt like I was doing one thing for money. I came out of college and I felt like I was doing one thing for money. But then kind of on the nights and weekends I was doing things to grow myself. Found personal development really young. Also loved philanthropy, just like volunteering and giving where I could. And I just, I don't know, it just, I felt disjointed a lot after, when I finally got into my working years, felt like I was living separate lives. The life of the thing I did to make money and then the life of the things that like made my heart sing. Yeah.
So many people listening, especially if they're somebody that is in a corporate job or they're in something just to earn a living, like that's what they're doing. They could be rolling their eyes like, well, okay, I got it. But you weren't living in your passion, but you were making a good living or whatever. How were you navigating through that conversation? Because did it feel at all like, wow, I shouldn't even be thinking about wanting to do my passion or I should be grateful for this. What was the conversation you were having around that?
Yeah, you know, I kept going. I mean, I didn't really think I needed to do anything about it, but I just, it was starting to bubble up for me. It was just something that I was like, the more I started to get in touch with. God, I really love doing personal growth stuff. I love contributing. The more like the day to day just felt like, is this what I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life? You know, I mean, I was not far out of college and thinking, you know, 50, 60 years, like, is this, is this it? So yeah, I was thinking all those things, but not doing a lot about it.
Yeah. So what was the turning point? What made you actually take that leap of faith?
You know, the more I started to do workshops and seminars that I was growing myself, the more I started to realize, like, wow, you know, when I introduce people to these workshops and seminars, if they have a good experience, they usually are going to do them and it's going to change their life. And if they have a bad experience of being introduced, they'll probably like, never do it. And it started to. I started to actually kind of contribute. Just volunteering my time at the different seminars and workshops I loved with. How can we get people to say yes, to come to check it out and have a good experience? And the more I did that, the more I was successful at that. And I started to realize that I had a gift for really being able to contribute, being able to communicate something that wasn't tangible. Like in my job, we were selling. I was working for Hewlett Packard at first, then I went on to work for Pfizer Pharmaceutical. We were selling tangible items, printers or, you know, I was actually on the Viagra launch team for five years.
Oh my gosh, that's funny. A lot of people don't know that.
But, you know, so we were selling things you could buy over. In the world of personal development, what I realized is we were selling intangibles. You know, we were selling like an experience. It wasn't something people could actually get their hands on. We weren't shipping to box.
You know, as I'm listening to you right now, a lot of people listening, if they're not in our age range, if you're not in your 40s, 50s and beyond, and you're younger, you're like, what was, what do you mean? Selling Hewlett Packard or selling pharmaceuticals? That was considered, by the way, those were like the best jobs to get after college. Like, if you were going to sell copiers or printers to get that sales training or then get into pharmaceutical, you had like, made it so just to understand she was given like these, this corporate opportunity and both of those that were really highly sought after jobs?
Totally.
Yeah.
It's really true. I mean, I. I don't know if anybody else has this feeling, but do you ever just feel like maybe you're not exactly where you want to be, but who am I to be, you know, like, but I have a job. I should be complaining, you know, I shouldn't be ungrateful. I should be. So many people, like right now are being laid off and struggling. So the idea of being dissatisfied in Any way, if you're working at all, it might seem, like, ungrateful, you know, a thought you have, but that you can't admit out loud. And I felt that way a lot because I did. I beat out a lot of people to get the job on the Viagra launch team for Pfizer.
It sounds so funny. I beat out a lot of people to get the Viagra job.
There's nothing you can say when you talk about launching Viagra. That's not a funny thing to say.
Yeah, it's perfect, actually. It's great. I know. I used to sell dental implants, Lisa, for years, and I used to, like, just have fun with people that say, what do you do? And I'd say, I sell implants. And they just would, like, not say anything else. And it was just. Everybody assumed I sold boobs. They were dental. Not that. Not as exciting or. I remember we had buttons at one time. It said, ask me about my implants. And I literally wore that button. What the heck?
Full circle moments.
What was this pivot? So you started. You start realizing you're seeing that there's a need. How did that happen?
And a lot of times I think that we do get that feeling. In fact, in my new book, it's called Meant for More. This is the feeling I'm talking about as I ended up writing about it. That feeling that there is something more, but a lot of times we suppress it. I definitely was having that feeling at that time because we think we should be grateful for what we already have. We don't totally understand what would be the steps to take with that feeling anyway. So we just kind of let it lie there, push it down. So I started just kind of like on my extra. My nights and weekends exploring with, what do you say? If you want to help people, but it's in a tangible way, you're not shipping a product. How do you help people? And then it sort of grew. How can you communicate about help? You could give people the way that these personal development seminars would help people. I sort of had to start tinkering and figuring out when you. If you're not shipping a box, how do you communicate? Something is intangible now.
When you were doing that, Lisa, you. I must. This was really before entrepreneurial lifestyle was really as popular as it is now. I mean, it's. Everybody knows entrepreneurs now, but when you were doing this, this was. This was new. Did you have any role models in your life? How were you. How were you learning that that was even a thing or a possibility? Or an option.
Well, actually, I mean, I ended up finding role models through personal development. Right. And there were people in courses that were a little bit older than me and entrepreneurial and then just also watching the owners of the companies themselves. So I did start to get a peek that, oh, you know, there are people that are making a difference and making money doing it. So it's like I was getting exposed to that a little bit as I grew myself. And, you know, what happened for me is I actually contributed so much to this one company that was teaching relationship work. I started leading introductory events for them, just kind of testing out, like, what could we say to expose people to new ideas and have them get excited and say yes. And I started being really successful with people coming to do these relationship seminars. Mostly women coming to do these relationship seminars because, you know, we're the ones that are usually, yeah, without it and in pain. And I started realizing, like, you know, this is where my heart is. This is what I want to do. And eventually I did take the leap. I handed back the corporate car, which was the hardest thing to do. Car payments and insurance and the 401k, the whole thing. They called them Azer points. You know, we would win points for selling things. And like, just there's. So it was a big leap, right?
Isn't it funny? I think back to corporate and like, my decision to leave corporate and it was like this. The questions I was toying with was like, I don't want to walk away from my 401k or my insurance. It was like, that was such limited.
Thinking of, like, those are big deals. If you haven't had an experience of knowing the steps and knowing how could I potentially replace that for myself?
Yes.
So, I mean, fast forward. I ended up going to work for a small personal development company. It turned out that I did have a gift for. How do you communicate what you offer if it's your knowledge?
Right.
Like, I was teaching her knowledge about how to have great relationships. And so I had a gift for teaching people how can you make what we now call an irresistible offer for your own work. So I helped her do that in her own company. And I started to really harvest my own gift. Like, oh, this is why I'm so successful selling for these other companies. And now I can see. See it more over here. And so I kind of thought that I would be with her forever, that I would be with that small company. It was my dream job. You know, I wasn't making as much money in corporate, but I was doing something I loved. It was a start. And, yeah, I just kind of thought, like, hey, if I could do this forever, it's making a difference and making money at the same time. So, you know, I'm good.
How do you make an irresistible offer? And I know before I. I know that's a big question, but I'm wondering if there's any, like. I know you've done seminars, and we're so much on this topic, but I would love, like, for people listening to hear maybe, like, what is what people do wrong with it and maybe a couple core things they can do, because I see a lot of people do things wrong, too.
Let me reference a little starting place for people I shared a little bit earlier, and I just kind of want to share with you. We launched our book last week called Meant for More, and I'm super proud to say, number one, it was my birthday. It was my 52nd birthday.
Happy birthday.
Two births in a week. So Meant for More came out on Amazon and Barnes and Noble and everywhere. And then the next day was my birthday, so it was like I gave birth and then I had my birthday. I'm feeling a lot lighter today, as you can imagine.
Yeah.
And we hit number one in new release.
Incredible.
Reading it and loving it. And I'm bringing it up right now because you asked about the irresistible offer, and they sort of go together. I want to give people a place where. Yeah. Saying they can find out more. So. Meant for More. The tagline of the book is the proven formula of how to turn your knowledge into profit. Okay. And I'm bringing this up now because we are in this time where a lot of us have a chance to rethink things. You know, we have a chance to regroup. In fact, I think, you know, at the time you and I are having this conversation, we're still in quarantine, right? Yeah. You know, for some of us, it's a chance to say, I am doing this thing. It's paying the bills, but it's not really my heart's desire. It's like, I don't see myself doing it for another 10 years or setting myself. I don't see it as a path to ever set myself financially free, you know, or give myself time, freedom. So this is a good time, I'm finding for a lot of people to kind of take a personal inventory to see what you might have that might become. What you're talking about, Natalie, is an irresistible offer to the world. In fact, what I've really come to see over the last 10 years of supporting people who took what they already knew, took their life experience, their school of hard knocks. That stuff that's like a punch in the gut when it happens to you. You never want it to happen. But then you learned something, right? You overcame it, you grew. And so many of us are sitting on things like that that we have overcome that we could help other people with.
You know, Lisa, you just said that, you just mentioned that. And so many people I know listening, don't believe if they have that it is in it. So what makes the difference between someone who has that confidence to say, I've got that because I believe everybody has that somewhere, and the. Or so many people stopping and second guessing and saying, well, I don't have anything that others that want because I come across someone like you or any of my successful entrepreneur friends and they all have that confidence. They believe in themselves, they believe in their knowledge, but so many people don't.
Yeah, well, that's why I wanted to kind of reel back before we got into like the technicals of making an offer is, you know, Meant for More is about what would your. What would you offer? Right? How do you gain the confidence to really believe that what you would offer has value? So what I did is I looked back at the, you know, over 15,000 people that have now become entrepreneurs using our work and I said, what were the steps that they used to really claim their own value, Find it, believe that it was valuable, and then turn it into an offer? And I came up with what I call the Meant for more formula. It's a journey. It's a meant for more journey, really. And it starts with acknowledging that there is a feeling inside you that keeps bubbling up. It won't go away. It may bubble up every day or every six months or just a few. But there's something inside all of us that we want to make a difference. You know, it's totally. And there's different levels of like, letting yourself feel it. And a lot of times we don't have that confidence. We don't let ourselves feel it because we don't know what to do with it. Yes, Part of, you know what the answer to the question you just asked me is like, knowing the steps to take, you know, like, oh, there's that feeling, but I don't know what to do with it. So I'm just going to keep going with life. But if you in Meant for More, what people are finding is they start reading the book and the feeling comes up and they're like, oh, I have a Plan I do know the first step to take. I know what I could do with this feeling. I know how I could unwrap it. I know how I could take it as like breadcrumbs to follow to see what is inside me. You're such a great example. I mean, you have taken your own life journey, your own experience and didn't just hold it up for yourself to make you a better person or more fit or more healthy and more supportive. And you went, you followed it and you unpacked it and now you're sharing it with others. And you've done exactly what we're talking about. You've turned your knowledge into helping people and into profit.
Thank you. I've done that over and over again. I'll tell you, my personal business evolves all the time based on what I'm going through. And I see that work with entrepreneur friends. But I know and it sounds like a lot of this is actually in your book and why everyone needs to go get your book so they can figure this out. But I don't know anyone that doesn't have a passion within them. I believe everybody is meant for more. And I also believe that what's going on in the world right now is one big huge wake up call for people to okay, here's your time, here's your chaos, here's the stress, here's all the things. So now you get to figure out what it is that you're meant for. I mean, gosh, your book couldn't be at a better time right now.
Crazy. I mean, you know, we've like your amazing story about surrender, right? And how it was all so divine. I mean, in my case, I actually wrote this book a year ago.
That's so crazy.
My kids both turned teens, I have a 13 year old daughter and 16 year old son. And I got this big sign from the universe that I needed to take some white space. And I went to my publisher, Hay House, who is the top personal development publisher on the planet to be with them and I said, look, I know this is crazy, but I would like to push the book out a year. I'm on my own, Meant for more journey. And I feel like I'm going to have to better sharing in a year. And then here we are now a year to the date and there could not be a better time. I agree with you what you just said that every single. And I want everybody here with us to hear this, like really let this in.
Okay?
I really know, you know. And look, I've supported entrepreneurs in 134 countries, I've done over $40 million of sales from Walmart.
Incredible, Lisa.
That's just like unbelievable to me, even. And here's what I. From all that experience, okay? I know that every single person here is sitting on a gold mine. I know it. I know it. Like you just shared, you know it. Every single person here is sitting on a gold mine. Now, have you figured out what the gold is yet? Maybe not, right? Maybe you didn't know the steps. How do I start figuring out what is the gold mine I'm sitting on, Lisa? And the only difference between the people who are going to mine that gold and the ones who are going to roll their eyes and say, well, everybody but me, you know, is a decision. A decision to say, okay, today was a divine appointment. I'm hearing from this woman I may have never heard of before, Lisa Sasevich. She's talking about meant for more. She's telling me I'm sitting on a gold mine. Am I willing to give it a shot? Am I willing to just walk down the men for more formula and just take the steps to find out what is the gold I'm sitting on?
Yeah. So, okay, so you.
I think this is not something invent the wheel. I'll make sure before we finish that you know exactly how to get the tools, where to get the tools. You know, it's just right here for you.
So just listening to you, I'm pretty sure I know three things that are in your formula. It has to be. And if they're not, if they're not in there, they need to be. Because this is so evident every time I talk to you. Every single time I talk to you. I feel this with you. One, you're very vision oriented as far as where you believe people can head. And I think you're amazing at creating a vision for people or allowing them to have a vision. Two, you have a strong belief in others, so you believing in them makes people comfortable with you. And then three, certainty. You've got so much certainty around it. So I don't know if those three things are part of your formula, but I'm like, I wrote them down as you were talking because I'm like, every time I talk with you, I see those three things.
I love that I'm writing that down because like everybody here, I'm on my own. Meant for more path. Here's the deal. While those are not formal steps of the formula, I'll share the steps so you guys can know the journey you're going on what they are is they are outcomes of following the steps.
Right.
Like when you follow the steps. Yes. You will connect to your vision. You will see the belief. This is a little twist.
Yeah.
Belief that others have in you that you may not have yet, like grounded for yourself. Oh, gosh. And I can't even read my writing. I forgot.
Certainty. Certainty.
Yeah. I mean, it comes from knowing the steps. You know, a lot of people pray and say, you know, God, please, I need a plan. Right. Or whatever your orientation is, you know, and what I found with Meant for More and now that people have the book and they're reading to it and they're listening to it and we're getting the feedback, they're saying like it was sort of like the plan came, this is the plan. You have the feeling, but you don't have the plan. I think another group of folks that we're helping a lot right now. And if this is you divine appointment is people who have been after their passion for a while, but it's been eluding them. So they've been on that. I want to find my passion. I want to find my purpose. I'm doing courses, I'm reading books, can't find it. They are finding what we're seeing is that the meant for more journey. It's almost saying like, hey, hey gal, stop for a minute on working on your passion or your purpose. Because like, if it didn't get you there yet, just pause and let's take the side door and find out your unique value. Let's take the side door and see what you and all your life experience, your formal education and your school of hard knocks. Let's see what it uniquely designed you for. And when you find that, we call it your unique value. It's one of the early steps in the meant for more formula. When you discover your unique value, you suddenly might find that all of a sudden you read smack on into your passion or your purpose. So it's kind of been this side door for people that are like, oh my God, it popped open so fast. I've been searching for five years and in pain, not connected to it. And then I looked from this other door called my unique value and I'm standing right in front of it. So that's what's really, really got me excited for the men for money.
So I have two specific questions for you and I don't want to forget them. So I'm going to bring them both up now that you can answer, I want to know for sure the formal steps so what those are. But also there's a lot of people listening that think, okay, awesome hearing you, but what if, like, what if I don't have the finances? Or what if I've got 10 kids at home? Or what if there's all this like, what if? So if you could talk a little bit about that because I know your life has not always been a perfect bed of roses either. You've had struggles and you've still lived this message.
Well, the part I didn't share with you, and I think this will address a lot of the what ifs, is that I leave corporate and I'm working in this small personal development company and I think I'm going to be there forever, you know, and I go on and I get married and I have my son Elijah. And you know, I'm still there. I was there six years, so I had my son while I was there. Then he's three and I get pregnant with my daughter. So here I am, am right I've got a newborn on the way, I've got a three year old and oh, did I forget to mention that my then husband was also in residency studying to become a surgeon. So he's, you know, never home. We're moving every two years. Living in a town where we don't know anyone. Oh, and remember this is over 10 years ago. It's the recession hits. We're right, it's just like right now like people are losing their finances, losing their job again. I've got, I don't have 10 kids, but I've got a newborn and a 3 year old and, and we're in a town, I don't know anyone. We're sharing the car and I get a phone call the night before Christmas Eve that I have been fired from my dream job.
And why, why did you know this was coming? Did you, Was it the recession? What was.
In fact, I had even been assured that like I was secure there and you know, so, you know, this was my punch in the gut. This was my moment of like dark night of the soul. You know what, I don't even know that I would have chosen to get pregnant with my second child had I had any thought that I could be in a town where I don't know anyone. Thank God I did right looking back. But it's like, you know, so there's a lot about what's going on right now that feels very familiar to me. To get fired in the middle of recession with a new baby on the way and you know, and all of that so, so when you ask like, what if? You know, what if I have what I feel like I was sitting right there and when I looked back in my own rear view mirror, like, the steps in Meant for More were my ladder of how I climbed my way out of that. So, you know, the first thing that I had to do, and this is the first step in the formula, is I had to. The chapter is called make peace with Sales. The chapter is about the first person that you have to sell is yourself. Right. It's like realizing that I had value, realizing that I had worth, realizing that there was something I was doing with the other companies I worked for and that that company that they kept growing and that I was contributing. And so there's a whole. There's exercises, there are stories, there are very tangible. I know people say you have value, and it's like, well, great, thanks. But what do I do? So Men for More is not a passive read. It's kind of like having your hand held through the exact steps to be like, how do I make peace with sales? How do I claim my own value? How do I even know what is valuable about me? So we take you through a series of questions and steps and exercises, and that couples very closely with the second step. So there's sort of like claiming your own value and then discovering what your unique value is. It's like, what is the thing that you bring to the table wherever you go that's unique from other people?
And you help with this in the book. You actually help people figure that part out because that's the thing so many get stuck on.
Exactly. It's a fun exploration. In fact, there are five different, very specific exercises. I'm going to give you guys a place to start right now. You know, it's like one of the things when we talk about discovering your unique value is. And everybody can start this right now. You want to start taking inventory about what are some areas that are easy for you but hard for other people. We all have these areas in life that, like, you look over and it's obvious to you, but other people look over and it's not obvious to them. Or you handle something like second nature, but it baffles other people. Right. Like in my case, you know, I'm unique in this. I was just always that person that was, like, so comfortable getting out there and inviting you. Making my offer. Hey, Natalie, you should get this. You should sign up for this. Buy this. Hey, I'm selling Girl Scout cookies. Do you want to buy some? I mean, at a Very young age. It's just like I never had resistance to making an offer.
Yeah.
And yet the rest of the world is like, ah, see? So that my. Easy for me, hard for others.
That makes sense. So it's. So for those of you listening, what I'm picking up on is you might not believe you have this thing because it's, it's so second nature to you. So it might, I would imagine, involve asking friends or your spouse, like asking others, hey, what do you see in me that seems effortless and amazing that you struggle with? Because like you said, like, I think I have skills like that too. Where. But they're so second nature to me. I don't look at them as marketable skills or like, that's just part of me.
Exactly. And in fact, that's. The second exercise is. Yeah, you're right on, right on track here because you've been through this. You have, you discovered your unique value and it's, it's a journey. Right. We're always looking and seeing it in a next level. So even people listening are already, I'm in my thing already. You go through the discover your unique value steps and you'll see the next cut and next cut. But what you're alluding to, the second exercise of the five is look for places where people are always wanting to. Well, here's how it sounds. Hey, Natalie, can I just have five minutes of your time?
Can I pick your brain?
Pick your brain. You've got it. Where are people always wanting to pick your brain? And it'll seem very like, innocent. You go to coffee, they're picking your brain, but it's kind of over and over. You've heard it your whole life or you've heard it ever since XYZ happened. Maybe you lost 20 pounds and kept it off and everybody wants to pick your brain about how you did it. Maybe you are rocking it out with homeschool right now and all the other moms you know are suffering.
Definitely not me. That is not my unique ability. No way. Not happening.
There's someone listening who it is. I mean, like right now, you know, there's all these small businesses trying to nail these PPP loans and some people are totally other people that are like, oh, nailed it. Know how you know? So yeah, you might have a relationship that people admire. You might. There's so many areas where people need help. So good exercises. We walk you through a series of step to see. To start to pick your brain about where people want to pick your brain and to start to notice and just what you said, Natalie, like, it's almost like asking other people, what do you see in me? But you don't even need to ask because, trust me, in your area of your unique value, it's already happening.
Totally. That makes so much sense. So see, everybody, that's the hardest thing that you've been stressed about. And it's not even that hard. It's simple. It's simple. And what better time than right now to be doing this?
Oh, totally. I mean, this is the kind of work, and you'll appreciate this because of the field you're in, right? And you ever had get exposed to, like, a question that changes your life? Of course, you're like, oh, my God, that question just changed my life. So years back, I was sitting with an early mentor of mine at lunch, and I always noticed, like, whatever she ordered, I loved it. Whenever I ordered, I felt like it was good, but I was like, didn't feel good later, and I didn't have energy later. And I asked her, I'm like, can you just. I just want you to order for me all the time. Like, what is it you are asking yourself when you look at the menu? And she said, you know, I'm glad you asked that, because there is something specific. She said, when I look at the menu, I ask myself, what will I be happy to have eaten?
Oh, I've never asked myself that question.
I was like, you know, that's so funny, because when I look at the menu, I say, what do I want right now? What would be the best, most tasty thing right now? And she goes, yeah, it's an interesting question, right? Because if you ask, if you look and you say, what do I want right now? You're going to get a certain choice. But if you ask, what will I be happy to have eaten? Then you're going to get a different choice. And so I just changed the question when I looked at it. And I always love what I get, and I always feel good later. So. But where it changed my life is looking at life. You know, you could be sitting here in quarantine right now going, what would I be happy to do right now? You know, and we would, like, hit the fridge again or watch another movie of Netflix or stay in bed or go for a run or whatever it is, right? Like, there's a lot of things you could do. But imagine if you asked yourself this question, you stood, you know, three weeks out, three months out, whenever you think the end of quarantine will be, stand three weeks out, right? Like you're here now, but you think here I, you know, imagine yourself three weeks out and say to yourself, what will I be happy to have done? What will I be? How will I be happy to have grown? And when you ask the question from the future, kind of like, what will I be happy to be? You're going to get different ideas about how to spend each day and each hour. And so I feel like what I'm offering with meant for more. That makes me so excited that it's out now instead of a year ago is if you stand and say, how will I be happy to have grown? You will be so happy to have grown to figure out what is the gold mine you're sitting on. You will be so happy to have grown knowing your unique value. You will be so happy to have grown owning and claiming your worth and the question you originally asked me. You will be so happy that you went through the steps and you learned how to make an offer that was irresistible. An offer of your own knowledge, your own health, your own service, your own expertise that you learned. What's the structure invite pursuit. You know that people will thank me for what I offer.
I love that you just shared that. You know, it's funny because I talked to many people over the years that will say, natalie, you're so good at sales, but I could never sell. And I always think, but I don't actually sell. I never feel like I'm selling. What I always feel like I'm doing is I'm listening to people and I'm sharing solutions. And that to me feels very good. There's a very good feeling around helping somebody because I've listened to them, I understand what they're struggling with or dealing with and I'm offering a solution. So to me it feels helpful versus like I'm taking something. Right? And I think that this conversation is important because if somebody has this story around, I hate sales or I can't sell myself, like this is even more important to understand what you teach in your book and what you teach. Because when you realize you actually have a gift and something that you can knowledge that would help others, you can change your whole story around that. And it becomes not about you taking something or being salesy, it becomes about you helping totally.
I mean, simply put, if you really uncover that you've got a gift to help people and we all do, so I can't wait to find each person to find their own, you will come to see that it's a disservice not to share the gift It's a disservice not to make an invitation, not to make your offer. And when you follow the steps in meant for more, and you put the offer together in a way that, like Natalie said, you're really listening to people and you're really coming to the table with what they would thank you for, you know, it just. It feels good. You won't feel. You know, the old model of selling is like overcoming objections. You know, you're sort of like, have to conquer someone, an irresistible offer. You don't even need to ever learn how to sell. You know, it's really what I like to call invite pursuit. You know, you're saying, hey, this is what I have to help, and the right people will be like, leaning in and thanking you. So all the steps of, you know, from claiming your value to discovering your unique gift, to turning that gift into an offer, they're all part of the formula. And that you really could change the rest of your life. You could look back on the quarantine and be happy, have made the steps that. It's not just about, what are we going to do during quarantine. It's like, what could we do now that I have forever, you know, forever.
So, Lisa, do you feel that anyone could benefit, like, even if they're financially struggling right now, or there's like, do you think that. That anyone could take this tool and create, no matter what their situation is, 100%?
And, you know, I say it because of all of our years of experience of helping people. Like, you guys are not my test rats. You know, like I said, we have over 15,000 clients and in 134 countries. So this isn't even specific to the US speaking all different languages that have followed these steps and really learned, you know, what are the gifts they bring and how can I create an income source? Some of you might be looking for a side hustle. Might be a great time to create it, you know, Others of you maybe. Like, I know people that are buying the book right now are buying two because they're like, there's one for me, one for my college student that's home right now, you know, and looking for a complete new opportunity. My daughter's 13. If you guys go over to, you can find me on any social channel, at least. Lisa Sasevich. So at Lisa Sasevich on our Facebook page, for the first time in 10 years, my daughter stood right here next to me, and she went live with me on Facebook. Did not know what she was gonna say, but she had picked up the Book. It had just come in the mail. And she read the first chapter about making peace with sales. And she shares on our interview, she said, you know, I realize, like, my friends and I were all rallying to get one of the dads to take them to Lake Tahoe for after the quarantine.
Yeah.
In the summer, she says, I realize, like, we're making an offer. We're selling like we got.
Yeah, good. So good.
You know what, Sierra? This is the thing that every person needs to realize, is that we're all always selling.
Yes, I believe that. I believe that we are. And I love the word enrollment versus selling. But I believe that we're always either being enrolled or enrolling. So if you're not enrolling others in something, they're enrolling you. So it's a very real thing. And I believe that those that are successful and are helpful to others, it's a good thing. It's a very helpful skill set to have.
Absolutely. Yeah. And put the words that you like, don't be stopped. Enrolling someone, inviting someone, making your invitation. If you're blocked by sales, you won't be after the first chapter. But there's. Whenever you want to influence a decision, you know, even if it's. You're getting your own kids to make a good choice for themselves, you know, having this tool. And you'll love the stories in the book and all the different ways that people are using it. You'll see. You know, you read the stories and you're like, oh, I could do that. I could do that. I never thought of that. And it just opens up everything so good possible for you.
Yeah, this was super helpful. I have not read the book yet, but I'm ordering it the second we're done with this interview. Now, I need to read, and in fact, I'll probably get a few copies so I can give them out as well. So if you haven't done it while you're listening, make sure you get this. It's available everywhere. Book are sold. You mentioned Barnes and Noble, Amazon, and then, Lisa, you said you had a gift or an audio tell people where they should go.
Well, this is the really cool thing, is usually when books come out, you can, you know, you can only buy the physical book, and then about a month later, the audiobook comes out. And I'm an audiobook listener. You know, I love to listen as I run and things. Well, because of quarantine and us kind of not knowing, would they be shipping? Would they not? My publisher, Hay House, I asked them, hey, I want to do something that's never been done, but I think if we're ever going to try it, it's right now. This is what I call an irresistible offer. When people buy the physical copy. Right now, if they come to my website, which you can go to LisaSasevich.com, hit the meant for more tab and enter your order number. You know, would you allow me publisher to give them the audiobook? So literally you could be hearing this interview now. You could go get your physical copy on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, whatever your favorite bookseller is. Go to LisaSasevich.com, hit the meant for More tab, enter your order number and you will get the audiobook free today.
Terrific.
The books are shipping, they are in stock, so that's good. But they keep selling out, so you never know. You might want to get two or three right off the chute because you're going to want to share it with someone you love. And then make sure to come on over and enter your order number, your name and your email. We will send you access to. So watch your email. We'll send you access to be able to go download the whole audiobook so you can listen to it on audible or your favorite place you listen. And then the other thing I'm doing right now just to support you in being happy with what you did during this time is you're also going to get $1,000 of complimentary training with me.
Oh, wow, that's great.
It's going to include a course that we were going to sell. There's a $500 program. This is kind of like the COVID special. We're giving it to you now. It's called discover your unique value. So it takes you through these exercises of how to figure out what is your gift, what is it that the gold mine you're sitting on. And it's also going to be coming with the 30 day Facebook support challenge where I'll be doing live calls and trainings. You can come and ask me questions. So we're just. I really, really want to support you and you're meant for more Journey. You're on it already, whether you like it or not.
Y' all don't even realize how good of an offer this is because Lisa very seldom works with individual clients and when she does, she charges pretty much what your annual salary might be. So this is a really, really good offer to be able to have access to her, answering questions in her group, all of that so highly suggest you take her up on that offer.
Yeah, Definitely, you know, grab the book, make your way on over. You've got to hit the, you know, go to lisasazovich.com hit the meant for More tab. You have to scroll down. You'll see the little form to put your name, put your email and then check your email. That's where we give you the code to get on into our online business academy. Come in.
