Natalie Jill and Shelly Pelly share three practical ways to tone arms, covering physical activity tips and healthy snack ideas. The conversation is informal and motivational for anyone looking to improve their fitness and nutrition habits.
Hey, guys. Natalie Jill here today with my friend Shelly Pelly. And we're talking about how to go from flab arms to fab arms. And I had to call in Shelly because seriously, look at those arms. Jealous. Love those arms. So we came up with three ways to go from flab to fab arms. The first way, and this is seriously the easiest way to get fab arms. And this takes like less than five seconds, right? Five seconds, yeah. All you do. Ready? Have them walk behind you all day. Perfect. Keep it up. Work it. Work those arms. That's way number one. Way number two is use your arms during the day. So when I say lift heavy, I don't necessarily mean lift heavy weights, but just using your body weight, right? Everything you're doing to lift heavy. So use a bag to carry your stuff around all day. Hold everything. Hold everything. Because seriously, you wouldn't think of that. But walking around carrying a bag heavy with your stuff in it, you're getting an arm work. Right. Carry your own dang groceries too. Right. Way number three is you've got to eat protein. You got to eat healthy fats. You've got to have the right ratios of things. So we were talking about snacks, and Shelly has her favorite snack. She's going to show us my favorite snack. So my favorite snack. Wait, wait, wait, wait. I see something down there. Wait, hold on. What are these? Oh, oh, first. Okay, we got a product. Product placement. When we're demoing food and snacks, we got to look good.
We're adorned.
Yes, we are. See, look, Here we go. All right, so what are we pulling out for the snack?
All right, so I always carry.
Always carry your bowl in your bag.
I carry a. Oh, oh, oh, oh.
We're not. Shelly was in the cbd. I love that you carry around my DVD all the time in case I.
Feel like I need to get my work some abs.
That's another video, though.
All right. I carry a little cinnamon.
Love cinnamon.
My measuring cups. My almonds for the good fat. A little cottage cheese and blueberries.
Blueberries.
Yep. Blueberries. I take.
Wait, stand by. You go to the gym.
So I take a quarter cup of cottage cheese. Cause I like cottage cheese. If you don't like cottage cheese, I also use yogurt. Yogurt's good to use as well. Put it in the bowl.
Want some protein here?
Yep, little protein. And then I take. Take half a cup of blueberries. And I love fresh blueberries. They're just really good for you. Lots of antioxidants.
I'm eat Some.
While you're doing this, put them in the bowl. Pretty much I mix it together, I put a little cinnamon on top of it and then I want a good fat as well because it satiates me and keeps me fuller longer. And you need good fat. So I sprinkle some almonds over it.
Yum.
Sometimes I drizzle just a little bit of honey and you're done.
Oh my God, that's so good. Thank you. Yeah, no, it's super easy. See, you need easy, right? Because nobody wants to have to deal with time consuming stuff. But this is a perfect snack. Perfect meal.
Takes three seconds to do it. Your protein, your fat and the good fruit.
Thank you.
Yep, Love it.
So there you have it. Three ways to get arms. You can either carry your friend around with you. They can walk behind you. You can use your body more lift, heavy carry things. Use those arms. Third thing, really important is the kitchen and what you're eating and cleaning. Creating simple snacks like this that are high in protein and all those good fats and good carbs.
