Hi, everyone. Natalie, Jill, are you ready to be happy, healthy, and fit? We are doing the best thigh slimming exercises today. I get a lot of requests for thigh slimming. How do we slim those thighs? So we're going to work that whole area today. Outer thighs, inner thighs, back of the thighs, front of the thighs, the whole shebang. Because working on best thigh slimming exercises. So what you need is your own body weight, because we do everything primarily with our own body weight and then something that you could hold onto for balance. So I'm going to use a foam roller. You don't have to. You can have a chair nearby, an ottoman. Just something you can grab a hold of later. Unless you want to be extra challenged and just completely use your own body weight. That's up to you. Are you ready to get started? We're going to start with plie squats. We don't need our holder quite yet. So you want your feet shoulder width, distance apart, your toes pointed slightly out. And we're going to take it to a slow squat down. Your hands can stay on your hips or out in front. We're going to take it down. Are you ready? Take it down and up. Squeeze as you come up. Down and up. Our hands out here or on your hips if you want an extra challenge. You can always hold a weight right here. Add a little bit of an extra challenge. Down and up. Squeezing as you come up, working that whole inner thigh here. Squeeze. The slower you go and the harder you squeeze, the more you're going to feel it. Down and up. Last one, but hold it now. Hold it here. Squeeze. Now we'll take it to little pulses, Pulsing it down and up. Little pulses. Feeling that burn. This always gets you. You think the little pulses are going to be easy, but they're the most challenging. Down and up. Squeeze. Little pulses. Last few. One more. Good job. Shake it out. Okay, we're going to take it to a combination lunge move. And it's going to go out and back. So watch me. First, we're going to take it out and in and then back and in. Are you ready? Join me. Now take it to the side and center. Back, center. Keeping on that same leg. Cause we're working that base leg, inner thigh, outer thigh, glute, everything. Side and back, side. Good job. Last one. Good job. Shake that out. Taking it to the other side. Same thing. Side and back. Are you ready? Take it side and back. Side and back. Nice job. Challenging your balance a little bit here. Working all those stabilizer muscles. Should feel that in those Legs, mostly that base leg. Last one. Good job. Shake it out. How you feeling? Okay, you want to grab that chair or foam roller, something to hold onto, because we're going to do a few combination moves here. So you want to. On your base leg, you want to bend that knee slightly because you don't want to involve our lower back here. So taking that pressure off, bending that knee slightly, the other leg, we're going to take it to the side. Little pulses. Are you ready to base leg planted. Bend that knee slightly and take it side. Little pulses. Feeling it in that outer thigh. You're just touching that foam roller or that chair slightly for a little bit of balance. Pulsing it here. Keep that knee bent. Good job. Few more here. Last two. Nice job. Shake it out. All right, Onto the other side. Reversing it. Base leg planted, knee bent slightly. Strong core leg side. Ready? Take it up. Little pulses here. Little pulses. Small movement. Feeling it in that outer thigh. Good job. Last few. Last two. You did it. Shake it out. Good job. All right, taking it. Holding onto that foam roller, that chair still. Base leg planet. Going back to the other base leg that you started on. Knee bent slightly. Other leg. We're doing a modified donkey kick. So we're standing here. Watch me first. We're taking it up and back. Now, it's really important here. You keep that planted leg, that base leg, the knee slightly bent because we don't want to create pain in our lower back. So bang it slightly. Either leg up or you take it back. Small movement here. Really feeling that in your glute and in your hamstring. Should not feel this on your lower back. If you are bend your knee a little bit more on that base leg. Keep it planted. Working that hamstring and that glute. Slimming those thighs. Keep going. Last two. Good job. Shake it out. How are you feeling? Shake it all out. All right, going over. Same thing on the other side. Basically planted. Take that active leg up. Bending that knee down. Everything tight. Ready? Take it back. Little movement. Barely holding onto that foam roller or chair. Working that glute, that hamstring, that thigh area. Job. You got this. Last few. Last two. Nice. Shake it out. All right, final exercise. Toes pointed slightly out. This time, I want you to hold that chair or foam roller for balance. We're going back to that first exercise we did, but we're going to get a lot lower, and we're going to hold it there. Holding onto that foam roller or that chair. I want you to take it low. Join me now. Squeeze. Get as low as you can and then pulses from down here really low squeezing and bring it up slightly higher and hold it right here. Little pulses working those thighs. Bring it up slightly higher. Pulse is here. When you're ready I'm going to have you let go and we're going to start moving these. Are you ready? We're going to take it backwards first. Still pulsing. We're going to take it back right now slowly back. You can really feel this here and then now pulse it up. Moving forward. Little movement back and forward. You should be feeling these because I am definitely feeling these. Two more times. Take it up. Good job. Shake it out. You did it. How are you feeling? Make sure you comment below.
