Hi, guys. Natalie, Jill, we are ready to do the best leg exercises to tone legs, because we want to be happy, healthy and fit and toned legs help us get there. So get ready to get started. All you need is a water nearby and your own body weight. That's it. No weights, no equipment, just our own body weight. And you don't even need a mat this time because we're doing the majority of these standing. Are you ready? We're going to start with lunges, but we're going to do them forward and back. So watch me. First we come forward, back to center, and then take it back. Are you ready to join me? We're going to start on one side first. Pick your side and we're going to take it forward or back. Ready? And take it forward. Tap and back. Now, you keep your hands on your hip, or you could take them out in front of you. Whatever is more comfortable for you. So we're working a little bit on balance, too. It's going to challenge our core, that entire midsection while we're working our legs, because we're toning our legs. Feel this through your whole leg. Keep going. Now, if you wanted to, you could add weights to this, and you can just hold them to the side, but you don't need them. You can use your own body weight here. One more here. Tap and back. Nice job. Shake it out. Same thing onto the other side. Are you ready? Take it forward. Tap and back. Forward and back. Go as slow as you need to on these. Really keeping that core tight. Feeling it on that base leg, that one that's planted. Feeling it throughout those legs. Toning those legs. Saying goodbye to jiggle. Do one more here. Last one. Good job. Shake it out. All right, moving on to the next exercise. We only have four exercises in this. Moving on to the next. We're going to do a reverse lunge with a curtsy. So watch me. First base leg is planted. Take it forward, tap, and then we're going to curtsy it over. Really working that glute. Are you ready? Take it forward. Tap and curtsy it over. Nice job. Stay with me here. Really feeling it in that glute on that base leg. Really light with that active leg. Few more here. Last one. Tap. Good job. Shake it out. How we feeling? Stay with me. Doing the same thing on the other side. We don't want to walk lopsided. Are you ready? Take it forward. Tap. Curtsy it over. Forward, over. I love these exercises because you're not just working your legs. We're getting a Good workout on our legs, but we're really involving that entire midsection, that whole core, because we're focusing on balance, too, working all those stabilizer muscles. Last one here. Good job. Shake it out. Okay, going down. Focusing on a quad exercise here. We're going to do a runner's lunge. Watch me. First, you're going to kneel down. Base leg's planted. The active leg. We're going to take it out and in. You're going to really feel that on that base leg quad. Are we ready? Take it down, out, and in. This should be burning. This is where the results happen. Keep going. Slow it down if you need to. Or you can speed it up if you need to modify this. You can always come up a little bit higher. A few more. Last two. Good job. Shake it out. That one is a killer. That one burns. That's how we know we're getting results, though. Ready to take it to the other leg. Take it down. Active leg. Take it back it in. You ready? Back out. In. Remember, speed it up if you need to, or keep it slow and controlled. Working that base leg quad. Barely tapping down with that active leg. Last two. Good job. Shake it out. Not done yet. Almost there. We're going to take it side to side. We're going to take it low, involving those outer thighs because we're toning legs today, working on that whole area. So we're going to take it low here. You can put your hands on your hips or take it here. And we're take it side to side like this. Getting really low. Working legs, outer thighs, glutes. You ready? Take it down. Small steps. Side to side. Side to side. Feeling it in those glutes. Stay with me. Lower you go. The harder it's going to be. Nice job. Few more here. One more each side. Good job. Shake it out. You did it. We're toeing legs and you did it.
