Hi, guys. Natalie, Jill, back on. Happy, healthy and fit. And today we are addressing the bingo arms, the flappy arms. Everyone always says, what do I do to get rid of the back of the arms? And I say bingo, because, you know, bingo. Everyone wants to address that. Now, although you can't spot reduce, you can drastically change the appearance of areas by losing overall body fat. And we do that through intensity in our training and, and from lowering our calories and eating a whole real foods diet. But by developing the muscles in those areas, by working those muscles, we can drastically change the appearance which you see when you lose that overall body fat. So although we're targeting this area today, you can't target or spot reduce. You can lose overall body fat and then develop those muscles. And that's what we're doing today because we're addressing the bingo arms. So all you need for this, you want a little bench. I'm going to use a little step stool. You can use that. You can use an aerobic step. You can use an ottoman. You can use a little table. You can get creative here. You can even use a brick if you wanted to. We just want a little bit of height. And we're going to do two exercises. That's it. But we're going to advance on them. And the whole workout is less than five minutes. I know you have five minutes. Everyone's got five minutes. So don't just watch me. Let's do it with me. Are we ready? Okay, we're going to start by using the bench in back of us. We're going to place our fingertips forward, heel of our hand, our palms on the bench. Bring ourselves in and just slow, lower down and back up. Just a light dip here. Down and back up. And you're using your tricep. The back of your arms up and down. Keep going here. And if you're doing this correctly, core is tight. Using those triceps, you should really already, even after just a few of them start, start to feel them. Okay, stay with me here because we're going to advance it. I want you to lift up one of your legs. I know you can do it. Ready? Lift it up lightly, keeping your core tight. Keep that movement. We're also working on balance here. Stability, muscles, everything. Ah. Feel it. Keep going. Go ahead and switch legs. Other leg up. Up and down. This is hard. We've only done a few. Keep going. All right, take a rest. Sit down. Nice job. Shake it out. Now, those are hard. They should feel hard. That's just using your own body weight. Now Just to show you for future, if you wanted to modify that, you could bring your feet in. It'll make it a little bit easier. But I didn't want to show you the cheat method at the beginning because I wanted you to do the work. Okay, so nice job. So we're going to turn over and we're going to go into a push up position now. Now here's the thing. When you do a push up, the wider you have your arms, the more you're working your chest. If you bring your elbows in, we're going to work the back of our arms. So we're going to bring them in push up position here. Modified. You can start on your knees here, but advance. I want you up here. Okay, Are you ready? Take it down. All right, let's go. Let's take it down and up. Down and out. Now, beginners are here with me right now. On your knees, elbows in, close to your body. Beginners on your knees. Advanced. Take it up here and bring it down and up. These are tough. Down and up. Good job. Let's do two more here. Last one. Nice. Shake it out. Mini break. Stretch it out. Quick stretch here because we're going to go back to that position and we're going to make it a little bit more challenging. Now, if that was very hard for you, you can stay on your knees for these. If that was somewhat easy and you want a bigger challenge, I want you to stay with me here. Regardless we're doing them. Whether you're on your knees or. Or you're back in push up position like me, where we're going to advance on. Okay, let's get into position. Ready? Up. We're going to do the same thing, but I want you to lift a leg. Ready? Lift it. Take it down and up. Down, up. I just want four of these. Last one. Whoa. Hold it up here. Plank position. Hold it. Lift the other leg. We've got four here. You ready? Take it down and up. Down and up. Last two. Nice. Whoa. You did it. Super short. And I know those are burning. Are you feeling it? Okay. You always want to stretch it out, so reaching back, pushing back slightly on that arm. Stretching out that tricep. Other one. Good job, you guys. You did it. Short workout, way less than five minutes. Use your own body weight. And we are banishing those bat wings for help on the nutrition aspect. Make sure you check out my seven day jump start because we got to get that layer of fat off. Got to get it off. We don't want it. Get it off. So we can see that. Hard work on those muscles. See you guys next time. Bye.
