Hi, I'm Natalie. Jill. Welcome to Unprocess yous Diet. Today we're making gluten free vegan chia seed pudding. Great healthy treat, great snack and kids love it. It's a great snack for kids too, and for you. And it's healthy, it's high in protein and it's all good for your ingredients and so simple to make. All you need for this is a few simple ingredients. So you're gonna make it with me. We're gonna go through it and you'll see how simple it is. The first thing is we're gonna take a third, a cup of coconut milk. So that's first. We're gonna use a third of a cup of chia seeds. Got the black chia seeds here. Put that in. We're gonna use 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. So make it a little bit sweet. Two tablespoons. Now you can use. I've done this with less. It's up to you on how sweet you want. But I'm going to do two here. To make it extra sweet, we're going to use a half a teaspoon of vanilla. We're going to whisk it all together. Now, part of the what makes this have a great texture and that pudding texture is what happens to the chia seeds after it absorbs all the liquid. Mix it up. You want to get some little jars like this and we're going to pour it in the jar. I'm going to seal it up, shake it. Now here's the key. You're going to refrigerate it for one hour. And at that hour mark, you're going to want to go back and stir it and mix it up even more. The next day when you open it up, you will have a great tasting chia seed pudding like this. Mmm. You'll love it. Now, if you want some more recipes, some more recipe ideas, gluten free, great recipes, look down below. I've got a free gluten free guide that has 10 free recipes for you. Bye.
