Hey Natalie and Super Shredders. I just thought I'd send a short video letting everyone know how happy I am with the Super Shred program and some of the great results I'm having. Chest is getting wider. Arms are getting more defined. My legs are getting extremely strong, which I really needed to do because of all the weight loss I've had this past year. The plan's working great. Bottom line is the weight loss and the Super Shred has totally changed the way I look at life and the way I want to live it.
