Hi guys. Natalie, Jill. Welcome back to Happy, Healthy and Fit. Today. I'm answering a question I get all the time, what's a routine I can do if I'm lazy? So I'm talking about fitness routine or plan for lazy people. So here's the thing. I've got a little plan that I want you to follow. Step by step guide, gonna tell you what to do. Here's where I want you to start. Now, we might be lazy, but we still have to do a few action items. And I promise they're not gonna require too much energy. But. But you gotta do these and these will get you started in the right direction. Number one, I want you to create a vision board or a motivation board because you've gotta have something to look at to start getting into your mindset of what you want to move towards. So whether you choose a vision board or you choose somebody on Pinterest to follow, or you use one social media platform where you've got some motivating people you can look at, you've got to have a vision to start looking at. So you know what it is that you're going to go after. You can do this while sitting on the couch one day. Just go through and find what you want to look at. Number two is you've got to find something that makes you feel good about yourself so that you want to move. What do I mean by that? One workout outfit or a pair of shoes, something that you can put on and it makes you feel like you want to get moving. If you don't have anything to wear to work out, it's going to be unlikely to want to start moving. So I suggest you just need one, get one set of something that makes you feel a little bit better about yourself so you're excited to do that workout. The next thing is make sure you're staying hydrated throughout the day and that you're eating and adding some healthy foods. So I didn't say take away anything, I didn't say give up any of that junk yet. I'm just saying add some of the good stuff, add more hydration. Because the more we're taking care of our body and doing right things, the more that helps us get in that right mindset that we're going to want to start being more active. The next thing is just start, just do something. Something. It's not about finding the perfect routine, the perfect gym, the perfect dvd, the perfect eating plan. It's not about any of that. It's about just starting. It's those little things over time that make a big difference. So by just doing something, anything, it's gonna start. Go for a walk around the block. Go to the gym for 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Say you're gonna do something in your house that's active for a short period of time, but just start. Stop researching what the perfect plan to do is and just start. The next thing is walk more. Very simple. Walk more. You can do this throughout your normal activity. You can park your car further, we've all heard that, but do it. Park your car further. Can you walk while you're talking on the cell phone? Instead of sitting down and eating, just start moving. Walking more. And that is another one of those little things over time that makes a big difference. Do what motivates you. There's not a perfect workout. There's not one routine that works for everybody. Do what motivates you. If it sounds fun to you to take a dance class, to play tenn, to go for a walk with a friend, whatever it is that is exciting to you or motivates you or makes you feel good, that's where you want to find to get you going in the right direction. It's that not that perfect exercise. So there you have it. Just a few steps gives you a starting point, a plan to motivate you and to get you going. So even if you're that lazy person, it doesn't matter. You can start with those things. Now, I even have a sofa workout for you. How about that? I've got a free sofa workout you can check out right over here. I've got a link below for that. So you can do it while you're watching tv. And if you do want to learn more about the eating aspect and what you can do and what you can add to your life, to start making those changes and getting you in the right direction, check out my seven day Jumpstart and you can find that information below as well.
