Hi, everyone. Natalie, Jill, are you ready to be happy, healthy and fit? We are doing the best workout for muffin tops. Getting rid of that muffin top area. Everyone wants help with that. How do you lose it? I'm going to show you three of my favorite exercises today that really address that whole midsection area. Now, although you can't spot reduce, you can drastically lose body fat by choosing the right types of exercises and of course, eating a whole foods diet. Now, when you look at exercises, although you can't spot reduce the fat, you can change the definition and the way it looks by working on specific exercise moves. And I'm going to show you three of my favorites today because we are attacking the muffin top. So we're going to start down in plank position. My dog is already there, so we're going to join her. Now, in your plank position, you want to keep that lower back, the C curve out of it. So glutes are going to be tight. Lower back flat. Coming down to a plank. Right, Beam up on your hand. Or you can bring it down to those forearms here. Ah, dog breath. All right, holding it to the plank beam. Stop. All right, backing on up. All right, holding on to your plank. Holding it. Squeeze. You can rock back and forth if you want to take your mind off it, make it a little bit easier. But really squeezing here again, you don't want to sink down here. You want to hold it up here. Squeeze. Lower back split. Holding that plank, you want to hold as long as you can without losing form. Can you rock back and forth? You can also come up to your hands if you want. Keep it down on those forearms. Few more seconds here. Hold it. Squeeze. Couple more. Two more seconds. Nice job. Mini break. We're gonna go back down to a plank. This time we're gonna move those knees. Ready? Coming back down to the plank. Up on your hands. And we're gonna take it knee to elbow, alternating. So it's gonna come here straight and back over. Are you ready? Take it side to side. Side to side. Touching knee to the elbow or the wrist. Really twisting it there. They're tough. One more each side. Good job. Mini break. You feeling it? Great exercises. Anything plank based is going to really target that area. You get a lot of work from that going after that muffin top. Going back down to a plank, but in a wide plank position, so your legs, your hands are wide like an X. So right here. And we're going to take it to a twist here and over to their side. You ready? Take it to a twist whole body move here. Twist, twist, whittling that middle, attacking the muffin top. Really feeling that in those obliques and those abs, core and throughout your whole body. We're using our whole body here. Using more muscles, burning more calories, losing overall body fat. Few more. Keep going. Let's do one more each side here. Good job. You did it. So you have a quick workout. Just a few minutes, a few exercises, but really concentrating on that core area. You should be feeling it. We're attacking that muffin top. I want you to be happy, healthy, and fit. Thanks for joining me on my workout today. Make sure you subscribe to my channel.
