Dale Duchenne Cannon then provides a detailed tour of his production facility, explaining the handmade process of making the protein bars, emphasizing freshness, raw vegan ingredients, and artisanal craftsmanship. The content is focused on nutrition and healthy protein bar options.
Hi, I'm Natalie. Jill with your nutrition tip, let's talk about protein bars. Protein bars are a great concept because it could be a very healthy meal replacement. And they're really easy in a pinch, and they're a convenience food. The problem with the majority of protein bars is their utter garbage. Most of them really are no better than a candy bar. So you want to make sure you're really paying attention to those ingredients. My absolute favorite protein bar, because it is a complete meal, are my Dale's raw food bars. And the reason I love these bars is there's 22 grams of protein, which is an ideal amount for a protein bar. They're gluten free, dairy free, soy free, GMO free. The list goes on. And they're also preservative free and completely handmade. And not only are they good for you, they're really, really good. In fact, they make flavors such as mocha, strawberry, banana, raspberry, hazelnut. The list goes on. You've got to try these bars, and I do recommend these as a meal replacement because they are a complete meal. For more nutrition tips, check out nataliejillfitness.com.
Welcome. This is Dale Duchenne Cannon of Dale's Raw Foods. And today I'm going to take you for a tour of my facility and show you how we make Dale's raw protein bars. So come on along and enjoy the fun. Here you see us making date paste. We get pitted deglet dates and put them through a meat grinder, and we make the foundation of all the protein bars. Date paste. Next, we're going to show you how we make raw nut butters using a whetstone grinder. And this. You'll never see anybody doing this that makes protein bars. We're going to put in all the ingredients, protein powder, the flavoring, the fruit, whatever else is in that protein bar into the mixer to make dough. And the dough comes out looking like this. This is the final product. We get that dough, we weigh it, we form it into balls, and then we shape it into the protein bar by hand. Remember, this is not done in a factory by a machine. This is all done by hand. And check this out. This is a few hours of work. I believe these are vanilla cashew protein bars. That's a few hours of production right there. And then we actually stuff them by hand, too. We label each package, we put the front and back label on, we stuff these by hand, and then we have to take them over to a band sealer. And here you're going to see the band sealer at work, sealing them up, putting the expiration date on it. Repackaged seal several thousand protein bars per day. So there you have it. A brief overview of how we make Dale's raw protein bars. And there's three things to keep in mind that separate us from the competition. Number one, this is a raw vegan kitchen. It's not used for anything else. I built and designed this production facility specifically for making Dale's raw protein bars. And. And there's nothing else that ever gets done here. Number two, we make our bars fresh. All the bars you see behind me are getting ready to ship out tomorrow. So your bars are made the day before they're shipped out to you. They're very fresh. And finally, we make our protein bars by hand. Now, you will not find this anywhere else in the industry. Most of the protein bars that you find in the stores are going to be made in a factory. So enjoy your protein bars. If you haven't placed an order yet, go ahead and do so now. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
