Hey, guys. So I've been getting a lot of requests for my coffee recipes I've been posting. So I'm gonna share a bunch of my favorite recipes below. But I just want to show you how easy and quick this can be. So all I'm gonna do is. All I do is I took. Right here, I've got about two cups of coffee. I'm making two servings right here. And I'm just using a blender. I'm using my Vitamix. You don't have to use a Vitamix. You can use any blender you want. Don't spill it like that. Okay. Coffee then. I do. What I do is I take a scoop of whey protein, and you can use chocolate. You can use vanilla. For this one particular recipe I'm going to show you right now, I'm using chocolate. Now, I like whey because it's fast digesting and it gets into you quickly. And I'm going to have links below of my favorite brands. But for this one, right now I'm going to use Isopro. So I'm making serving for two. So I'm going to use two scoops of my whey protein. I'm going to then use. You can either use coconut oil, MCT oil, or I am using. I like Brain Octane, but you can totally use coconut oil or MCT oil. I'm gonna use this. And I do a tablespoon of serving. So I'm gonna do two tablespoons of this, two servings, and then I'm gonna use ghee. And ghee is just clove clarified butter, but it has a sweeter taste. So same thing, I'm gonna use about a tablespoon per serving. So I'm gonna put two. So I'm making two servings here. And the key to this is it's gonna make it have that really rich, creamy and sweet taste, which I love. Okay, next I'm gonna use my favorite. You can add raw cacao. My favorite brand is Mito xl, and that's what I'm gonna use here. And. And I'm just gonna use a teaspoon per serving. So I've got two teaspoons of this. This makes it taste amazing. And then you've got some choices for here. Now, this recipe is as simple as this, but what you can do is you could add some almond extract, which I like to do sometimes, especially when I'm doing the vanilla. You can use some peppermint, anything to change it up and make it a little bit different. But this one's a really chocolatey flavored one so I'm going to add a little bit of peppermint to it to make some chocolate peppermint. I'm just going to use a little bit like a half a capful because extract goes a long way. And then I'm going to cover your ears for this one. I'm going to blend it on high speed because I want to get it really creamy and voila. It's a simple as that and that's all you do. This makes two super creamy servings. It's like the perfect cup of coffee you guys. It's so good and it keeps you full forever. If you could wanna make a meal replacement from it, all you'd have to do is add a small serving of fruit, a small carb on the side and you've got your perfect balance of protein, fat and carbs and it's a perfect meal. It keeps you full for hours. It's my favorite coffee recipe.
