This is a YouTube video titled "Hormonal snack attack hack!" featuring Dara Ladjevardian sharing a personal tip on how to stay on track with healthy eating by preparing and storing healthy foods at eye level for easy access. The content is a monologue focused on practical advice for managing snack cravings.
Hungry or when you're just bored, you're looking for something to grab your attention. So this is how I solve it. I really prepare everything, and I keep it at eye level. Because typically what we do is we'll put all our healthy foods in the drawers down below in the plastic bags, and by the time we grab them, they're either moldy or bad, or we forgot about them and they don't look as appealing. I put everything in glass bowls. I wash them, clean them off, get them all at eye level. My healthy proteins, my veggies, my fruit. I even prepare my salad already, so it's just right there, ready to grab, and I get it all situated in eye level. That way, when I come here, it's super easy just to grab a handful of vegetables or to piece together a meal really, really quick. This is my hack for staying on track.
