Hi, I'm Natalie. Jill. Welcome back to Happy, Healthy and Fit Today. I'm talking about a question I frequently get, how to stay fit and healthy while traveling. Now, I know a lot of you, especially those of you really working to stay on track with your diet and your fitness. That is a very scary thing, especially if you're flying all day and you think I can't bring my food or how am I going to get access to great food or if you're on a long road trip and the cars and you don't want to be stopping at fast food and getting convenience things. So there's a few items I want to share with you that I always have with me when I travel and it really helps me to be able to make the best choices possible and stay on track. Now, I am always a fan of unprocessed, real natural food. Always the best as you can, if that is an option. If it is not an option, I am a fan of some meal replacements and I want to show you some of my favorites right here. The first one is my Dale's protein bars. Now what I love about these is if you look at most protein bar ingredients, they're all things you cannot pronounce. It's all kinds of things that you don't necessarily want in your body. They're not natural food. What I love about these bars is I want to read you these ingredients because they are fully natural, gluten free and vegan. So in this one and I happened to pick up the chocolate orange cream one, the ingredients in here are orange almond butter pea protein, organic rice protein, organic hemp protein, organic date paste, coconut flour, dried oranges, organic coconut neck nectar, organic coconut oil, raw organic cacao powder, organic orange flavor and nutmeg. That's it. It's all real food. All things you can pronounce. Yummy in a bar. So I always carry my Dallas bars with me when I travel. They're perfect for a meal replacement or a snack. And all natural ingredients. The next thing I always have with me is I always carry my little packs of nuts and sometimes dried cranberries just because it's something you can have in a pinch if you're hungry rather than reaching for fast. And these I believe I got at Trader Joe's. But you can make your own little pouches. But nuts are a great thing just to have on the go. I always have them in my bag. I always have them with me, especially when I'm traveling. Just in a pinch. Then I'm much more a fan of real food always. But when I feel like I need to get all that protein in and I'm on the road for a long time and I don't know what I'm gonna have access to, I always carry a meal replacement shake pack. I choose this one, the Isolane Pro by Isagenix because I, I think it is one of the most natural ones I've found. It keeps me full, it keeps me energized and it's easy to travel with. So it's a little pouch, perfect meal. Again, I always choose real food first. But if in a pinch I use this because all you have to do is mix it with water, put it in a shaker cup, you're good to go. So always have that with me. The next thing I like to I want to show you because this is my favorite discovery and I discovered these a few years back and I just got this new version of a six pack bag and they have many different models. This one is the Camilla tote. And what I love about this, it's a huge tote bag. Look at this. It's cute. Comes in different colors. But look at this. Not only can I fit all my little snacks and goodies and water in here, but check this out. Little hiding place here. Look at that. Whoa. Secret compartments. So I can make pre made meals if I know I'm traveling for a day. Put them in here and comes with ice packs that you can put throughout. Keep it nice and cold or keep it warm, whatever you choose. But it keeps it all organized in a bag. Easy to carry, definitely the size of a carry on if you're flying and you could throw everything else in there. So I love the six pack bag. Now down below I'm going to share where I got all of these things and I'll have links with the discount code because I do have a special discount code for you for most of these things. If you look down below favorite item here. Then two last things I want to show you here. This simple band. This one is one you just tie. You can get these very inexpensive at any store like a Target even or Walmart probably has these any sporting goods stores. Little band. And you can use this to get a full workout. Now most of you that have followed me for workouts know that I'm a huge fan of body weight training. This just helps you add that resistance. You can do so much with these. It creates a resistance whether you tie it around your legs, use it for bicep, curls, anything. It's a great way to add resistance to your workouts and look how small it is. Crumbles up into a ball. You can throw it in your six pack bag. Throw it in your purse. You can throw it anywhere. No excuse not to get your workout on the road. Little band highly recommend it. And the last thing I'm a huge fan of. Caffeine keeps me awake. Especially if I'm jet lagged if I've got an early morning start and I can't always rely on getting the hot tea or the coffee that I want. So huge fan of these E plus shots. Love these because perfect travel size 2 fluid ounces. Throw it in your purse. You don't need to be refrigerator or anything. All it is is caffeine and B vitamins. Great for a pick me up and you don't get a drop from it. So there you have it. Those are some of my favorite travel things. My main tip is to be prepared. I love these items. I'd love to know what you've found. Share with me what you found that helps you with travel. These are some of my favorites and I've got links below for everything and discount codes for them. See you guys next time. Bye.
