Hi, guys. Natalie, Jill. And today I'm with Indi Cowie. Hey, guys. This girl is seriouslythebomb.com. she is. I have to admit, I am completely impressed with this girl's soccer skills. She is. For those of you that know soccer, you probably think I'm a ding dong right now, because you all know who she is. But if you don't know soccer, you've got to check this out, because she is a top soccer freestylist, and she does these incredible tricks with soccer ball, and she's in incredible shape, too. So I'm so excited because today she's gonna teach me some of her tricks, right? Yep, some of your tricks, and I'm gonna teach her some of mine. Go easy on me. All right, we'll start with a stall. Okay. You're gonna stall it on your neck. So you're gonna put your feet shoulder width apart. Okay. You're gonna bend your knees. Okay. Put your back all the way over. Like this. Yes. And look straight ahead. Okay. And put your arms in kind of like a chicken leg arm. So lift your chin up a little bit more. Like this? Yeah. You already got it. Whoa, look at that. All right. Try and walk with it. Okay, There you go. That's it. That's a stall. Okay. It's called a stall. I got it. A neck stall. So, okay, you just. So there's different kinds of catch it on your neck, though. I don't think I could do that. Well, that's the next level. You'll kind of toss it from here and then catch it down. All right. And then work from maybe your thigh, go up, catching your neck. And then once you get that down, start at your feet, flick it up, try and catch it. Okay. Just kind of take it in different steps so it goes after you. So what's the first step from the neck? Where do you start holding it? I would throw it from about, like, chest height. Okay. Kind of throw it up. You're gonna catch it on your neck. Not too high. Kind of throw it up. Same positioning. Remember, bend your knees. Keep your feet shoulder width apart. Bend your back over, kind of arms in a chicken wing. Form and cushion, that's the main thing. Okay, so let me see you do one from that position so I can get some chicken there. Okay. All right, I'm gonna try it. Oh, my God. Okay. Almost. Don't throw it as high. Okay. I don't even know where I'm throwing this. Okay, here we go. Not too far back either. Just kind of up straight. And then you can go underneath it. Closer, closer. You'll get it, you'll get it. This. That's it, that's it, that's it. Team combo. Ta da. Okay, what's next? Okay, so this one with my ball, I'm going to show you how to use your core. Okay. To balance. Oh, no, on the ball. Ta da. This is all core too. Okay. If you're really good, you can move it around. Want to try? Yep. Probably gotta nail it. Nope. Okay, I'll catch you a few. Okay. All right. Whoa. Okay, I'm gonna let go. All right. See, you did it. I don't know if I can move though, but she did it. So with that, you want to like, think about squeezing your glutes and all core. Because what everyone tries, they try to just balance with legs, arms, everything else, but it's really about squeezing your glutes and your core. And I bet you could do it. Woo. Woohoo. Almost finish. I got an awesome workout just from trying. And my thing is it doesn't matter what ball you're using or what skill you're trying to learn. It's just about that progression. Just starting basic and working on that. One, it distracts you so your workout goes by before you know it. And two, you're working muscles you didn't even know you had. Because I'm feeling all kinds of things right now. That was a good workout. Thank you. Awesome. Thank you.
