My blood sugar parasite and Explant story

This is a YouTube video titled "My blood sugar parasite and Explant story" created in December 2023. It features a personal monologue by Natalie Jill sharing her health journey involving blood sugar issues, gut health, parasite cleanse, black mold exposure, and breast implant illness leading to her explant surgery. She discusses her process of self-advocacy and detective work in managing her health challenges and encourages others to do the same.
Okay, story time. And I'm gonna probably have to do a whole podcast episode about it because I'm getting the same, the same questions over and over and over and over and over again. And I, I understand that many of you don't want to go listen to all my podcasts over the last six months, although you should because they're really good. But let me just tell you the long journey, the long, short version of the journey, because you're asking me a lot of questions about the blood sugar and the gut health and all the things. So long story short, about a year and a half ago, about a year and a half ago, things started really changing on my body and I started questioning if I wanted to be in fat loss or fitness anymore. Like I'm being, being real. I was like, I'm aging. I've gotten a lot of injuries. Things are changing. I don't understand a lot about hormones. Things are getting whack a noodle. I don't feel confident. I don't think I should be doing fat loss anymore. That's kind of where it started. So if you remember, if you've been following me for a long time, I actually stopped selling my programs. I stopped selling my thrive for a while and I started referring part of my stain on my shirt. I'm gonna bury it like that. I started selling one of my friends programs. I started referring to her program because I'm like, I am just not. I'm not in a space to be doing this right now. So that was step one. Step two was I started really realizing something was wrong. And my doctor recommended I wear a glucose monitor, a continual glucose monitor, which led us to see I was having massive blood sugar problems. Now this was concerning because type 2 diabetes runs in my family and my blood sugars were all over the place. Like I would eat strawberries and it would go to 250. If you know anything about blood sugar dysregulation, that's not normal. It didn't make any sense to me. And in my controlling nature, I went strict keto. I was like, I'm gonna control this. And I could not get my blood sugar under control. It would go super high. It would go super low. I did a few podcast episodes on it. I shared on here. I was finger prick testing, not just doing gluc monitor. Anyways, this is where the problem started. Okay. So traditional doctors, like insurance coverage ones, told me I was type 2 diabetic, possibly and needed metformin. And I was like, nope. Because I teach being a detective And I knew I eat way too healthy. I am too healthy. Something else is going on. There's no way I'm a type 2 diabetic. It's not a chance. It's not. So I didn't take that as an answer. And I encouraged everyone to be a detective. So. So at the time, two of my friends, Sinclair and Laura, Laura Fonterra, I talk about her all the time. Mentioned to me, you know, blood sugar dysregulation and some of the other things you're mentioning could be a sign of parasites. And I kind of rolled my eyes. I'm like, parasites? What? That's like, weird. That's if you go to third world countries and you're eating dirt. And I'm like, I didn't get it. But after it took some prodding and lots of tests, and I did a GI mapping test. I did a GI mapping test and I learned that not only did I have parasites, but I had crazy things going on in my gut biome, which really shocked me because I'm thinking I'm healthy. Like, I don't understand. How do I have leaky gut? How do I have parasites? Like, what the heck? So I went on a full parasite cleanse. Now some of you are like, what's your parasite cleanse? I'm not going to just give you a link because there's so much more than that. You don't just follow a random parasite link. Like you. I recommend doing an entire gut check health test and doing it properly and getting the right help with that for. For that. For parasites. Okay, so what did I. So I do that I go through this parasite cleanse? I feel freaking amazing. Like, I release weight, my bloating goes away, my energy comes back, my blood sugar completely regulates. I physically saw the parasites leave my body. I did two master classes with Laura about parasites. You could probably find them on YouTube. Still, I'm sure we'll do future ones because it was so powerful and we educated people about parasites. But Laura kept saying to me, natalie, there's more to that. There's like, parasites don't just live in your body. Like, we could eat the same raw sushi, for example, and somebody, a parasite will survive and thrive in them, and somebody else, it's not going to survive and thrive. Why does it survive and thrive in some and not in others? Well, because in some people, if you've got heavy metals or leaky gut or mold poisoning, or ruptured silicone breast implant, or you've got toxins in you, if that's what's going on? Parasites and stuff will. Bad bacteria will thrive and grow in you. So that's what was happening with me. Okay. So I didn't know this at the time. So I did the parasite cleanse. I'm feeling great. She kept telling me this. We then learn I have black mold in our house in San Diego. Crazy, right? But I felt great. I'm like, I don't feel anything. I feel fine. My husband felt sick. But we learned we have black mold. So we move out of our house in San Diego. We're like, that's not good. I see all my total toxin testing black mold is in my body. Not good for us. We leave. Then I start getting more and more symptoms. I'm out of the. I'm done. The parasite cleanse. I'm out of the black mold. All the things I'm starting to get more and more symptoms. I'm eating the way that I teach. I'm doing all the healthy things. I'm working out. I start getting dark circles under my eyes. I start getting a rash. I start getting really itchy. Like my skin scalp was always. I was always scratching my scalp. Like everything was always itching and just a lot of swelling. And I thought that's just not normal either. So then I learned accidentally that my breast implant, my silicone breast implant, which happened to be my fifth set in 33 years. Yes. It's a whole nother story. You can check out my explant reel if you want more information there. But I learned that my silicone breast implant is ruptured. And I don't know how long. I don't know if it's from the mammogram, which we think maybe. Which mammogram we. I don't know if it's how long it's been ruptured in me, but it all starts to make sense. Like, okay, this is related to now bii, which is breast implant illness, which now that I had a clear rupture in my body, what is that contributing to? So then I'm urged to do a total toxin test. And I do a total toxin test, which Laura suggest that I do. At that time, Aaron, who I've mentioned, reached out to me, not knowing I'd already ordered the total toxin test and said, hey, I specialize in BII Let me talk to you. Let me help you. Because a lot of the stuff you've been sharing I might be able to help you with as well. So. So Aaron gets involved now at this point. So I run this. We Run this total toxin test. And it's alarming. What comes back. This is right before my explant. I mean, not only do I see the ingredients from silicone implants at an all time high, I, I see black mold, I see heavy metals, I see all the things. So it all starts to freaking make sense. Like, no wonder I had leaky gut and parasites and felt like crap. So the final step, what's not actually the final step, but the final step to where I am now is I had the explant. I removed them, I hesitated at first. I was going to replace them, but I'm like, nope, health comes first. I'm removing them, I'm done with them. I remove them. And I cannot believe in one week. Well, 10 days now, 10 days, the time of me recording this right now for you, how different I feel. The bags are gone. My energy is back. The weight just like fell off the bloat. The excess inflammation feeling amazing. I haven't even started the detox protocol yet. Like, unbelievable to me. So why am I sharing all this? Because I have a lot of detox ahead of me. Like, I'm going to be doing a lot of things, like infrared sauna. I'll be following a plan to get rid of the heavy metals, to get rid of the silicone, to get rid of all of that stuff. But I'm sharing all of this because, number one, we have to be our own health advocates. We have to be a detective. We have to be a detective for what's going on. We know our bodies do not just take the answer. It's your age. It's not just your age. Could it be your nutrition and your fitness? Absolutely. That's the first place we should start. Could it be your hydration? Absolutely. But could it also be these other things? Absolutely. We have to be a health detective. Your insurance is not going to do that for you. You have to be your own health advocate. Ask questions, go deeper. Okay, that's my long story. I'm going to tag some people that have helped me along the way. You can feel free to reach out to them. That's my story. If you want more my podcast, Midlife Conversations, I have been sharing all of this since day one of the blood sugar dysregulation. Like, you can go back, you'll hear all me being my own detective, learning all this. You also can check out my explant reel that's highlighted on my Instagram.
