Hi, guys. Natalie, Jill here sharing my top five ab workouts. Start in standard position, but you're going to slouch down and we're going to walk our hands all the way out, all the way out to a plank position. Take it down to a push up and back up. It's one complete move. It's a combo move. Walking it out in push up, back up, and then repeat the move. You want to do as many as you can during this 60 seconds. Again, you're going to feel it in your whole body, but you're going to especially feel it in those shoulders and that core. Really working those abs. In this move, what you're going to do is you're going to put your hands down on the ball, bend over, and you're going to slowly using those abs and those hands, roll it out here, hold it to your forearms, breathe, and then bring it back in. Do a couple more to get the hang of it. Rolling it out, holding it, breathe and then back in. Lift up slightly and we're going to do some shimmies side to side here. Are you ready? Take it up and slight shimmy here. Side to side. Nice job. You want to make sure you breathe through this. This is a really concentrated ab movement. And make sure you press that lower back into the ground. Don't have your back curved. Push it into the ground. If this is hurting your nec, you can always put your hands behind your head. You don't want to pull, but you can just rest your head here. We're just shimming it side to side position. But this time we're going to crisscross those legs right here. And with the flutter kicks, you can move your legs up or down or just hold them right here. But just by hovering it right here, you're going to really attack that lower belly. I already feel it. Take it up and down. It's not a swinging motion. It's a small little movement up and down. And I said isolating because I want you to think about focusing on that lower area. But we're really working a lot of areas here. We're not holding down everything else. Truly isolating. But I want you to think about that lower belly area while you're doing this. Up and down, slow, slow movement. Breathing through it slow. Now you'll notice it's a lot easier if you bring it all the way up. That sweet spot, though, is right here. Right here. If you go all the way down, obviously that's no work. So we're not going to do that. Staying right here. Few more little movement last few. Oh, good job. Put your feet down.
