Hi, everyone. Natalie, Jill, we're doing the perfect workout for inner thighs today. What is the perfect workout for inner thighs? Everyone wants to know how do I change this area here? And I want to address it first. About this thigh gap. Everyone wants. It's not realistic. Let it go, let it go. Because it changes on how you stand, how you dress. That's going to change the thigh gap. It's not necessarily natural to always have a gap right here. We, we just want to work on getting them toned and being happy, healthy and fit. So today we're doing the perfect workout for those inner thighs. So all you need is your own body, your own body weight. And we're going to stand. You can do this with me or you can watch them and try them later, but join me now if you want to do them with me. You want to stand shoulder width, distance apart. Your toes are pointed slightly out. And we're going to take it down to a plie squat here. Just like this, up and down. You put your hands on your hips or you can put them out in front of you, but we're just squeezing it down and up, down and up. Right here. If you want to make this more challenging, you could always add a weight and hold it right here. The lower you go, the harder it's going to feel and the more we're going to work that area here. We're creating tension here. Down and up. I'm going to show you a little trick too. If you want to get more of your leg in here, if you want to get calves, too, when you come up, you can come up on your toes and that's going to help work your calves also. And it's not going to take away from those inner thighs either way. We're right here. Down and up on these. There's not a magic number. There's not a magic time. It's when are you really feeling? Should be about now. So we're going to hold it here and little pulses, little pulses, sumo squat pulses here. This is where you really feel it. I'm starting to feel it a lot. Right here. Keep going. If you have that hand weight and it's too hard, you can drop down that weight. Keep going. A few more pulses here. Last few. And we're not done. You're going to hold it. Squeeze, squeeze that inner thigh. Now here's another trick. If you think about pushing them forward, you'll get more of that burn. That's too hard. Just let it relax. But just holding it here. Don't give up yet. Hold it. See if you can go a little lower. Squeeze almost through this. But I'm going to add one more variation. We're going to take it to a moving one, so staying low. Want to take it front and back. Keep going. I know I look funny, but it's working. Don't worry about how you're looking right now. Just keep going. This works. Front and back. Little movements here. Stay low. Few more. We're going to hold it here, get low, and then bring it up. How you feeling? Shake it out. Got one final exercise here. Hands on your hips. All of your balance is going to go on one leg. Your other leg is going to come up here strong. And we've got little pulses front. Keep going. You'll really feel this now after what we just did. If you had started with this, you wouldn't feel it as much. Not only are we working inner thigh here, we're working on our core because we're thinking about balance. We're all on one leg. If this is too hard, you can always hold on to something. If it's too easy, close your eyes. It's amazing what happens with your balance when you close your eyes. Few more here. Last few. Good job. Shake it out. We got to finish off with the other leg. Leg up. Ready? Pulse it up. Squeezing it. Feel it here. You can also create resistance by pushing down on your leg. You don't necessarily have to. Few more here. How are we feeling? Good job. Stay with me. Couple more. Last one. Good job. Shake it out. There you go. See, you don't need all of this time in your workouts. It's not about the length of time and how much time you're putting in. It's the quality of your workouts. And are you focused and are you being intense with what you're trying to work? It doesn't take a lot of time. Can't stress that enough. If you're doing the right exercises, you're working on functional fitness and you're addressing those areas, you will see change in your body. Thanks, everyone. Make sure you comment below.
