Sitting here in the hustle to pack up my whole house because we leave on Monday. And as I'm going through stuff, I'm looking at. Look, so all these covers. But I. Yes, I framed them. And if you run a cover, you might frame them too. I was proud of them anyways. I was looking at all these covers that I. Can you see them all muscle and fitness, all these cool things. I know they're not hanging on my walls. I just have them for frame because I was kind of proud of them. But what's cool is I was thinking about when I had moved to San Diego. I wasn't doing anything with fitness or fat loss or nutrition or anything. That was not who I was. I was in corporate America and I had moved here. And just when I moved to San Diego, I met my ex husband, who we're still friends, by the way. And we got married pretty quickly. We had my daughter and everything was hunky dory until it wasn't. We ended up kind of in a rough spot. We ended up divorced when she was a baby. And my whole life literally changed in a really bad way for a while. And then it got really good. Let me just honestly want to show you a little bit about this journey here. So right after I had her, this was me. Yes, that was me. Look at my neck, look at my thighs. Hello, by the way. She weighed six pounds. I gained 60. And I remember when she was born, I asked the doctor, that was my dog Bean, by the way, like, how cute. I miss Beanie. I asked the doctor, I'm like, does the placenta weigh, you know, 44 pounds because. Or 54 pounds? 54 pounds because I. She only weighs six. And he said no to my surprise. So that was all. That was all me. And. But in addition to this, I was going through a really rough time in my life. I mean, here I am, a new single mom. I had just gotten a divorce. I just had a baby, which I was very happy about that. But things had really gone a bad way for me. It was 2007, 2008. I don't know if you remember what was happening then, but we had a massive housing market crash. Stock market had crashed. My life was falling apart. Going through this divorce and my hormones all over the place and being overweight at the time and all the things. And by the way, that overweight was from a lot of McDonald's french fries and chocolate fudge sundaes at the time, because that's what I was doing to soothe myself. Anyways, I lost My house. I'm skipping a lot of parts here, but I lost my house. And I don't mean to say this all with a smile because it was a really bad time in my life, but it was a launching pad for why I'm here today. And I'll tell you why. When I was in that massively rock bottom space, when I felt like the whole world was falling apart, I'm losing my best friend at the time, my husband, I'm getting a divorce, losing my house. I financially can't pay for things. I not recognizing my body, I have the hormones and the postpartum depression and all the things. I remember making a decision one day that I couldn't control my circumstances. But there was one thing thing I could control. There was one thing and that was my decisions. I could decide to be a new version of myself. I could decide that. So I made a decision in a moment that I was going to change and stop focusing on my circumstances. Now that might sound really easy, like, really, like I'm making that sound too easy. And I'm. I don't mean to, to minimize circumstances happening in our lives, but it really was as simple as making that decision. So I started focusing on what if I could be a different version of myself? Like, what if I could be a very fit person? What if I could recover financially? What if I could be happy again one day? What if I could release the weight, feel great, show up as an amazing mom. What if. And I started taking actions towards that. And what happened was, what happened was I went from this to this. Somebody on the COVID of 14 magazine covers, writing two best selling books, launching an entire business, changing my whole personality, my whole body, my whole way of being. I literally stepped into a different version of myself. And then what happened was people started to notice and they were like, what are you doing? What are you eating? What change? What did you do different? So I sat down one weekend years ago and I wrote something called the seven Day Jump Start. Many of you met me from this. So years ago I wrote this seven Day Jumpstart. And it was exactly what I had done to transform my mindset, my body, all the things like nutrition and I. It was super simple. Initially it was literally a 12 page PDF. But what happened was I started sharing it on Facebook at the time and so many of you jumped in and got massive results. Like you followed it and you were like, okay, I've just lost five or seven pounds. Five to seven pounds. I feel amazing. My focus is back, my energy is back. This is Amazing. So I used to ask, I'd write back to people, some of you, you were the ones I did this to. I'd write back and say, this is so inspirational. Can I screenshot and share it with others to encourage them? And you said yes. And I would share it and I'd say, look at Nicole, look at Jim, look at Susie, look at Terri, look what they did. Who was next? And it took off. And that method took off and I ended up helping over 250,000 thousand. 250,000 people with this method, released the weight. People like Nicole with this method. Look at this. People like Terri. I even helped guys, that was Jim with this method. Okay, why am I sharing this now today? Well, seven Day Jumpstart has not only become a best selling book in stores, it has been revised five times. Five times. And I just now, because I'm now 52, I'm a different person doing this now than when I wrote it in my 30 at 36, the initial version. I've updated it once again. I've updated it once again for midlife women because some things have changed for us. So my original seven day jump start plan is no longer just 12 pages. It's an entire system. I've got videos with it, I've got all the stuff to make it super simple, easy and fun. I have updated the whole thing for midlife women. So if you are a woman in midlife and you're in midlife, if you're over 40, I hate to break it to you, 40 to 62 is technically midlife. This is for you. And I've changed some things because we've changed as we've aged. We do, things are a little different. So anyways, you're not going to believe how crazy low. I made this because I want everybody able to get it. This is not like my total body thrive, which is a whole program for six weeks. This is a seven day jump start and it's super, super, super duper affordable. So I want you to see this, I want you to check it out. You will get those same amazing results. You'll start feeling amazing literally in seven days because you don't just lose the fat, you're going to lose excess bloat and weight and like excess, you know, all the stuff, the water weight, all the excess stuff going on and you're going to start feeling amazing.
