This is for any woman that's taking HRT but is feeling worse and you don't really know why because your blood levels are showing that it's normal, but you still have hot flashes and foggy head and bloat and low energy and all the things you started taking hormones for and you don't feel any better. This might be why. There's a gene variant called CYP1B1 and it affects how your body clears estrogen. If you have this variant, instead of your body detoxing estrogen properly, it's basically creating more inflammatory metabolites. So the hormones go in, but they are not coming out clean. And what do you do if this is you and you have that? Well, you've got to add more fiber, more water, possibly calcium deglutarate, broccoli sprouts, and DIM. My gosh, you all, we are so bio-individual. Just because you hear about a way of eating or moving your body or something to take, it doesn't mean it's the right thing for you. We have to learn our own instruction manual, and your DNA, understanding that your genetic blueprint is a big way to decode this. This gives us so much insight. It's like the instruction manual. I am not an expert on this. It's just something I've been diving deep into learning. My friend Cash has taught me so much about this. He founded the DNA company. He is a go-to expert with this. We're doing a joint session together coming up. It is totally free. It's gonna be live, it's gonna be interactive, and you're gonna learn a lot about your own genetic makeup and little tweaks that you can do.
