The content is motivational and focuses on overcoming mental barriers to achieve better results. The video was created in July 2022.
I tell people that I kill fat for a living. Now, that can mean the fat on our bodies, but what it actually means is fat, which is false assumed truth. Now what's a false assumed truth? A false assumed truth is a belief that we've been telling ourselves, that we've been holding on to that stops us from getting next level results. So things like a diagnosis, our age, our injury, something, someone told us that it's genetics. Those are false assumed truths. What does that mean? Well, it means that they are real things. They might be actually factual, but the result of that is a false assumed truth. You see, if there's anybody else that has the exact same situation as you, the genetics, the injury, the diagnosis, and they've gotten a different result, then that means there's a possibility to have different results. When we let false assumed truths become our story and we look for reasons why we can't, we start getting enrolled in our circumstance. There's no way we're gonna achieve results. And how does that serve us? So the reason I kill fat and the reason I encourage you to start killing fat is because if you start living in possibilities.
