The One Thing Your Doctor Isn't Searching For That May Be Causing Your Mystery Health Symptoms

Natalie Jill and nurse practitioner Laura Frontero discuss parasites as a hidden cause of fatigue, hormone imbalance, and digestive problems that doctors often miss. They cover where parasites come from, what symptoms they trigger, and how to treat them.
Record it.
We will record it. You'll want to stay on live as long as you can, though, because that's what we're going to be taking questions live, real time questions. And we're going to have some special opportunities for those of you that are on live social media. A lot of you from social media, I want to know, was it the worm video that got you? Because that's what got my attention first, too. If you get the worm videos, what got you. I want to know that as well. Amazing. Hey, we're gonna get started in two minutes here. For those of you joining, if you haven't done so yet, let me know where you're jumping in from and what you're most excited about learning tonight. And also where you found out about this class that we're doing. Yeah, I love that. When the warm video see Laura, if you're listening that worm video, that's the video I saw that got my attention. Hi, Maria. Hi, Kimberly. I see all of you. Amazing. Found the class on ig. Great. We're going to get started in just a minute here from Facebook. Hi, Diane from Hawaii. I love it. From my. From my, my husband Dancing Brooks, if you're listening, they somebody came on from your dance. That's amazing. All right, we're going to go ahead and get started. Hopefully you are comfy and ready for a good night and you've got an open mind and you're ready to learn. Everyone see me and Laura.
Okay, we should be pin.
Laura's in the pretty blue. You see me talking with my headphones hanging out.
Hi, everybody.
Hi.
We're here.
We've got a couple people that will say gut check, support. They're going to be supporting us in the chat. We are going to promise to be answering as many questions as we can, but I want to just prepare you for what's. What's about to happen and first of all, let you know that you are in absolutely the right place tonight. You are going to leave with such clarity, feeling so empowered. So on top of your health, you are going to have a lot of answers that you didn't even know you needed. You are really going to be getting a lot out of this session tonight. So thank you for taking the time to being here. I'm going to ask for interaction throughout this, as is Laura, the more you can interact with us, the better it is because we know that what we're sharing is making sense, that it's clear and we're going to be paying attention to your questions as well. Also the more you're interacting or writing notes, the more some of this information will stick in your brain and you'll be able to learn it and retain it. We've got a lot of information we'll be sharing. And you are, I want to know, you know that you are in such the right place because I'm going to introduce Laura in a minute. But she is an expert in this. There's nobody that knows gut biome health, parasites, parasites more, more than this woman. She is overqualified for this. She studies it, she sleeps. She literally sleeps it. She knows so much about this and we are so fortunate to have her here. So first of all, why are we doing this session tonight? A couple reasons. Number one, there's a lot of misinformation out there. A lot of misinformation out there. We think, we've been told that leaky gut and gut biome is a rare thing. Only if you eat bad and you do bad things, that's bad information. There's a lot of information overload. There's also, especially in midlife, you all, there's a lot of diagnosis around hormones and it's just your age and random things and where we don't tend to always feel empowered. Like we get a test and we're not feeling really satisfied with the answer and then we go on Google and we don't find a lot. So there's just a lot of information overload out there. That's one reason we wanted to do this tonight. The second reason, full transparency. Laura, a few times a year opens up enrollment for people to actually work with her and her team and get her guidance to really understand what's going on in their unique system and have a customized plan. This is a chance right now to get to learn her style, her team style, to understand do I like her coaching, does this resonate? And it's a way to try it on without jumping in right away. You're trying it on to see if you like learning from her. And the third reason we're going to be showing you this tonight is is it flat out works. What Laura is going to teach you is genius. It is genius. And let me explain. I want to give you a little bit of a background story and I think you are going to see yourself in me. So some of you have been following me for a while. Some of you are just meeting me for the first time. But my whole background was health and fitness and fat loss and nutrition. In fact, I have two bestselling nutrition books. I of anyone that you could be talking to gets nutrition. I am healthy. I do all the right healthy things. I drink my water, I take my supplements, I eat my unprocessed food, I work out, I think I'm aging well and I check my hormones, I do all the things. And I had some very random health issues that we couldn't get to the bottom of. And it was, it was stressing me out. I mean, I was going to doctors, I was spending all kinds of money on tests. What was showing up for me and what might be showing up for you, it might be different things. For me it happened to be blood sugar issues. I was having severe blood sugar issues. For some of you listening, you might have bloating issues, you might have skin issues, you might have moodiness, you can't concentrate, you think you have adult onset add. There's a lot of different things that might be happening. And the missing link for me, and I was so surprised when I found this out was I have, when I found this out, I have severe leaky gut. Severe leaky gut and I have parasites. I could not believe it. I could not believe it. I would have never guessed that in a million years. I turn my nose up to that all the time. So looking at doctors protocols of what to do, none of it was resonating with me. Laura happens to be a good dear friend of mine. I've known her for years and she's the expert. I call her the gut genie. So she walked me through what she's about to walk you through and it really started to click for me. And I've got to tell you, full transparency. I'm only a week fully in on her protocol. My blood sugar is stable and I am feeling so super empowered. I'm like, I'm so excited for what this is going to create for my health and, and because of my big loud mouth, you all are here how this could all help you too. So this is what we are going to be talking about and thank you for saying you're happy for me, but I don't even care about this for me right now. I'm happy for you all because you all are taking a moment to be on here tonight and this could be a huge breakthrough through for you because not enough people are teaching or talking about this and if they are, they're not doing it in a correct way that I want to. So I'm going to introduce Laura and she's going to be the main person teaching tonight. And I will, I promise to interrupt and she gets confusing because she's science, so she gets confusing. I will interrupt you, Laura, but Laura has a tremendous background in health care. She is. She worked at Kaiser for a number of years. She's a nurse practitioner. She is. She's like my nerdy friend. I'm not going to lie. She's my science nerdy friend. She studies, studies, studies. And she knows gut biome inside and out. She is my go to person for all of this. So, Laura, thank you so much for being here. I'm going to turn it over to you and so you can. You can take it from here. And I'll jump in as needed.
Thank you. And I will be, you know, getting your input on some of what we're teaching tonight. So thank you for the beautiful introduction. Thank you, everyone, for being here. This is really exciting. I can't believe I have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people on this class with us. Yes. You guys are gonna walk away with so much good information. Okay, I'm gonna share my screen again because. Because like Natalie said, I'm kind of nerdy and I teach science, but I also like to make it really easy to understand. And I find it's easier for you to have visuals while I teach. So. So I'm going to give you some. And Natalie already told you to get your pens and, you know, pencils and paper handy because like Nadalie, I talk really fast. I'm gonna be going through a lot of information, so let me share my screen because I can't talk and, like, do two things at once here. So let me go back to sharing my screen. And we're gonna do. There we go. Can you guys see that lovely picture of Natalie and Mia? My screen sharing. Perfect. Can everybody still see Natalie so she can see my react? She can. You can see her reactions while I talk, right? Okay. All right. Oh, let me get my chat up, too. At the same time. It just went away when I shared my screen. One second. I want to be able to see you guys at the same time.
They can't see me, but that's okay. As long as they see you.
They can't see you. You guys can't see Natalie.
They just see you and the. And the screen.
You can hear Natalie.
They can hear me.
Okay. Okay. She's here and I'm watching her expressions. I can see everything. Okay, so here we go. This is what we're going to talk about today. So real quick, I'm wondering how many of you have heard that the root of all health problems stem from gut health. Just say yes I've heard that the root of all health problems stems from gut health. And how many here take a probiotic or have done some sort of protocol to rebuild or support gut health? Just type gut in the chat if you're taking probiotics or have done some kind of gut protocol. Okay, awesome. Natalie, real quick. Would you agree the top symptoms that your audience suffers from are hormone issues, low energy, brain function issues, headaches, joint pain, and weight gain. Are those the tests?
Yes. And they're feeling like, is this just age? And you guys can correct me if I am wrong here, but I. That's what I hear all the time. It's my hormones, it's this, all these things. Is it my age? What's going on? Yeah, we're getting 100%. Yes, I'm on the market.
Okay, so we are all in the right place. Now, today I'm going to teach you three things. So first, I'm going to show you how we get parasites and gut infections in general. Second, I'm going to cover how to know you have parasites and gut infections. So we're going to talk about the main symptoms. And I just named, like, five. I'm going to review 28 symptoms. And I know that's kind of mind blowing, but there's a lot. And finally, I'm going to show you how to kill parasites and restore your gut health. So be sure to stick here to the very end because we're going to go through this. My goal is going to be that you walk away from this class feeling empowered, knowledgeable, clear on your next steps. And if you don't feel that way, then Natalie and I haven't done our job because we want to make sure that you walk away knowing what to do. And like Natalie mentioned, when I get done teaching, I'm also going to offer you a way to get gut testing and to work with me. And definitely this isn't available to everyone because thousands of people have access to this class, and I'm only one person. And I have a small but mighty team of health coaches who work with me. And honestly, some of you probably aren't even a good fit for it. So this class, what I know for sure is that everything we teach in this class is going to be pertinent to you. Everyone's going to benefit from what we teach. And at the end, we'll go over how you can get testing. So let's cover who this is for. You're in the right place if your energy levels are low. And no matter how much you Sleep. You either wake up tired or feel wiped out by 2 2pm who feels tired? Type in the chat if you're tired. If everybody's got a different symptom here, as I call out the symptoms, type them in for me, and we're going to see. Okay, lots of tired. And if you have more than one symptom, you can type those into, look at all these tired people. Okay, you're in the right place. You aren't maybe hitting your goals at work or you're feeling unproductive. And for many of you, your weekends end up being recovery or catch up instead of fun times with your family. I hear that all the time. And you're also in the right place if eating has become a chore. So when you eat a meal, you have bloat and indigestion, and sometimes you even go a few days without pooping. Who here. Who here has trouble pooping? Just write poop in the chat.
Laura mentions poop a lot, y', all, by the way, so get over it. If it makes you uncomfortable, we talk about poop. Just be okay about it a lot.
Yep, it's really important. You have to be able to poop to heal. Look at this. Everybody's playing along. They're poop emojis. Everything perfect. So I know that some of you don't even know what to eat, or you're just frustrated, or you're giving up trying to eat healthy and you're resorting to eating whatever you're craving. That happens a lot, too. So this is for the women who feel like your hormones are making you crazy, but not only that, men's hormones can go crazy, too. So I know that, Natalie, you know, you specialize in women. You know your following is primarily women. But I know we have a lot of men here. And this is what happens, is when women start fixing their health, the men in their lives want what they're having. And so everything that we are talking about today is pertinent to men as well. But I bet you if your hormones are going crazy, your family can't get away from you fast enough. You're. You're feeling, you know, uncomfortable with your body temperature. One minute you're hot, the next you're cold. You're waking up at night for no good reason. And then maybe your skin. Oh, my gosh. So Natalie didn't tell you guys this, but I'm 50, and Natalie and I are just a year apart in age. And I noticed, you know, when my hormones started changing, that my skin really started to change. I started losing that youthful glow. And then some of you might be having trouble with weight or not being able to lose it as fast as you used to. So if you have weight, if weight is an issue, put that in the chat. Or maybe a weight gain or regain, or maybe you have cravings or maybe you have low libido. So any of these things can be a part of. Yep, you're all in the right place. Okay, so this is also for you. If you feel like you've gone backwards with your health and you're pretty sure you're suffering from inflammation, imbalanced gut microbiome. How many of you think your gut is at the root cause? Right. Gut. If you think that your gut is the main problem, that you can't get better, that you have mystery health symptoms, Inflammation, Gut. Yep. Okay. So more than anything, I know you're all ready to get your life back to normal. So that's why you're here. So for most of you, this is your first class with me because I'm here in Natalie's community right now. Now, I want you to know, as she mentioned, you're in very good hands. I've been a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner for 25 years. I've worked in hospitals, clinics, virtual based practices. I worked for kaiser Permanente for 21 years as a nurse practitioner. And I specialized over the years in preventive medicine, family medicine. I even specialized in treating osteoporosis for many years in my career. And I really found what I truly want to do with the rest of my life, which is functional medicine and gut health. So I switched teams years ago. I worked both conventional and functional medicine at the same time for many years, and I finally retired from Western medicine last year. So nowadays, all I do is stuff like this masterclass. I do fun things like teaching. I coach my clients how to fix their energy, their brain, their hormones. And I work with Natalie. I have messages from her when I wake up in the morning and when I go to bed at night. Right now, she wants full reports of.
What'S coming out of my body and what's going into it. I'm. It's going to be real. So, yes, we have a text relationship right now. A very heavy one.
Oh, my goodness. Voice messages. Laura and I also get a lowdown on what's happening with Brooks. Blow by blow.
Literally blow by blow.
Yes. Okay, so this is me, and I have my own health journey like most of you do. And the photo on the left was taken 23 years ago at Disneyland. And that's when I was, you know, in my 20s. And the one on the right was taken a few years ago in the exact same location by Natalie. She took this photo of me, so. How crazy. So you can see here in Toontown that I'm standing. Toontown hasn't changed, but I really changed. So I'm sharing this with you because I know what it's like to be uncomfortable in my body, to be 20 pounds overweight. I know what it feels like to try to hide my waist and bloat behind baggy clothes and to feel. To feel like I'm suffering from gas and food intolerances. And I had at the time, scratchy dry skin and migraines and fatigue. And that's how I used to feel every day. So I'm here to tell you that my personal results have been transformational. I'm healthier now at age 50 than I was over 20 years ago. I know I'm aging in reverse. I'm going to teach you how to do that, too. Okay? So if you haven't already done it, drop in the chat what your number one health symptom is. I think most of you are participating here. So we love a very busy, busy chat while we. While we teach. Teach. It helps us keep our energy up and keep going with you guys. So I always ask this one question at the start of a class and there's no wrong answer. But I'm curious if you're here today because you want a quick fix so you can biohack your day, or so you can get everything done on your list, or maybe you want to drop a quick dress size because you have a wedding coming up, or you're here maybe to learn how to permanently shift your health and solve your mystery health symptoms. So there's no right or wrong answer, and some might be looking for both. So just tell me what your goal is. Are you looking for a short term or a long term goal here? And that helps me tailor this to you as I talk. So permanent. Both. Yeah. Okay, good. Great. So we're going to start teaching the first section again. Here's what we're covering. We're going to cover how we get parasites, how we know if we have a parasite, and how to kill parasites. So here's the first section. I'm going to talk about how we get exposed to parasites. And I'm giving you fair warning right now that I'm about to show you pictures of parasites. So if you don't want to see them, just Turn away from your phone or your computer, and I'll let you know when it's safe to look back.
But let me say this, you all. I was scared. Funny story. Really quick, Laura. Sorry, I gotta interrupt here. When Laura and I first started talking about this, all of this, she said. She sent me a message. She said, do you want to see what came out of me? And Brooke saw the text before me. My husband. And we wrestled each other to the floor because Brooks wanted to say yes, and I did not want him to type yes on my phone because I was so scared of what I was going to see.
So. So.
And I got to tell you, it wasn't that bad. So I'm kind of glad I thought now because I thought it was this big, crazy, scary thing. And it's not that bad.
Okay, so here we go. My next slide has a parasite on it, so I always give fair warning. So what you're looking at here are microscopic protozoa parasites on the top and a large tapeworm on the bottom. Now, we get parasites all kind of ways, and it's an absolute myth that we need to travel to the tropics or a third world country to get them. So here's a list of all the ways we get exposed. So we do get them from human contact. Our kids have them, our partners have them. We pass them back and forth to each other. We do get it from contaminated water and food. And I suspect, Natalie, that what you have inside of you probably came from some contaminated food and water. You can get it from eating in restaurants. So you think about it. People eating in restaurants or people preparing your food in restaurants don't always have good hand hygiene when they're using the bathroom and then coming back to the kitchen to protect prepare your food. Or they might sneeze in your food while they're preparing it. And yes, parasites can live in our sinuses. And I'm going to teach you about that as well. I know you. You. Oh, my God. Walking barefoot. Yes, we can get it from walking barefoot. Yes, we can. The Antsy Angler. So I. I mean, I don't want you to be afraid. I want you to be earthing and grounding and getting out there in the sand and getting out there on the grass and, you know, definitely walking. But you have to know that parasites can make it through our skin. Our skin is not an invincible barrier. We pass them having sex with our partners. And I want to take a second to talk about cats and transfer from animals. So think about your. Think about your pets. And think about cats in general. So we all know most of us are women on this class right now. We all know that when we're pregnant, our doctor says, don't clean the litter box. Who's heard that before? Say cat in the chat, if you know what I'm talking about. Toxoplasma gondi infection is what I'm talking about. Yes. Toxoplasmosis is the infection. So here's the deal, you guys. Just because you're pregnant or not pregnant doesn't mean that you can't get toxoplasmosis. We get infected by touching cat feces whether you're pregnant or not. But it affects the brain of a fetus, which is why pregnant women shouldn't handle cat litter. So basically, this particular parasite takes over your brain's neurotransmitters, and those are the chemical messengers that carry signals between parts of your brain. And studies have found that schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and other mental diseases are more common in people with toxoplasmosis. So does this give the connotation of crazy cat lady? You know what I mean? When somebody has five cats, they seem a little off. Maybe they have parasites. Right? So travel abroad is another way that the western world would have you believe that they get that you get parasites, but parasites don't know borders. If you heard our, you know, our podcast that we did together, we talked about this. Parasites don't stop just because you came into the United States and now all of a sudden the parasite is gone and not going to. Not going to thrive here in our own environment. We have a very small world now, and we know this after the pandemic and Covid, everything can spread rapidly around the earth, including parasites. So they live in lakes and streams and bodies of water. And when you're on vacation with your family and water skiing, you're getting exposed. Okay, Natalie, anything to add here or say in.
I was determined to believe that I got it from eating raw fish because eat a lot of sushi, and the kind I have don't even come from raw fish. So that's what's so bizarre to me. And learned she's going to get into a lot. I don't want to skip ahead here, but I also learned sometimes your body can clear parasites, but if you've got something else going on, it's not prepared to do that. So I believe in my case, I opened it up from surgeries I had from when I had my injuries, and mine probably came from eating all the raw food that I Eat and just the vegetables and things like that, but. But they can truly come from anywhere is what I'm learning. And I really didn't. I only heard of scary. Had heard of scary tapeworms before. I thought, like, no one gets parasites, but it's actually the opposite. Almost 50% of us are walking around with them and don't even know it. And doctors are not testing for this.
Yeah, totally. And there's a few comments here that I want to address. So Tatiana says she was just about to get a kitten. Marian says, should we avoid pools and beaches? Maria says, barefoot. How larger pores. So here's what I want you to know. You should live your life. You should get a kitten. You should go to the pools, and you should go to the beaches, and you should walk around barefoot. But what you need to know is how to care for yourself and how people like me do parasite cleanses quarterly or at least twice a year. So this is what I'm going to teach you, is how to get access to all these things. I mean, since parasites are around us, it's important to know, you know, just like you. Just like you work out, just like you eat healthy food, you got to know how to clear your body of parasites as well. Make sense? Okay. Yeah. And the. The for the barefoot part, I mean, we get micro abrasions in our skin when we're walking barefoot. I was just walking barefoot in my lawn the other day, and I completely punctured the bottom of my foot with, like, I don't know, a twig or something. So, I mean, that was a bigger abrasion, but you can get little micro abrasions, too. So this is the fish. This is a photo of the nematode worm that I found in my halibut. And I posted this video on Instagram, and that's what sparked Natalie's interest in parasites. After I posted it, she's literally blowing up my phone going, what? I eat fish all the time.
I was so grossed out. And then I was afraid to eat fish for a couple of weeks.
I know. And then later, we found out you actually have a parasite. So we didn't know that at the time that I posted the video. This has all happened very rapidly. This is how quick Natalie works. She literally saw my video, then a few weeks later found out she had a parasite. Decided we need to get a podcast together. We need to do a class together. We need to do this now because we need to help people.
Because I'm urgent.
You're urgent. Life is now. Exactly. So here's what I want to say about nematodes, you guys. Nematodes are the most common animal on planet Earth. Let me say that again. It's the most common animal on planet Earth. So for every human, there are 57 billion with a B. Nematodes. You guys are registering that a lot. A billion.
Yeah. So basically, we're. We can't avoid this.
They're here. They're here.
Like aliens. They're here.
Yes. This is one of the reasons I think the World Health organization's estimate of 1 in 4 people on the planet Earth has a parasite. I think that's low, and I say it's probably closer to 50% or more. And especially on how many of my clients see parasites when they start gut clearing. So, you know, you can have larger parasites that are not even identified the day you do a gut test. It's possible that they just weren't excreted on the day of the test. So, you know, we do catch a lot of them with testing, but know that once you get going on gut protocols, more stuff. Stuff shows up. So here's a few more photos of nematodes. They can be in raw eggs. And this is. I know. It's so disgusting. Don't eat raw eggs. I'm totally, you know.
So no raw. Laura, this is not cool. You made it so we don't never eat raw cookie dough.
I know.
I didn't know you were going to do that on this class. Yeah, now she's scared us of raw cookie dough.
No, Maria, they're not alive after we cook them. That's why we should be cooking. And so don't eat raw eggs. And this is what you're. This is what you're looking for in the grocery store. So. So I showed you a cooked nematode that I pulled out of my fish. This is what it looks like when your fish is still raw. And you might see it just hanging out on the fish. Now, I know I shared a really gross statistic on the podcast, and if you haven't listened to the podcast, make sure you go back and listen to it, because it's so good. It's so hilarious. I went back and listened to it, and I laughed the whole time. We're really good comedy together, Natalie.
So if the gut stuff doesn't work out, we can open a comedy thing.
Totally, 100%. But the. But totally the. The. With nematodes in your fish is that the butcher doesn't throw away the fish when they see a nematode. They just pick the nematode out, wrap the fish in cellophane and sell it to you or your chef at the restaurant, they just pick the nematode out. Your sushi chef, they just pick the worms out and throw it away and serve you the sushi. But what they're not getting out of there is the microscopic eggs and the different life cycles of the parasites. They can. You're still consuming parasites even if they pull that little worm off of there. And I know it's gross and I don't eat sushi anymore. I used to eat a lot of it. So definitely you want to cook your fish, eat cooked fish, eat cooked eggs, eat cooked meat. I mean, you guys, I'm sorry to say all the vegetarians here are thinking I'm safe. You're not. I'm going to show you parasites that are on plants. And actually nematodes are on plants as well. So they're everywhere on Earth. Remember there's 57 billion nematodes per human. They live on the roots of plants as well.
They're asking about raw. I wanted to. Some of the things that are coming through. Yes. When you freeze and when you cook, it should kill them. But that doesn't fix the whole problem. So there. So we're going to get into that and then the next thing is oysters. Yes. I learned that those are one of, one of the worst because they are bottom feeder foods. So if you look at like shell, any kind of shellfish especially you eat it raw, then it's feeding off the bottom of the ocean and you're gonna. There's a high amount of parasites in that.
Yeah. And my halibut. So that fish that I found it in, halibut lives on the bottom of the ocean. It literally hangs out its lifetime on the bottom. So anything that's on the bottom is going to be more likely. But swimming fish that don't hang out on the bottom, ones that hang out closer to the top are also at risk. So here I'm showing you liver flukes, which are trematodes. So trematodes, Nematodes. Trematodes. They live outside of your intestines and get into your gallbladder and liver. And they have a life cycle of, wait for it, 25 to 30 years. So these can be inside of you for three decades. We haven't even talked to you about this yet now.
You guys getting as grossed out as I was now?
Yeah. The information I'm sharing with you right now is directly from the CDC website. Now, liver flukes are found in all Continents except Antarctica, and especially where there's sheep or cattle present. And you can also get them from eating. You can get them from eating raw or undercooked fish, crabs or crayfish, but you also get them from eating watercress or other water plants contaminated with immature parasite larvae or from drinking unpurified water. And what happens is the young worms move through the intestinal wall. They just whoop right through the intestinal wall and through the abdominal cavity and into the liver tissue and into the bile ducts where they develop into mature adult flukes that produce eggs and continue the life cycle. So liver disease is really a rising problem in the Western medicine community. So I want you to think of non alcoholic steatohepatitis or fatty liver. Right. Fatty liver in here, if you know what I'm talking about. Or if you've been diagnosed with fatty liver. Right, right. Liver. Just write liver in the chat. If you've ever been diagnosed from a CT scan, MRI or X ray or anything with fatty liver. Exactly. So I'm not saying you have. That doesn't mean that's not a, that's not a whole pass for trematodes, but it could be related.
What's so freaky about this one, Laura, is like, this looks like it's just part of food. Like you wouldn't even know this is.
You know, and that's what I'm about to share with you, is when you excrete these in your poop, they look like red pieces of rolled up tomato skins. And if they're freshly dead, they're bright red and sometimes mistaken for blood. And when they've been dead for a while, the rolled up tomato skins are light brown and therefore may not be visible in your stool. You might not notice them, but they often just look like food.
Michelle, don't say that. People are like, never eat, Michelle.
I went through this.
I. There's a, there's a journey on this. When I first learned all this, I was like, what am I going to eat? I can't eat ever anything ever again. I was like, who's. I'm not for unprocessed food anymore. I mean, just processed food. But no, that there's. I've come a long way and you are too, when you see what she's going to show you.
I know. Okay, so for everybody who hasn't been looking, we're off the slides. I'm going to show more in just a minute, but I'll tell you when. So we just went through how we get parasites and now we're going to talk about how to know you have a parasite. So now we're going to talk about the main symptoms. Remember, I named, like, five off at the beginning of this, but we're going to talk about 28 symptoms now. How can I ever eat sushi again?
I know I'm probably not eating sushi again. I got to be real.
Laura. Yeah, Val. It can be in. They can be in fruit. They can be in anything. I have a bubble in my throat. Christy says, okay, so how's everyone doing? Is everybody okay? I'm gonna go. I'm gonna show a slide with symptoms next. And I'll warn you before I show the next parasites. Okay? Everybody's like, yuck, gross. It's like a train wreck. You can't look away. Okay, check this out. Take a picture of this slide. Screenshot this slide. Don't try to write all this down. This is a lot. But basically, these are many of the symptoms. So I want you to pick your symptom out right now. So somebody. So. So somebody here has multiple symptoms, and somebody here has multiple. Many of you have one symptom, But.
I've been the only ones I had on here, y'.
All.
I'm a celiac. I've been that for over 20 years. And I had elevated blood sugar. All of a sudden, those are my only two symptoms. I had none of these other things.
Yep. So it could be anything from exhaustion that you can't resolve to joint pain to, you know, low libido. It can be related constipation, diarrhea, bloating. I mean, it goes on and on and on. This could be a sign of a parasite. And there's even some symptoms in here that there's more than 28 symptoms. There's even some funky stuff, like waking up in the middle of the night. When parasites are very active at night. They're nocturnal. You know, teeth grinding, dry, chapped lips. There's all kinds of funky symptoms of parasites. Look at that. Look at the chat. Natalie like, yeah, there's a lot.
Yeah. See, as I knew they wanted this.
Katie has 10 of these. Okay, so. And so many of these are parasites. Many of these are also symptoms of leaky guts. Remember, Natalie said I have severe leaky gut when we looked at my gut test. So oftentimes they go hand in hand. Yeah. Okay, so this is little old me. I'm going to tell a story about how I pulled a parasite out of my nose when I was 12 years old.
And then we're going to talk about Our haircut here.
I'm just terrible. It's like a mullet. It's so bad. I'm. I definitely am like fine wine. I get better with age, for sure. And I've got cute braces and everything. Mullets are coming back. I can't do it. Yeah. I'm not going to do it. Okay, so. Oh, look, somebody put all their numbers. They had one, two. Yeah. Okay, so at age 12, this is how the story goes. I was. I had bad allergies when I was a kid. Really bad sinus problems. And one particular day, I was blowing my nose like crazy. Now, I could blow my nose like a champion when I was a kid. You know how sometimes kids, you try to get them below their nose and they just, just. They just. They just spit into the tissue. They can't blow their nose. I was a heroic nose blower because I had such bad sinuses. So you can imagine I'm blowing my nose like I'm honking a horn, and I'm doing it over and over again because I feel something. It's. Something is, like, stuck in my sinuses and I can't get it out. I'm like. It's just. I have to get it out. So I'm blowing, blowing, blowing. My mom screams from the other room, laura, stop. And I knew I had one last chance to blow because she told me to stop. And I did not cross my mom. I knew if she told me to stop, I had to stop. So I took one big, deep breath and I blew as hard as I could, and it dislodged and it came out just part way and I pulled it out of my nose. I'm going to show you a picture of what it looked like in just a second. So I'm going to tell you. You're going to have to look away again if you don't want to see it. At the time, when I was 12 years old, I did not take a picture. I didn't have a cell phone. It was like 1984. And so I remember exactly what it looked like and felt like. And I just put it in the tissue and I threw it away. And I felt such relief when it was gone. This is what it looked like. This is exactly what my parasite, which.
Is crazy because it just looks like snot to me. So it's like, just like, how would we even know?
Yeah. So here's the difference. If it's mucus, it will break up. It will break apart. This is solid. And what you can't tell from the picture is this won't break up. It's actually a membrane that's solid. And that's exactly what came out of me. It was solid. It did not break up. You cannot pull snot out of your nose, you guys. It breaks up so often. It's roundworms or nematodes that live in sinuses. A version of. Remember I said there's 57 billion of them for every human, or 54 billion. It's similar to what was in my halibut, but a different species live in the sinuses. Yes, yes, yes. Okay, so now fast forward. I've done a lot of gut protocols in my early 40s, but I never saw parasites in my stool until I changed my protocols around and started using a system that actually successfully removes them. And this is what you're doing, Natalie. This is the same system. So in my 40s, I started gut cleaning, you know, because I came this gut expert. And then a few years ago, I started shifting what I was doing. And I'm going to show you. I'm going to show you my parasite, everybody. So we're going to look at the toilet now. Don't worry, there's no poop.
Don't worry.
It's no poop. Because I know how to get good, clean pictures of parasites without poop. And I'll show you how to do that. But this came out of me. And it's also a round worm. Now, the way that you get a good, clean parasite. Picture. Who wants to know how to get a good, clean parasite pitcher without poop?
Poop.
This is where they poop in the chat.
Leave me in the chat if you want to know. I know you want to know. Yes. Okay, so what you do is you have a fork next to your toilet. It's called a toilet fork. It's a fork. It's dedicated to the toilet. It does not come back into your kitchen. You can even do a plastic fork if you want to. Mine's a metal fork.
We are not the same, Laura. I will not have a poop fork.
I know. I know you don't. I know you, but you might. By the time we get. I get done, I think I'm sourcing. You're going to have a poop fork. So. So what you do is you break up the poop. This particular guy, I saw it on the top. I knew it was there, and so I broke it up. And then I lifted the worm out of the toilet with the fork, flush the toilet, and then put it back in. And then there's no poop in the toilet. And you could take a picture so everybody knows now. Don't send me poopy pictures. If you're going to send me pictures, you can send me pictures of your parasites.
We love to see those that have to me. I will have to block you.
You can email any poo pictures, you can email them to me, but just warn in the subject line so my poor assistant doesn't have to be eating lunch or something while she's checking email. Just warning parasite picture. Okay, okay. So I want to share my own story with you and I think it would be helpful, helpful for you to know I already shared my before and after picture. But you're not alone in this and I get it. And I've been where you are now. I know right now you're looking at a super energetic healthy person. But seven years ago I wasn't as healthy as I am today. I had serious brain fog. I would be in the middle of a patient consultation and I kept having to ask my patients to repeat themselves because I couldn't focus on their words. You know, annoying that is to your patients. You're like, sorry, could you, could you say that again? And I would have migraine. These ophthalmic ocular migraines every few weeks that would hit right in the middle of my workday, usually when I was in an exam room with a patient and I had to go home early sometimes cancel my appointments for the day and my energy was totally gone. At 2 o' clock every afternoon, I felt like putting my head on my desk. I felt like falling asleep and cooking dinner and being present with my family at night was like not happening because all I want to do is veg out. So yet while Natalie had only a couple symptoms, I had lots of symptoms. And I was cranky and I was short tempered and I was 10 pounds overweight. And I just couldn't figure out how to feel better. And I'll never forget this moment. I was in my kitchen and I was at the sink and it was another day of feeling bloated and gassy. And my husband said to me, he said, laura, something is wrong with you. And he was referring to my gas because I had such bad gas that he even didn't want to sleep next to me anymore. And I remember feeling like I was broken. Like, who here can relate with this if you feel broken sometimes? Did you write broken in the chat? Because I know I can't be alone. I was totally hopeless and a hot mess. Hot mess express. And I knew I had to fix this. So thank you. Thank you for sharing. This is. This is a real thing where we feel broken at some point. So I did what we all do. I went to my regular doctor. I had a bunch of lab tests. They were all normal. I had an MRI of my brain. I had an MRI of my brain. You guys know, to evaluate these headaches. They were just migraines, but of course, I was, like, crazed that something was wrong with me. And nothing, Everything was normal. I got a steroid cream given to me for eczema, and I got pills for headaches, and I got fiber supplements for, you know, constipation and lactose pills for gas. And my doctor told me what all doctors tell their patients. Which is what? Who knows? It put in the chat. What does your doctor tell you to do? Just eat healthy and exercise more. There's nothing wrong with you, right? Is that what they say? I know they say that because that's what I used to say to people, and none of it worked. Or they say, go see a psychiatrist. That's the other thing. Go see a psychiatrist. So I researched online like crazy because I knew that wasn't the answer. And I did what everybody else was doing. So who here has gone gluten free, paleo keto, intermittent fasting, dairy free, sugar free, probiotics, prebiotics. I was taking turmeric, I was taking medicinal mushrooms, all the things, ginger, all.
The things, all the things.
Taking garlic, everything. Nothing was working. So then I did what you all are doing. You read blogs, you read articles, you listen to podcasts, you research online, you watch summits, you study. I mean, I'm a study nerd anyway, but I know all you guys are doing the same thing. And then the next thing that happens is you get totally fearful of food and you hate meal time because you don't know what to eat because everything makes you feel lousy and nothing makes you feel better. So you're hungry, you throw food away, you're wasting time. You. You're grouchy, Everybody around you can't stand you. And I finally realized I couldn't do it on my own. So that's what I did. Did. I went to a functional medicine practitioner friend of mine, and we ran a gut test. One simple gut test. The exact same test that Natalie just did. And here's what I found out. I had a parasite, I had giardia, and I had a dangerous form of H. Pylori. Now, Natalie, hear me. My H. Pylori was worse than yours. I have to show you. My gut test. I had one of those virulence factors, and the one that I had can cause stomach cancer. The one that you have. The H. Pylori that you have doesn't have a virulence factor. So I just want to share that with you because I don't want you to get scared right now. Okay? Are you listening to me, Natalie?
Oh, I'm hearing you.
Okay. Because I know we've had this talks about H. Pylori. Okay, you guys, I also had Candida. And I also had inflammation in my gut. We can see inflammation. And I was overgrown with good and bad bacteria. But there's a happy ending, which you all know that. I resolved it all. I got everything fixed. I haven't had a migraine in years. I lost my 10 pounds. I met my perfect weight. I got my energy back, My brain fog got better. My husband moved back to my bed. I don't have terrible gas anymore. I can eat things again. That always made me sick. So now I want to share Natalie's story. So, Natalie, you have a parasite too, and we're going to show your gut test here in just a second. So tell us your story.
So just. I'm gonna. And I'm gonna. I don't wanna take too much time on here, but some of you have heard this, but I was textbook eating healthy. And many of you have known me for years. You've done my programs before. I was. I teach on processed eating. I was eating completely, like as perfect as I could eat. Working out, drinking the water, taking the supplements, all the things. And for me, what showed up was on my regular lab test that I do every 90 days, I was doing a lab test, getting hormones checked, all the things. All of a sudden, I had a really odd number on my liver, my insulin and my blood sugar, and it didn't add up. So it was just keeping an eye on it because it didn't fit my lifestyle. And then the numbers kept getting worse. And because I personally have a family history of type 2 diabetes and pancreatic cancer, I got really worried. I mean, this is insulin and your pancreas. So I could not personally get my blood sugar under control. I went as strict as keto. I was eating keto. Zero carbs, y', all, like zero carbs. And I could not get my blood sugar under control. Um, my blood sugar was spiking up over 200, which is very high. Those of you that know blood sugar don't know blood sugar. Healthy blood sugar, if you're non diabetic, is anywhere between like 70 and 120 after eating, 130 after eating, maybe it spikes a little more and comes back down. Mine was spiking after a bite of an apple would go up. And then it was also crashing super low at night, getting down to 50. If you are a diabetic, you know how dangerous that is. So I had, I couldn't get answers. So I spent a lot of money and a lot of time on tests, think, going down all types of rabbit holes, figuring out what the heck is going on here. What is this? So bad so that I ended up in the ER for two days, checked into the hospital, $45,000 hospital bill. I don't even, don't even get me started on that. Two days in the hospital, CAT scan, mmrcp, pancreas, everything, checked everything. Could not get to the root of it. Could not get to the root of it. Finally, out of desperation, did this test that we're talking about here and I got all my answers. I couldn't believe it. I could not believe it. In fact, I had been interviewing people on my podcast about leaky gut and whatever. Never connected the dots. So that's something I could have had. Never. So if I heard leaky gut, I was like, why would I have leaky gut? No, never. I don't eat gluten. I'm celiac. Like, no, I don't have it. I have one of. And she'll show you my results in a minute. I had one of the worst leaky guts that Laura and my doctors had ever seen. I had multiple bacteria infections, overgrowth of yeast. I have staph infection, the list goes on. I have the H. Pylori, I have a parasite, all the stuff. So then it was down the rabbit hole. And I don't want to get too far ahead here. There's lots of ways to treat this and we're going to get into what Laura recommends. I didn't like a lot of the treatment options. A lot of the treatment options to me made things worse. They were not going to heal me long term or permanently. So I opted to go with what we're about to show you. And this has been everything for me, I've got to tell you all. I've only been one week. Week transparency, Only one week fully following Laura's protocol. One week. My blood sugar is completely stable. After three days following it, my blood sugar has been stable. It has not gone over 110 period, hasn't gone low. It is totally stabilized. And I've had no, I didn't even know I was bloated before. And I have no bloating now. I realize I was bloated before. So.
Okay, thank you, Natalie. And you guys are watching Real Time, what Natalie's doing here. Like you said, she, she's. She, she's fast. She. She does everything with urgency. And she's literally been into this protocol a week. And I kept. She's like, how quick? How quick can we do this? How quick can we do this? Because, you know, Natalie has a pretty busy life, you guys. She's got a big business and a lot going on. I said, yes, we can heal you, we can get you feeling better, but let's not go too fast because I don't want to drop your energy. But you're doing it. You're actually doing it.
And Linda, we're going to answer those questions in a minute because the, the short. The long and the short of it is I did ask two doctors for a gut test.
Yes.
And my answers from that were not the same as what we're about to share with you. And I've gone down the full rabbit hole on all of this. So we're going to share with you all of that information in just a second.
And the truth of it is that the art of medicine is an art, and you're going to get different answers from different people about even how to interpret or how to treat what we find on a gut test. So who you're working with matters. Who you're working with matters. So this is Natalie's parasite section on her test. Entamoeba coli is a protozoa. It's transmitted through fecal oral contact. And that. That someone, you know preparing your food who didn't wash their hands after using the bathroom, or maybe you ate or drank a contaminated water, you know, with sewage or something along those lines. You know, food is often cooked in water. Also, you know, things are boiled and. Yeah, so we don't. We'll never know exactly how you got it, but usually these protozoa live in the large intestinal tract and can be identified in diagnostic stool specimens like this one. And we think this is one of the main reasons that your blood sugar is so hard to get under control.
This is. Oh, I didn't mention one more thing, Laura. Sorry. Some of you listening, you've had issues with estrogen dominance. Anyone have a deal with estrogen dominance? I actually have estrogen dominance even though I'm in perimenopause and lower on things. And we also learn. And you can't see this on my report, that one of the issues in my gut was actually what was creating that? The way that my hormones are metabolized. I don't know if I'm explaining this right, Laura, but the way my hormones are metabolizing and my gut health is what was creating the estrogen dominance. Would have never guessed that. And traditional medicine would say, oh, just take progesterone to balance it or like, like. Or stop taking your bioidenticals or whatever. But it's not.
It was.
It's gut health.
Yep. Yep, for sure. Okay, so I'm gonna show you guys. Are you guys cool if I show you? I'm gonna show you in a minute. A case study of one of my clients. I'm going to take you line by line through the gut test. So just type. Just type yes in the chat if you want to see.
They're hungry, they're going, what's the test? What's the test? Some of them are like, ready to go. They're like, they're like me. They're like, let's go. I want it.
Okay, so I'm going to take you line by line. I'm going to teach you, you about how to. How to understand what's happening on this test. But first, like Natalie said, I'm a bit science geeky and I gotta give you a quick science lesson just because it's going to help you understand this test. Okay? This will be really quick and easy. So I want you to think back to when we were kids. And now I want you to fast forward to today. And the way we think about disease is changing. Today's scientists absolutely are proving that all disease really does start in your gut. And they know that at least 90% of all modern health problems are actually tied to your gut microbiome. And it's why I always say the root problem is a gut problem. Somebody write that in the chat. The root problem is a gut problem. The root problem is a gut problem. I want you to get that in your head and I want you to write that down. The root problem is a gut problem, so I want to make sure it sinks in. 90% of all modern health problems are gut related. That means your hormone dysregulation, your joint pain, your headaches, your low energy, your brain fogginess, they're gut related. And it also means your moodiness and sleep problems are gut related. And even if you aren't having gut symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, or diarrhea, the source of your problems start in the Gut. I want to make sure that's really clear, because, like, Natalie, she's like, I poop every day. I don't have GI Symptoms. I don't have a gut problem. And people like me just sit back and go, okay, okay, just wait. Just wait. Let's do a gut test and see. Right. Everyone clear. We begin healing the gut to solve all other chronic health conditions. Thank you. The root problem is going to. You guys are so good. Thank you. Now, I'm going to pull this all together for you, give you a super simple science lesson right now. And I'm going to use analogies. And this is only four slides long, so it's going to be a really quick science lesson. So one of my superpowers is actually to teach complex health issues in a really simple way. And I'm going to use some of the easiest analogies to teach you about the link between gut health and your mystery symptoms. And then we're going to look at a gut test. So first off, you are looking at the engine of a car, and this represents your gut. So you've heard that your gut is your second brain. Who's heard that? Who's heard that your gut is your second brain? Yet Natalie has. I'm going to make it even easier to understand. Okay. Your GI track. Your gut is the engine of your body. It's as simple as that. Everybody thinks brain is in control. Your gut is the engine, and your gut extracts the nutrients from your food you eat and delivers energy to every cell of your body. So you can move around, think, breathe, just like the car of an engine delivers energy to make your car drive. Your gut is a specialized and incredibly complex system, and every part of it plays an important role. If anybody's wondering, this is a Chevy Impala, very famous American car that they no longer make. So now you're looking at the floor of a manufacturing plant. And this is also a representation of your gut. So in addition to being an engine, your gut is a manufacturing plant for hormones, vitamins, enzymes, neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin for your brain. In fact, most of your neurotransmitters, like serotonin is made in your gut. And your body uses all this good stuff to function and deliver nutrients to cells so you can make energy. So this is super easy to understand. So type easy in the chat. If this is easy, I promise an easy science lesson. I'm gonna have one more analogy for you. Okay, cool. Here's another analogy. Your gut is like a crowded city Instead of only, you know, 10 million people or so living in a big city, it's 10 trillion. So think of it like that. 10 trillion bacteria all thriving together to make up the community known as your gut microbiome. And the most vital part of your gut health is your bacterial community. And this is really important because Natalie's bacteria were all screwed up. That's why I'm sharing this. This. So yes, this class is about parasites, but we can't talk about parasites without talking about bacteria. And this is so vital to you. So in a world where bacteria, viruses and germs can be confusing and scary, we need to remember that bacteria can not only be good for us, but are actually vital to our survival. And we rely on these little microbes, commonly known as good bacteria, for many important body processes like immune responses to invaders or maintaining healthy digestion or balancing your hormone levels like, like Natalie's got this hormone dysregulation and even healthy cognitive brain function, even, even that is important and also to slow down aging. So when my client Mary did the same gut testing as Natalie, we call it the Natalie Jill special, the NJ special, she had a truly incredible result. So here's Mary. She was around £236 when I met her. And she had body aches, digestive problems. Her lab tests were showing early kidney problems. And we focused on basic gut restoring principles. She lost, lost 80 pounds in six months. And she's kept it off for. It's going on three years at this point. And her body aches are gone. She has lasting energy all day. Her kidney tests are normal. She's doing amazing. And all we did was solve her gut problems. And this is Bethany. This is one of my most favorite stories. Who here has migraines? Type migraines in the chat if you have migraines. So we have a lot of Mary's, I'm Mary now, type migraines. Okay. So before working with me, Bethany had guessed that's 26 migraines per year. Can you imagine? That's a migraine every two weeks. A migraine headache every two weeks is debilitating. She was averaging 26 a year. And so we fixed her gut health and the following year she had three migraines. Can you imagine? I mean, she had a whole bunch of other stuff go well is also and change in her life. But I think that is just profound. Yeah, lots of migraines. So let me give you one more example. I want you to think about upstream versus downstream. So this is a stream and way up there at the top of the picture is upstream, and way down at the bottom is downstream. An upstream approach detects where the problem is originating from. Is it a gut infection? Is it a nutrient deficiency? Is a toxic buildup of chemicals in your organs? Or an enzyme deficiency? The downstream approach doesn't look for any of these things. Instead, it gives you a prescription for antibiotics or hormones or sleeping aids or diet pills. What am I describing, you guys? I'm describing Western medicine. It gives you a prescription for antidepressants or pain medications to solve your problems, when really all you need to do is go upstream and solve that. And the root of that is what? The root of all health problems is a gut problem. We have to fix that, too. And I know this because I worked in, you know, Western medicine for all these years. I prescribed a lot of drugs and. And handed out a lot of treatments that didn't help people. So I also want to. Just real quick, I just want to say, today I'm giving you a fast overview of parasites, bacteria, gut health. But there's a lot more to solving your health problems, like getting toxins out of your environment and out of your body. But that's a whole other class that we could do together, Natalie, so we could do that another time. But I just want to say that we're touching. We're tipping the iceberg today, everybody. Okay, so now that you've had a quick introduction to how the gut works and what it does, let's bring it back to you and what you've been experiencing. So you've been experiencing tired, you've been experiencing energy that's low, you've had trouble with your memory, you've had trouble losing weight, you've had trouble with migraines and headaches, you've had bloating after each meal. And you wake up at night at 2am and your joints are aching, and you get mood swings and anxiety that feels suffocating, even though your doctor gives you a prescription for it. So this is all solvable. And when Carrie came to me, she had low energy and her weight had plateaued. And after running a gut test, putting her on a personalized supplement protocol, she achieved energy that lasted all day. And her ongoing plan was super easy to stick with. And she just keeps getting incredible, more incredible results month after month, year after year. So this brings us to the end of the second section. I'm going to show you in this last section, how to kill parasites and restore your gut health is we're going to get into looking at more gut tests and we're going to sprint through this last section. Okay? So I'm going to do this in like five minutes. Everybody got it it okay, so here's what I know for sure. One size medicine doesn't fit for everyone because we all have biochemical individuality. We all are unique like a fingerprint. And nobody knows this like Natalie. She has two best selling books on fitness and health. She does everything right. And trust me, in all these years of knowing her, I think I've only had one glass of wine with her because she doesn't even drink. And that trip to Disneyland where she took my pictures, she did not eat a churro. She did not have. She brought all her own food. Her meat sticks and her bars and her own food because that's who Natalie is. And you can be just like Natalie. You can eat perfectly clean, you can exercise every day, you can eliminate sugar forever. And you'll probably still be stuck unless you find out what your unique internal needs are. And I see this over and over and over again. Again. So let's make sure that the solution I'm going to show you is right for you. Because these are the top warning signs that your gut is unhealthy and needs support. And you only need to experience one of these 10 things to indicate you could use help. So take a picture of this slide or take a screenshot of it. Don't try to write this down too fast because I'm going to keep going. But these are the signs that something is going wrong. So the very first thing you need to do is you need to get a gut test. This is the first step to killing parasites and getting your bacteria balanced. I'm going to show you how to understand this gut test like a pro. And I'm going to cover the tests that you should have and I'm going to finish this up by running this quick marathon. But we just went over the 28 symptoms of gut imbalance. So now we're going to talk about what to do about it. And remember as we go know that you are a unique individual. Yes, there are hundreds and hundreds of people on here that have all these different symptoms. And you are unique. And some of your symptoms seem very similar. Some of you may be putting the same thing in the chat, but you all have different genetics and you all have different balance of bacteria. And this is why keto diet works for some people and not others. And it's why taking random supplements usually doesn't solve the problem. And it's why doing more exercise doesn't consistently give each person the same results. And it's why two people from the same family have completely different sets of health problems, even though they're living under the same roof, eating the same food, exposed to the same environmental stressors. We've seen it. One sibling totally healthy, the other struggling. One size fits all doesn't work. So stop trying to one size fits all your health. If you hear anything from me today, stop trying to do that. Now let's make you an expert at looking at a gut test. I'm going to take you all through Deborah's test. So she came to me with bloating after meals. She couldn't digest her food. She had gas, she had constipation. She only eliminated her bowels a few times a week. And she couldn't sleep. She had migraines, she had anxiety, and she had hives. Hives for five years, by the way, that type of thing. Skin. Skin conditions are a sign that your gut is imbalanced if you have random itchy, scratchy, irritated skin issues. So she was doing everything right, just like you. She was eating organic, she was walking every day. She was taking a lot of whole bunch of supplements. She was drinking her smoothies. She wasn't getting better. So we ran a gut test. So let's look at her normal bacteria first. So these are known as the good bacteria in your gut. And what you see here is a bunch of red numbers in high level. These are good bacteria that are overgrown. That means that they're probably crawling up into the small intestine and causing bloating. So when we think of people who have sibo, small, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. This is what some of that profile will look like for sibo. This is actually too much of a good thing. And too much good bacteria is associated with autoimmunity, skin problems, migraines, joint pain, trouble sleeping. Deborah was having all of those things. Remember when I told you what she was, what she came to me with, she felt just like that description. So this next part is her opportunistic or bad bacteria. So she had overgrowth of several bacteria. So, Natalie, you had an overgrowth of staph, just like Deborah, very similar. And when you have overgrowth here, these bacteria cause all kinds of problems, like skin irritation. They secrete toxins into the body. You get joint pain, anxiety, insomnia, migraine headaches, brain fog. So she needed help clearing these bad bacteria. Now here's the fungus and yeast section. Some of you have been saying in the chat, I think I have Candida. So this is a candida reading on her test. And. And common symptoms of Candida are gas and bloating, constipation, skin irritation. And when we see this, it can also mean it's easier to have things like athlete's foot, vaginal yeast infections, jock itch, toenail fungus infections. So this is a. You know, I could do a whole class on why people can't kill Candida. Just put a pin in that. Maybe Natalie and I will have to do a class on that. But there's a lot of theories around why Candida doesn't go away. Now, here's my favorite section. This is parasites. So Deborah had three parasites show up. She had cyclospora, endolimax, Nana, and entamoeba coli. Now, any positive detection here is potentially troublesome, even if it's in the black. So it doesn't have to be red to be bad. So she had one reading in the red and two in the black. And this is where looking at symptoms of the person in front of you is really important. These parasites can cause constipation, bloating, flatulence, fatigue, headaches. They can even be diarrhea. You can have both ends of the spectrum. So she needed a lot of help clearing this.
This.
Now here's her immune response. She had a high secretory iga, which is a primary immunoglobulin in the intestinal mucosa. And it's your first defense in response to pathogens in your gut. And it goes up when there's infection in the body. And her immune system was on overdrive and she needed help. Now here's a really important one. Look at this. Anti. Glad and iga. Who knows what that is? This is a gluten marker, and hers is high. So if you ever wanted to know if you're intolerant to gluten or if you react to gluten, gluten. This person, Deborah, she was reacting to gluten. Now, when we did Natalie's test, guess what hers was. Guess. Tell Natalie what was yours.
Well, mine was zero. And I was kind of surprised, but she made a good point. Because I'm a celiac, I haven't had gluten in 20 years. So that's why.
Yeah. So if you're not eating gluten, it won't react. So gluten free, I would expect no reaction. But if you're eating gluten and it reacts, it means that you are. Your immune system's on overdrive. Okay, so the next thing here Oh, I don't have a slide for it. You had a high beta. So Natalie had a high beta glucuronidase.
Which is what's creating the estrogen dominance.
Yep, it creates. Estrogen dominance is also a sign that your liver is not going through phase one and two liver detox efficiently and that you're having a hard time getting fat soluble toxins out of your body. So Deborah, after working through my open clear rebuild protocol for three months, she was feeling a lot better. So what happened was her energy got better, her digestion felt normal, her constipation got better, her family said that she was a delight to be around. Her anxiety wasn't getting in the way of her enjoying life and being productive and her hives went away finally. So I'm sharing my story, Natalie's story, and all these client stories with you because I know that high energy and elimination of bloat and digestive issues and balancing your hormones and good sleep and stable mood is possible for every single one of you. I've just seen it so many times. So your first action step is to get a gut microbiome lab testing and your next step is to get someone like me or someone who understands gut testing and to review it with you and connect your symptoms to your results. And this is.
I'm going to save you all some time. Not someone. Laura's not tooting her own horn. Not someone. I did the research of someone. It's Laura's team. It's Laura's team because she knows her stuff. And the western medicine does not not have this nailed. I've got to tell you, I had doctors wanting to give me antibiotics for this. Antibiotics destroy your gut even more and make you very, very sick, especially if you rip a parasite or stuff out of you. So sorry, Laura, I'm going to toot your horn there because it's not someone.
Thank you. Yeah, you do want to work with somebody who really understands this. And I'm somebody who really understands this. This is true. What we're going to do when we do testing is we're going to connect your symptoms to your results. And then the third step is giving you a personalized protocol to help you feel better. So who here wants to know what I'm running natal her protocol? We explain. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay, so let me explain that really quick. So I know you're wondering what a personalized protocol looks like and it fits into a framework that makes it easy for you to execute. So these are the three phases that must happen in the right order at the right time for you to get better. If any of this is missing, you will be on a hamster wheel of going through this again and again and again. So the open phase is what Natalie's doing right now. And this is a critical step that prepares your body for the clear phase. I cannot stress that enough. You must do some prep work before you just start killing stuff, because if you don't, you'll have a Herxheimer reaction. Who knows what Herxheimer is? Write me in the chat if you know what a Herxheimer reaction is. Me. Me, Me. Yeah. A Herxheimer reaction is when you feel lousy, your energy goes down. You feel like you're got hit with a bus. You feel like you're coming down with the flu. You get achy, nauseous, maybe you vomit. And trust me, you're going to stop those supplements immediately if you. If you feel like that.
By the way, you all being a rebel. I had taken my doctor's protocol and Laura's, and I was like, you know what? I'm just going to try one of the things that my doctor said to do early. And I called Laura so sick, and she's like, there's no way you're this sick on this stuff. Let's go through all of it. And she learned I was doing one of the things that my doctor had said, and she's like, okay, that's why you're sick. And I cut it out. And sure enough, she was right.
Right.
It went away the next day. So you have to do this in the right order. So during that open phase, we're going to support your liver, gallbladder, kidneys, lymphatics, bowels, so that you can then, in the clear phase, move your parasites, bacteria, and fungus out of your body. And then the rebuild phase is focused on resolving leaky gut and healing the gut wall as you clear out infections. Because it's like, so you guys, I want you to think about when you have all these parasites of bacteria in your gut. It's like a mob going into a city and they're breaking windows and spraying graffiti. And when they leave, there's all kinds of garbage and broken windows and cleanup that needs to happen. Your gut's no different. Once you kill stuff, you still need to rebuild and repair. And that's what the rebuild phase is. So three very distinct things. So as I go through this with you, ask yourself if you're ready to stop trying to fix your health all by yourself. Because what I hear all the Time is people are sick of Googling for answers and having confusion and losing motivation. So I want you to ask yourself, are you going to keep missing out on your kids and grandkids growing up because you're too tired to participate? Are you going to keep quitting, you know, building that business or getting a promotion at work that you've dreamed up because your energy is bad? Are you going to stay confined to your home? I know. Natalie told me a lot of people in her community find that they. That they stop living their life. They stop doing fun things because they need to be near a bathroom or they need to be in control of every bit of food they eat because everything makes them feel safe. And they stop going to restaurants and they stop going on vacations. And then they're worried about turning out like their parents and having lots of prescriptions and chronic diseases. And then I've got a whole group of people who just hate to look in the mirror every day forever. They feel overweight because they can't solve it, or they have major mental health concerns, anxiety, debilitating anxiety and depression. And these are all the reasons people want to work with me.
Me.
And I can help you reverse all of this. So we just covered a lot of information, and if you're like me or most of my clients or Natalie, I know you have a million questions right now. So I'm gonna take care of you and I'm going to answer as many questions as I can. We're going to take questions at the end of this. Before I do that, though, at the beginning of this session, I told you I was going to teach you three important things, and I did. And then I told you I was going to show you how to get the same testing and support from me that Natalie has has. So this special offer, like I said, is not for everyone. And I want to be really super clear here. This is for you. If you are seriously all in and ready to get rid of your mystery symptoms and you're the person who sees this as your next step, you need to be all in for this. And if that's you, then I have something that can help you. And I do have limited spaces for what I'm about to go through. And I'm going to have my team drop the link in right now just in case you're a quick start personality like Natalie and you're urgent.
If we can. If we can put that a couple times, times, because it's going to go fast with the comments. I want to make sure we keep repeating the link check test, you all just to be really real, there's. I'm going to be really honest with numbers here because we're going to go into details in a minute. There are 2,000 people that signed up for this class tonight. There are a lot of you on right now. Laura cannot take her. Her team cannot take more than 100 people for this. So this is going to go really fast. So if you are not like the quick detail, we're going to go over a lot of details in a minute.
It.
But if you're like, I am like, in, get me in, save my spot. We're putting the link go there right now. Gut check test, because this is the exact test that I got. It gets mailed to your house. You'll do it at home. Her team, she will personally be looking at your test, doing a customized plan for you. Sorry, I don't want to jump ahead, Laura, but I know some people are going to want this and I don't want them to miss out. Except wanted to get the link there right now.
Yep. So go get that. And then for all the detail people, I'm going to give you details now. So we've got quick starters who want it, and then I've got detail people.
I was the quick start. I was like, just tell me what I need. Get me in.
Yeah. So who's the detail? Whoever the detail people are, we're going to go.
You can do it in Canada, correct, Laura?
Yes, we can do it.
Yeah, you can do it in Canada. The list is. It's up there. Well, our team will keep putting it from gut checker support because I know the thread's going fast.
Okay. So I'm going to show you my simple gut test plus consult, which includes gut testing from the comfort of your home and then a consultation call to review the results and help you figure out what you need to do to restore your health. So here's what it looks like. We're going to immediately get you going with a gut test mailed right to your door. And you're going to feel so taken care of because in a few days, the test is going to arrive. Just a few days from today, you're going to have this in your hand and it's going to give you all your answers because you'll have test results showing you exactly what's going on. And it's so easy. You just collect the sample at home, return it in the mail, no blood testings needed, and within about 10 days of the lab receiving your sample example, we're going to have your test results and then within about that 10 day time frame, you're going to see this, you're going to see this report and it's going to go into great detail. But don't freak out because it's so simple to understand when you have us interpreting it for you. So we're going to make it so easy for you and literally we're going to have this, you're going to have this moment of, oh my gosh, it finally makes sense. Natalie, talk about this because I went over your test with you line by line.
Yeah. So my first. So when I did the test, I had a. I, I was so confused by what my doctor had given me versus what Laura explained to me. So one test came back, it looked kind of simple and I had two different conversations and Laura simplified it so easy for me that I, it all made sense to me. It all was so clear to me. Where typically we get lab reports, you're just hearing like, oh, just do this, do that. It didn't make sense and I didn't have any of my questions answered. So with Laura, it was super clear, like, okay, I see exactly what the problem is and I get it now, like, if I fix this problem right here, all these other things get corrected. So it was super simple. People are asking like, who's actually looking at it. The lab does the report, but Laura is going to be looking at it. You and your team look at these and review and interpret them.
I already see orders coming through, Natalie.
That's great. I mean, and you guys, there's. And I mean it when I say a hundred. I asked Laura like, can we have more? And they're not set up for more than that. So just a reminder, I've got 2,000 people watching this. So if this, no hard feelings, if this is not for you, if this is like you and you want it though, I'm going to encourage you to jump quick and do it.
If you already put your order in, say celebrate in the chat because I see your orders coming in right now. I can see your emails and I don't want to say your emails out loud. I can't see your actual name. So just say that you got it. Yes, Susan got it.
Yes, Marlena got it.
It.
Awesome. Okay, so the next thing, and this is again, I'm going through the details for the detail people. We have quick starts here and we've got detail people. So we're going through details. So after we get your results, we're going to get on A video session with you and we're walking through the results. We'll make it super easy. Like Natalie just said, it's a real, actual human that's going to go through this with you. This isn't, you know, you trying to go through a course on a do it yourself, logging in, putting in a password, watching a bunch of videos and trying to diagnose your yourself. We're going to help you connect the dots between your symptoms and your test results. In fact, when you come into my community, we give you a health questionnaire so we know all about you before we even get on a call with you, just like you would at your doctor's office. We want to know what symptoms you're having so we can connect the dots to your gut test. And then you're going to get your super simple and easy protocol. And I just, you know, it's going to focus on just the things you need to add into your life because you've been doing so many things already, right? And now you're going to know the extra little things that are going to make a difference for you. And we're going to cover the right supplements and lifestyle actions that'll help you the fastest. Now, I already talked about open Clear rebuild. So by day three of your open protocol, you're going to want my phone number and Natalie's going to have to hold back on giving it to you because you're going to want to text me and share the exciting news. I mean, Natalie is already feeling good. After a week, she's saying, my blood sugar is better, I'm feeling good. So you're going to want to tell us all about it. You're going to want to shout, shout from the mountaintops. And you're going to be saying to your friends, I can't believe I didn't know about it sooner. Right, Natalie, are you telling.
I already know you guys.
You.
Some of you have known me for a while. Like, I literally. This happened so fast. I'm like, I got to share this.
With the whole world.
Like, I've been. My whole podcast, like, shifted to gut health. My Instagram reels, Laura has taken over my Instagram reels with. We've been making funny snake and poop videos because.
I'm sorry, funny videos who follow our funny reels.
If you haven't seen them yet. We had a. We had a whole fun day on Sunday recording funny videos.
Yeah.
About this.
Yeah, it's going to be so good. And when you get to the clear protocol, you're going to start killing parasites and bacteria and Candida. And you're not going to feel sick while you do it because you did the open protocol. So this is a different type of protocol than you normally get from most practitioners.
And I'll tell you, Laura, somebody's. I want to address it because.
Right.
What you're talking about. Sorry. Like Lindsay saying, I've already tried to go through this type of protocol. Didn't fully work. Lizzie, I bet it was not her proprietary protocol because this is the thing that she warned me about with what doctors were giving me. A lot of.
Of them.
They. She. When she saw those. In fact, one of our friends, our mutual friends, was like, Laura's losing sleep over what the advice you got was, because she knows that when you don't follow this correctly, you don't do the right protocol, the stuff comes back or you can get sick or it can become worse. So it's not. You have not done her exact proprietary formula. What Laura has studied for years and years and years. She's been doing this for decades.
Yep. So I want to address a question here.
Here.
Krista wants to know if being in New York is an issue. No, I have a workaround for New York. So, you guys, New York is really special. And the lab can't send you the test to New York, but we send it from California to New York. So basically, I have these stockpiled at my house for all the New Yorkers, and we literally send them personally to you, and then you can send them back, no problem. So New York, don't worry. We got you covered. Like, we have workarounds because everybody gets to have this. Right?
Right.
Okay.
So just so you know, 20 of those spots have already been taken just quickly. So if you're still thinking, just know they're going to go quick.
Yep. Okay. So the gut test plus concept consult program, it's a usual investment of 1297. And that's because you get a gut test, a consultation to review your results, and a protocol based on your symptoms. And so for the first, we got 2,000 people. Natalie. I think I can handle 100 of them. These.
That's what you tell me.
That's okay. Okay. So for the first hundred, you get $500 off. But this is going really, really quick. And I mean it, because we're doing this at cost for you. And when it's done, it's done. And now I got to be really clear. I only have room. You know, my team is small and mighty. You know, we're not. We're not Kaiser Permanente. So we have to put it back up to regular price because I can't do more than that. I want to get your results fast. Basically. We don't want you to wait. So get it now. The replay is going out to 2,000 people, and then they're going to have an opportunity to when they see this. So when I put the package together, this is my favorite part. Bonuses. Let's talk about bonuses. Nadalie. And my favorite part about the bonuses is when I was showing you what I was going to give, you were complaining that you didn't have it. So I want to make sure that you have everything you need to be successful. And when I reviewed the bonuses is Natalie was like, I want that. I want that, I want that. So we're setting these up for you.
To have to me today. Thank you.
Yes. Okay. So one of the things that comes up for my clients is I don't remember to take my supplements or I can't figure out what foods I'm eating, and that makes me have bloat or stomach irritation. So this gut healing tracker helps you keep track of it all, and you'll remember to do your protocol each day. And you'll also quickly figure out what foods may be hurting your gut because you're just putting little tiny notes. We're not doing super detailed here unless you really want to. But I don't want you to go go crazy with your time on this. But you're going to start to see patterns, and you're going to start to see what's hurting your gut. And this helps keep you accountable, on track. And it's a superhuman common trait to start out strong and then fizzle out after the first few weeks. So you need something to keep you motivated, accountable, and going strong. And so that's what we're doing here. Now the next thing I hear from my clients is, what do I eat while I heal my gut? That's why I'm giving you my eating strategy. So my Gut Health Foundation's guide and recipe book helps you locate the hidden factors in your food source that are keeping you stuck. Plus, it reveals the best foods to eat for natural probiotics, natural enzymes who want some natural in their life, like how to get natural enzymes, how to get natural probiotics. Yeah, me, me, me. Of course. So I'm giving you the exact same recipes I gave to every one of my clients whose stories I've shared with you today. Mary, Bethany, Carrie, Deborah, and I use this exact same recipe book. And I Gave this exact same book to Natalie. How are you liking it?
I like it. I'm gonna print it all off.
This is the woman who's written a recipe book, actually, and she's like, give me that.
I need new ideas.
I know. So I know you guys. I know you because I am you. You want to eat things that taste good, you don't want to eat things that taste bad, and you want it to be easy. And you don't want to have to cook multiple meals for your family. Who here cooks multiple meals for their family? Family? My kids eat this, my husband eats this, and then I eat this. So I created this guide so that you cook one meal for the whole family. So in this is a whole bunch of smoothies, breakfast ideas, salads, salad dressings, snacks, soups, entrees, side dishes, cultured foods, dessert, and people love them. So the next thing you need. Now, remember I said earlier that there's a lot of things that I don't have time to teach you today. And one of those big things that stops you from being successful with your healing is environmental toxins like pesticides, metals, mold. So that's why I decided to give you this next bonus is my reduce your toxic exposure quick start plan. Because I don't have enough time on this class to cover all of this with you. So you're going to know how to identify toxin sources at home, easy ways to remove toxins from your diet, how to stop purchasing items with toxins, and I even tell you what to look for when you're buying a mattress. Who wants. Did anybody here know that your mattress is toxic? I know, I know. Okay. And I shared with you that you're going to be getting a personalized open clear rebuild protocol with special supplements based on what your body needs. So I'm giving you a generous supplement discount code that you can use over and over and over again. It's not one time use, so I don't even have a way to put a value on this because you can.
Can.
You can use it as long as you want. So here's a recap on the bonuses you're getting. My Gut healing tracker so you can stay on course. The Gut health foundations and food guide, the reduce your toxic exposure quick start plan, and a supplement coupon. And the total value of everything here, if you purchase separately, is a minimum of 550. Like I said, I can't even give you an upper limit on it because the coupon code is. Is like endless because you can use it multiple times. Who gives you Multiple use coupon codes. Natalie. Really? Nobody? So we're gonna, we're gonna get to questions in just a minute because I know you have a lot of them, but if you know you're in and we only have a hundred spots available at $500 off, then run to this link right now and get your spot. So who here needs more details? Who write detail in the chat if you need more details? Because I'm going to go into more details. Details. Yep.
Jay, by the way, my. I just got a notification that we have 36 of the spots have taken. Can just say, you know, so awesome.
Well, you guys have to jump and get them. I see people coming from Europe, by the way.
That's amazing.
Yeah, yeah. Okay. You guys, so good you're gonna. Okay.
There's a lot of questions too. You're. Are you gonna answer questions after? I'm sorry, I don't, I don't wanna distract from that.
Okay, so this is for detail people. So when you purchase gut tests, consult offer, you're. You're gonna go to this page. So gutchecktest.com www you're gonna see this page. I just want to make sure everyone's clicking clear. You're going to scroll down and you'll see what's included in your purchase. Here we go through all the steps of everything you get. You scroll down a little bit further and you're going to see the bonuses and right below that you're going to see two buttons. So this is important for my Canadians, Europeans and people who live in the uk so if you live in the us Click the one on the left. Get my gut test post consult now. United States. And if you live in any of those other countries, click on the right. We cannot send tests to Australia, Asia, India, Mexico, South America or Africa. Right. Right now. So that covers that if anybody had that question. Now, after you choose your country, you're going to come to this page that shows the 500 off discount and the special pricing of 897. And you're going to start filling out your first name here. And then it keeps going down. This is your information and near the bottom of the order form is the spot to fill in your credit card. And then you check the two little boxes to confirm. You understand there are no refunds for the test. So once we send out a test to you guys, this is a live test test. This is, this is not like an information product that I'm sending you. I'm sending you a live test. So there's no refunds on this. So make sure. Like I said, this isn't for everybody. We're looking for people who are dedicated to this. When you're done, just click the big yellow button and then you're going to get this screen that says, congratulations, you're in. And then I want you to look for your email. On your email, you're going to get this gut test. Next steps. Follow those steps. You must follow these steps before we send you out the gut test test. Okay. All right, so here's what it is again. Gut lab testing from home, a consultation via Zoom, a personalized protocol. And we're going to start taking questions now. So let me stop share so Natalie and I can both be together. Okay, so I'm going to have the chat up.
And I just saw that Sean's on. Laura, we were talking about you the other night. Sean.
I know. I saw him when we started.
Sean, you've got to do this, too. Brooks is doing it. Do it with Brooks.
Yeah. Yep, Brooks is.
Okay. So, I mean, I can start reading off some questions that I scrolled and I want to address some of these. Okay, number one, because the ones that like a dear one to my heart, this is the insurance question. And Laura, if you want to answer that too, But I also want to say this from my perspective, y', all, this is. And I was in medical device sales for years and years and years before I ever moved on to the online space and do what I do, whatever it is that I do now. And what bothered me so much in medical device sales is how much people let insurance dictate their treatment. I get that it's a need and we feel like, okay, insurance, insurance, does insurance cover it? But insurance is not our doctor. Insurance is not our family. Insurance does not care about us. Insurance is a business. They are just a business. And they do very minimal treatments looking for very minimal prescription or remedy to. To fix things. So unfortunately, some of the best things that we get access to, unfortunately, insurance does not pay for. However, when you do this type of testing, you are preventing a lot of other things that would create issues down the road. A lot of other things. So like for example, with my high blood blood sugar issues issue, what I was told was metformin and potentially insulin later. That's a lot bigger of a problem than fixing my gut health and then realizing that problem is going to go away. Sorry. And Laura, you can go ahead and answer from your perspective. That question keeps coming up.
I know it's a big question. So you guys, I want you to Remember that health insurance. So Western medicine is not the high standard of care. Think of your health insurance for catastrophic things. The way the Western medicine world is set up is not prevention. Unfortunately, at this point in our lives, it's just not. So insurance does not cover this. And somebody asked from, from UK or Europe, if, or I think it was Britain, it went the, the scroll went up fast. But somebody asked if their health insurance would pay for it. No, it will not. Yeah, so don't let this stop you. I would say that 80% of the care for my family happens outside of my health insurance. It's basically just if, you know, we get in a car accident or something, or something bad happens because most Western medicine doesn't work. I can say that after. I can say that after working in IT for 21 years as a nurse practitioner. Okay, so some other questions. You can use Flex spending for your supplements and whatnot. Sonia. I mean, you can try to use a Flex spending card on the site. If it will take it, it'll take it.
It took mine.
Okay, cool.
It took mine. So yes, it will. Okay, so yes, it will be open, but if the spots get filled, then the price will not be there because we'll have to get help. So, because we don't. We're a small team, or I'm talking like it's my team. It's not my team. Is Laura's team. Small team.
So.
So yes. And we already have. We have 47 of the spots taken and we haven't even. So just so you know, if you're thinking I would do it, here's the thing. Like, this is going to be thorough. Like, you can go get a test someplace else, but to be able to get the support, the interpretation and the care from someone like Laura and who she's directly trained, find that. You're not going to find that someplace else. I see a lot of people saying, can you do this cleanse or can you do this cleanse? Here's what I also learned, because I had always heard of, like just doing a gut cleanse or a parasite cleanse or whatever. And I'm super clear on why I'm glad I did not do that. Now, when you do that, there's not just a one size fits all, just clearing out all the things there that is not customized to you, so you're not addressing your whole gut biome and what's already there or not there. So you can have problems, come back even worse.
Worse.
Or you could clear things too quickly and get really sick from it. So that is not the path I chose to go down because I heard horror stories around that. So many people that do that and they're like, oh, I have to do this all the time. I have to do this all the time. So her protocol sets you up to win. Especially because it's so customized. It's so customized.
Yes, I see a lot of quite. I want to address this. I get, I'm seeing a lot of questions asking, are the supplements included or what do I get get for this? So let's talk about that. So you guys, I cannot predict what you're going to need in terms of supplements. I use my Open Clear Rebuild framework and depending on what we see in your gut, we will add or subtract things in and out of that framework. So that's why I give you a coupon code that's usable again and again to buy supplements. Supplements are not included with this purchase, but you do get a coupon code to get discounts. These are practitioner level supplements that you cannot buy on Amazon. You have to go through a practitioner to get them and, and we'll give you discounts on that. But I can't predict what your price will be because I don't know exactly what your body needs until we get this and then we're getting questions. What does this include? So this includes the test, it includes interpretation with an expert and it includes a personalized protocol and includes the bonuses that you just saw.
And they've got some, they've got some support there. So I wanted to make sure they're there, that they are supported through this process. Process.
Absolutely, absolutely. I mean, and you know people all the time, they say, well, Laura, how do I work with you deeper? What, what else can I do with you? I, you know, you're going to give me a protocol that I can do it myself. If you want to work with me deeper, that's available too. But what we wanted to create here was a way that you could do this on your own at a really affordable way.
So, so they're also asking about interaction with, they want to know, like how it is the interaction with your team. Like do they have access to ask questions after their, the consult? Like, what, what is that? That?
Oh, yeah, okay. Yeah, definitely. You can just send us an email if you know, after you get your protocol and after you have your consultation, if you have any questions, just send us an email with your questions. That's not a problem. And people who want to work deeper, that's available too. I mean, we run group programs and all kinds of things. But that's. That's something that's available to, you know, that if you want more from us, you can have more.
So somebody's asking if they purchase it now, but they don't want to take the test. Like, right now. Like, if they want. Or if they want to take the test and start the protocol later. Is that. I know the second question. Question. If you want to take a test now and start the protocol later, you could, but things might have changed a little bit. But they want to know if they get the test now and they can't take it now. Like, is there a time frame that they have to do that on?
Nope. You could. So we. This happens all the time. We get people who buy a test from us, and then they sit on it for a couple of months because they've got something going through something, or they're doing something, or something comes up in their family. That test is good. If the box expires or. So they test. You have an expiration date. Just call us. We'll send you a new one. If it expires. Buyers, it's not a big deal.
And then they're asking how they test you guys. I mean, let me just tell you. I was scared of doing a poop test. It's a poop test. I'm just gonna. I'm just get used to it. It's a poop test. They make it really easy to collect. Like, you don't have to deal with. You're not touching your poop. You're nothing like that. It's like a little container. The poop comes out. And, yes, you mail your poop in the mail. Who knew that you can mail poop through the mail? And my. My bigger question is, who's going through the poop when they get it? I don't. I haven't even. My mind has gone down rabbit holes on that one. But, yes, it's a poop test that gets mailed, and they're going to analyze it, and then you'll get the full report.
Okay, so Audra is asking, can any of this help with someone who has cancer? Oh, yes. We have lots of people who go through this who actively have cancer. I always will give the disclaimer that I recommend that you bring your oncologist in on what you're doing. You know, I'm not substituting your cancer doctor, but we have lots of people who run gut protocols alongside of what they're doing for their cancer treatments, so. Absolutely. Oh, my gosh. There's questions in Q and A also. So let's see, let's see.
You stay on the chat, Laura. I'll find the Q and A's. I got it.
Okay.
Okay. High histamine. So high histamines. High histamine problems are mostly due to gut imbalance. So we need to support your gut health to fix your histamine problem. Histamines are a toxin and a bacteria and parasite and candida problem. How many consults do you get for the price? You get one. Get one consultation. Live with us to go through your test results.
How do you know if you have somebody's asking after the protocol is given, how do you get follow up care with your team?
Team.
She answered that. That's through email. You do you have to pay for another test after the protocol to see if you want another test? You could pay for that after the protocol to see that you're going to instantly feel better though though. So you're going to know just from that alone that you feel better. So Laura, do they pay for a test plus consult again if they want another test later? How does that work?
So you can get another gut test if you'd like. But like Natalie said, most the time people don't need another gut test. In fact, I recommend if you have limited resources that we next step for you once we've done your gut healing would be organic acids or toxin testing. I mean that I want to really spend your money wisely if you're going to do more testing.
That'll be class number two.
Yep. Somebody did ask, does this include organic acids? No, this is not an organic acids test. Organic acids is a different test. That's a urine test. That could be a whole nother class that I teach, but we do organic acid tests in my programs quite frequently.
Another question, is this a safe protocol if they have pre existing things like hypertension, cholesterol or diabetes issues all the.
Time and we work with people all the time that have these issues issues. And you also should let your doctor know that you're going to be doing these protocols and you should have all your levels monitored because this is what happens. You start doing this and all of a sudden your blood pressure drops, your blood sugar drops, your cholesterol drops and then your medication needs to be adjusted. So you need to be, your doctor needs to be in the know that you're doing any type of functional medicine program because pharmaceuticals will need to be adjusted.
Carol is asking, I have to get a colonoscopy. Ma. Should I wait? Carol, I'm Gonna. I'm not even Laura, but I'm gonna say no. I'll tell you why. Because all this will make your colonoscopy easier because you're going to get, literally get stuff out. Get stuff out. So that's easier. I did the. I didn't do a colonoscopy, but I did the other one. There's a colon. I forgot what it's called. Colon guard test. And I did that in the same time span. So you can do that. So I wouldn't wait. I think it'll make your colonoscopy and your prep for it a lot easier.
Oh, totally. So I have. It's so funny we bring this up. So I have people all the time that are doing a colonoscopy in the middle of a gut screening, and these are people that maybe have had colon cancer and they're getting frequent gut colonoscopies and their, and their colonoscopy, you know, doctor or practitioner will say, that was the easiest and the best colonoscopy you've ever had. Or, you know, oh, your, your polyps are shrinking or your, your inflammation is gone. I mean, we see that all the time. Yeah, no worries anywhere in the United States. And it doesn't matter if you're in New York. This is why, you know, when you order, we know what state you're from. And if you're in New York, we will. We have a special way to get your test to you.
We're also having a question. It says after they want to know if they'll see if they have leaky gut or H. Pylori. Yes, you will see all of that on the test. You could see leaky gut and H. Pylori on the test.
So leaky gut, we can know, especially by your secretary, iga. And it's. So you're looking for patterns on the test. So there's not one good number for leaky gut. And it's a myth that zonulin is a great leaky gut marker. It actually can be normal with leaky gut and it can be elevated with normal gut. That's why I don't love that. And so we're looking at a whole pattern in picture, and we're looking at your symptoms and your current diagnoses and the patterns that we see on your gut test.
In just a minute, we're going to keep taking questions, but we're going to show a testimonial video. Do you have that ready, Laura, to show that video? Okay, we're going to. Because I want you the reason I want you to hear this from other people, not just us. And then when we come back, we'll continue answering questions. And I also want to answer like, I don't want to leave you hanging if this is not the right time. I don't want to feel have you pressured into this. But I do want you to know this not in that same tone. We are. Half of the spots are taken. Actually, more than half. We've got 51 of the spots taken, so we accurately have 49 left. And this is going to go out to other people. So if you're thinking about it, I would jump on it and do it. But I also am not trying to make you feel bad if you don't want it. So I want you to hear from these people. And then we're going to come back and answer even more questions on, like, things you can do on your own and things like that as well.
This is so amazing. Somebody asked, will I be hungry doing this? Jay Ford. No, that's my home. Whole point is we don't want to be. If you've already gotten your test, please, please say in the chat so we can celebrate with you. There's 51 of you on here, so let's see your names. Because I'm looking at emails, so I'd like to. I'd like to see your name.
And I typed a few in the chat, but there are definitely 51.
Let's see who else got it. We cannot wait to talk to you. Sonia, Tiffany, Jill.
Yay.
Deanna, Mandy. Congratulations, Mandy. Got it. Rachel. Jackie.
Yes.
I'm a hangry girl. Jay Ford says, so funny.
You guys. You know what an interesting, fun side effect of this thing on during the week, I asked Laura, I'm like, do you lose your appetite doing this? And she's like, you do. I'm like, what? Like, I was wondering why I wasn't hungry. I'm not very hungry. That's just, like, a nice little side perk. I'm just eating my meals because it's time to eat my meal, not because I'm, you know, like, ravenous and wanting to stuff my face.
Yeah, yeah, totally. I want to get it, but I'm trying to get my question answered. Okay, what's her question?
We're missing a question. Yeah, I want to get it. I just. Does it help? Thyroid issues? Don is asking.
Okay, so thyroid, yes.
And nailah, type your question again so I can see what you're asking.
So this is not a thyroid test. You. If you think you have Thyroid issues. You should get a thyroid test, and I would recommend that you work with a functional medicine doctor in your area because they'll want to prescribe if you need thyroid medicine and all of that. I like working with naturopaths for thyroid, by the way. And this will help thyroid because we're knocking down inflammation in your body and reducing the amount of toxins. So we're pulling. I didn't. You know, we're pulling toxins out of your body gently while we're doing this as well, which is one of the reasons that my protocol is so different than most people's is we are already taking toxins out, and this is critical. Critical to remove toxins, because we are living in a toxic world. Who knows that, like, we are literally getting rained on with toxins. Okay, so, Neela, what is your question? You're trying to get my question answered. I don't know what your question is. There's so many.
I took the test over a year ago. Do I need to take it again? Yes, you would have to take it again, Neil. Over a year. Things have changed in your gut biome, so it's not going to be accurate.
Yeah, totally.
Right now.
So those of us who, you know, really are working hard on this, oftentimes we'll do a test and every six.
Months, I mean, does it with herbs and natural remedies. Not prescriptions.
No prescriptions. No, no, no. Yes. Seasonal allergies has been one of my worst things, you guys. I used to take Allegra every single day of my life. Every single day. For years. For a decade, probably. First it was Claritin, then it was Allegra, and I don't take any of it anymore. My seasonal allergies are.
Lord. Do we have the video to show, or do we need somebody to. I want to get that. We're going to keep answering in the will, and we'll type it in the chat while the video is playing, but I want you to hear from a few other people that actually went through the protocols, because you've only heard from me that went through it.
Yeah.
Can you hear it?
Yes.
Yay.
Just turn it louder.
I was, like, desperate, but I didn't quite know I was desperate because I.
Just was, like, living. Like, I just got to keep going.
Day by day by day by day. And what I was most pleasantly surprised about and working with Laura was actually how easy it was to fit everything into my life, because it really wasn't that much. It was just, like, a few simple steps that I could Take little by little and kind of add it on to my routine. Now, like, when I wake up, I don't.
My body, like, doesn't hurt all the time.
And I still am very stressed about.
My level of work, but I don't have, like, anxiety. I can, I feel like I can.
Handle it a lot better. It may feel like, oh my gosh, it's so much, but it really is not that much. And Laura just has a way of, like, holding your hand, guiding you through it, and being like, here's what we're going to do.
You know, step one is this, step.
Two is this, step three is this. And then just supporting you all the way. Maybe you're like me and you're like, I just don't know, know how I can, you know, fit one more thing in. And Laura makes it easy to do that.
Before I met Laura, I was just so frustrated and disappointed with myself. My parents had gone through health issues and I had used emotional eating and gained a bunch of weight. So I had been stuck for two years at my highest weight, which was 236 pounds. I hated shopping for clothes because I had such a tough time finding clothes that fit. I'd take you 15 pairs of pants and maybe find one pair of, you know, fast forward. Here I am three years later, almost released over 80 pounds. And honestly, when I worked with Laura, the first goal would be to get under 200 as an adult. I never weighed less than 175. And I remember getting there and feeling pretty amazing. And Laura's like, no, you can keep going. So I just kept going because it wasn't hard. I was eating really great food. I was never hungry. I felt amazing. So 25 more pounds later, I never would have dreamed I would weigh less than £150. But it happened. And she believed in me before I believed in myself. You might start out thinking you're just losing weight, but I, I would say it really transforms your life. Or as someone who cares so deeply, I don't know another person that I've seen care as deeply as you do about your mind.
The way that you show up is unparalleled.
And so for anyone who's like, okay, is she really going to be there?
Like, yeah, she's one of those people.
Like, I can't believe how much she has on her plate. And she still is there for me, you know, like, she has so much on place. She's a dedicated wife and mother.
She's got her work, she has a.
Full plate, but she just has A way of making time for everybody that she cares about, including us as her boarding.
And it's.
And so I would say, if you know that this is something that you've been wanting, and you're like, I want to get to my root cause. I want to be on a call, like, they're sharing my story, you know, to help other people, to make a difference for other people. You're like, I want to finally release this weight and not be on the, you know, roller coaster anymore. Or if you have any other, you know, health issues that you're just not wanting to deal with anymore, or you want to be preventative because maybe you've had loved ones that you've lost. So I just say, why not choose yourself now, not put it off anymore. It'll be the best investment that you've made. I do have a lot more energy. I am sleeping a little better. I'm sleeping more hours throughout the night, and it is more of a restful sleep. I do find that I've lost weight. I think I've lost about 10 to 12 pounds. Yes. And everyone is noticing. They're noticing that my hips are going down. So my hips are going down my stomach, and they're noticing in my face and in my neck. Neck. So I'm really happy about that. Happy that I'm sleeping a little bit better, and I really do want to lose some more weight. Well, I. I have to tell everybody how lucky I am. I put the. The menus and the shopping list on the counter, and my husband went and shopped. So he's cooking for me. And he commented that the menu are the most unbelievable thing he's come across. And he's a great cook. I mean, just the food tastes so unbelievable with all the different seasonings and the suggestions. He's blown away. And, in fact, we were sitting at dinner tonight. I looked at his hands, and they've been, you know, very thick over the years. And we detoxed last year, and his hands went down, and he was starting to swell up again a little, and his knees were starting to bother him more. And I looked at him today, and.
I said, look at your hands.
He said, your fingers that are getting thin again. And he says, I know. And he says, my knees, too.
Corey's lost 15 pounds. Corey, come off mute for a second. Hi, Corey.
Hi.
Okay, let's hear it.
What have I done?
Yes. How are you feeling? You've lost.
I'm feeling great. My mood is much better.
It's warmed my heart that my kids.
Have even Noticed they're like, mom, you're.
Happy, and I'm sleeping good. Yeah.
I don't know. I can't thank you enough.
It's been great.
I followed the protocols, and I even.
Went on vacation to Mexico for a week and enjoyed myself, and I came back and I didn't gain any weight.
So.
Yeah.
Congratulations.
Let's talk about what changed.
So talk about what's improved, because I.
Know when you first came to us.
There was a level of anxiety there.
That was really debilitating for you.
So tell me a little bit more about what's changed for you so we can kind of think about what you have to do next to get back home.
And I would say the anxiety has probably gone. Gone from like a 10, but, you know, super, like, overwhelming down to like a four or five. So that's amazing. It's not debilitating anymore. It's still there. And it.
But.
But I also know that that is my job is to work with my body and my vagus nerve and do all of my own healing as well. So I think, you know, it's a.
It's.
It's a combination. But that has reduced. My sleep is really so much better. When I first started this, I was having night sweats every single night, and I had been for years, and I just never slept very well. Whereas now I'm sleeping really well, and I kind of wake up, and my husband's like, how did you sleep? And I'm like. Like a log. And I never say that, so that's a massive win. And my. My tummy, obviously I've had that tummy bug, but, you know, I didn't end up having to take antibiotics. After we spoke the next day, it. It felt so much better. And I think doing my colonics and doing all my other stuff helped it.
On your own?
Yeah, I did good.
Kay. How are you doing? I'm doing good. Excellent. What are you celebrating? Definitely better sleep.
All consistent, better sleep.
Energy and.
The desire to do things that I want to do, like the quilting and other things.
Have that desire.
It.
I have as much time, but I have the desire.
I love that. This is one of the huge breakthroughs that people have, is that the things you. That once gave you joy, that you love to do start to feel like that again. And part of it is because all of your energy and focus doesn't need to be on surviving through your day. And so now you have space to actually enjoy your life, and that's the goal. Congratulations, you two. Jeff, I'd Love to hear from you. While I have you on, I'd love to hear from you. What's been the biggest change for you through your open, clear, rebuild protocol. What are you celebrating the, the change here?
Well, I guess there's, there's multiple things. One, the, I guess the GI system, the flow bowel movements are easier, better, inconsistent. The anxiety level is improved. There's still some cases where I would get a little anxious, but not as bad as it was and not as often as it was. I guess overall sleep is, has improved some and I guess my endurance for exercise. I'm training where I have a marathon and, and it seems to be going pretty well along with a lot of weightlifting. I'm not having the crashes like I used to.
Amazing. I remember that was one of your big goals, was that you wanted to have endurance while you've exercised. And I remember telling you that professional athletes use these protocols because it does help so much. I'm so thrilled for you. Congratulations. My purpose in joining Laura was just to be proactive with my health. I didn't even really understand, understand how the gut was related possibly to my emotional stability. I did everything Laura said and I've got adhd.
I'm not a very good follow through.
Or sometimes and I was like, I'm committing. I am doing all the things. This is what she gave me. I'm going for it.
No kidding.
Two weeks later, after the supplement protocol and the dietary changes, my life was the same on paper, like exactly the same mirror image. But the experience was a hundred percent different. This shift for me was drastic. I, I was sleeping better. I used to wake up three times a night, every night. And I would struggle falling asleep. I was now falling asleep easier. I was waking up refreshed, like really refreshed and ready to conquer my day. I was able to enjoy my kids. I feel like my kids got their mom back, back and I got my life back. Yay, you're here. I'm so glad to see you. Hi, Alicia. Hey there. So let's talk about the difference that toxin removal can make in someone's health. So you are a longtime client of mine and you actually are still working with me. So first thing you did was you finished your three month root gut program and you went on to my detoxing program where we identified your mycotoxins from your mold exposure. You had multiple industrial chemicals and toxins from your environment and body products, products and we worked on clearing those out. And now you're on your final stage of detoxing. And immune support. And I know you're feeling great, so tell us a little bit about what it's meant to you to identify those toxins and clear them out. What is life like now for you?
So, you know, when I came to.
You, Laura, it was like, I was.
Devastated that I could not keep up with my kids, and I have little people still.
And now it's like, before, I would feel like I'd have to go take.
A nap, and they'd want to go.
Mommy, can you go play with me?
And now it's like, yes, I can go play with you.
Of course I can go play with you.
I thought something was wrong with me. Like, as I'm growing my business, it was like, oh, my gosh, I just have all these big dreams, but, like, I'm too tired. And so now it's like, I can't wait. Like, I'm running at full speed, and.
I can't wait to do the next thing.
And it's just the energy level is so much better. And there were so many things. I was everything that you described, and I didn't even know I was all of those things until I wasn't. So it's. It's. It's. That's so empowering. That's huge. It's because you get used to living a certain way, so you have. You don't even realize the symptoms you have because you feel like it's normal. It's gone on for so long, you.
Forget what normal was.
Yeah. Yeah. I had no idea. Like, I'm like, oh, my gosh, I don't have pain anymore. This is amazing. Yeah. And. Yeah. And pain. And you were only 43 when we started. Pain. Joint pain. At 43. Yeah, I was actually. Yeah, like, 40. 42. Am I 43 now? 42. Yeah. So 43 now. Yeah, 42 when you did it. So we also work with Neil, your husband, and everybody. Neil is a firefighter, and I don't know if you all are aware of this, but firefighters are exposed to a very high level of toxins because they're exposed to burning buildings, and they inhale the burning chemicals in building materials and melting metal. And he went through a massive detox as well, and he had a huge improvement in his stamina and energy. So what's it like to be sharing a life with Neil now that he did the toxic work, Alicia? Well, you know what? It's really cool because, you know, when he was first doing it, he's like, I don't know if I really feel the difference. But now what we realize is how.
Much deeper he's sleeping. And so of course his mood is better because he's more rested.
And I'm sorry, I didn't have my. Can't. I don't have a camera. So it keeps flipping back and forth. And so he's more rested and he has always been someone who just goes.
And goes and goes, but I find that he's just. His mood is more stabilized and so.
Good. And when his mood is stable, you're in partnership together, right? Yeah. Yeah. So amazing, Alicia. Thank you so much, everybody. It is so amazing that Alicia took time out of her day. She's a busy mom, busy entrepreneur. I texted her last minute and said, would you come to me, talk to this audience and tell them, you know, your experience with toxin removal. My goal is that all of you find somebody to work with to help you with toxins. It's literally life changing. If you appreciated Alicia coming on, just give her some love in the chat right now. Thank you so much, Alicia, for sharing. Thank you. You're welcome.
All right, we're going to pause it because I see a lot of questions coming through and I want to make sure that we're answering these. Laura, they've got a lot of questions about how closely they work with you. I've been trying to answered in the chat that you have personally handpicked and trained your team that's helping with this and I know you oversee all of that, but I want to make sure that we're answering those questions. And then somebody asked to add to that something about. They said, nadalie, I'm in docusign. Done. You, you say message the team, will they give me an email or number? So if you could just. They want to know like how they're getting supported after the fact.
Yeah. So you should be getting an email from us with all the instructions. If anything doesn't make sense, just email support Laura frontero.com and the team will drop that email into the chat right now. Support Laura frontera.com and we will hold your hand through all of it. So no worries. You are fully supported. And also if you have questions after you go through your consultation, you would just email support Laura frontero.com with any questions you have about your protocol.
Is alcohol allowed while we're building?
That's a great question. So how fast do you want to rebuild dory alcohol?
How important is this to you?
Alcohol is super dehydrating and it is, it is sugar. So alcohol feeds parasites and, and candida and yeast. Now, not all alcohol is created equal. Of course, there's some that are worse than others. You know, wine is a pretty bad one. Something like straight vodka is. Is not quite as bad, but all of it is dehydrating. There's a reason Natalie doesn't drink.
What about coffee?
You can have coffee. I mean, I'm not one of those people that says you cannot have coffee in order to restore your gut. I have one perfect cup every day. And what I will say is, make sure your coffee is mold free. Third party tested for mold free. But you can have a cup of coffee.
And then they want to know, are the people on your team NPs? What are their credentials? How much are you trying to train them?
I am the only NP on my team. Everybody else on my team is health coaches. They're personally trained by me.
But you're. But Laura oversees all the protocols. I just want to be really clear about that. It's all her proprietary protocol, so she's overseeing all of that.
And, I mean, I meet my team every day and we talk about clients and what they need and if. If there's. So here's the thing. People think, well, I'm really unique and special and there's no way they're going to be able to help me. So no worries because my team will regularly message me and say, hey, I talked to this really unique, special person today and this is what they were experiencing and this is what we should do for them. Is there anything you would add? So that happens all the time.
People are freaking out over the mold coffee. So can you. Can you elaborate for a minute there? Like, where.
Yeah, so lifeboost, that's the coffee that I like. So you want mold free coffee? Coffee is one of the heaviest mold mold crops, and it's where a lot of our mycotoxins come from. So just get. There's different brands out there. But I like Life Boost. Right now, coffee is worse than tea, Lillian. But tea is problematic for other toxins. So, yeah, loose leaf tea is going to be your best, and then it's coming from a clean source. No, tea doesn't have as much of a problem. Is the protocol a diet? So when I talk about protocol, I'm talking about Open Clear Rebuild is a supplement, supplement protocol that's tailored to you based on your symptoms, goals, and test results. And that's my process that nobody else I know has my process. This is the way that I do it. And this is after. This is after doing it the way that they teach you in functional medicine school? That doesn't actually work. I mean, this is what Natalie experienced. So she started a protocol that would have been the way that I was taught to do it in the beginning. And after dropping people's energy and making them feel like crap, I realized that there was a missing step. And we need to prep your body to be able to clear toxins, to clear infections. And as soon as Natalie did what I told her to do, it cleared up and she feels good.
I had to go through my brain of, like, arguing that it's not going to. I did what a lot of you guys are doing, like, well, but there's this and there's that and there's this and then. And Laura was very patient with me. She was very patient. She just waited. And then I came to my own conclusion that, yes, she's right. So what she's doing is great. Can this help with asthma and sinuses?
Oh, totally. Yeah. Like I shared earlier, I had terrible asthma or terrible sinus allergy problems and took Allegra every day.
So can we walk through, like, how they're going to feel like day one? Like, how would they feel week one? Like, what they can expect?
Yes, but I have to redress this hair loss thing. So this is one of the side effects that my clients tell me all the time is my hair is growing back. This happens because the way that I have this protocol set up and the way that you are nourishing your body and pulling toxins gently at the same time as you fix your gut, your hair starts to regrow. So you get all this little tiny hair growth and it's so exciting. So, yeah. So how you're going to feel? So in the first week, I expect your energy levels to start going up. Within week two, I expect you to start realizing that I. I wake up more rested. I don't have an energy slump in the middle of the afternoon moon. By the end of the first month, I expect most people have lost a couple of pounds, if not five. I can't make any promises, but most people are starting to shed weight because their body feels safe. A lot of weight is that we lose in the beginning is water weight because. Because we hold on to water in order to dilute toxins. So the solution to pollution is dilution. We probably remember that from. From science class, class. So when your body feels safe to let go of toxins, which we're doing in phase one, you start releasing and you start releasing toxins, you start releasing fluids, you start releasing weight, you will your Families within. Within month, two, like, so we're talking five, six weeks in. Your family is going to really start noticing that there's something different about you. You're going to start being participatory on weekends and being happier and more joyful and. And more fun to be around because you're less moody and less cranky and less anxious. You heard. You know, Jane, the one with the British accent in the testimony, she. Her main thing was anxiety. When she came to me, and she literally can function, it was debilitating for her. And she functions so strong now in her life. By the way, she. She also is a cancer story where she's going through this at the same time as breast cancer. So I have people asking me about cancer treatments and cancer and can you do this? And it's yes. Okay, what else do we have here? It's hitting the 35 ERA of oh, my God, how many days do I. Lillian, I hope you. I hope you're doing this with us.
Well, I think it's more than just eliminating contact. Like, it's about getting your body ready so that it's. So, like some of the stuff I had Laura said to me, I want to figure out why your body was not just getting rid of this on its own. So that's the thing. Like, we're going to get in contact with things, but if your body's lined up right, if your gut is healthy, if all that thing, everything is working right, you're not going to have that problem. They keep coming back. That's what I understood. Laura, you can correct me if I'm wrong. So it's not like you have to get rid of their cats. You're going to address the root cause, and then you don't have that problem.
Yeah, I want you to keep your pets. By the way, we can use our protocols with pets, too. That's a secret. We can use these protocols with babies, pets at smaller doses. But a lot of people in my. In my programs are asking me, like, what can I do to help my pet? Yes, you can help your pets with this. No way you're getting ready for a baby.
Yeah, I know. I'm not getting rid of mine either. So you don't do that.
Yeah. So autoimmune. So if you have auto, you need gut, Selena. So, yes, autoimmunity is leaky gut. I mean, that is one of the root causes of autoimmunity. And this is going to help. Help energy for sure.
How long once they sign up to this take to get the test yeah.
So we send it out right away. So as long as the mail takes. So it's usually three to five days, depending on where you're at. And if you're in Europe, we're sending. We have a European center where we send from. And Canada's so close to us, it just goes over the border. Help her. So your daughter, your daughter had a recent psychosis in the autism spectrum. So. So the protocols that I run are often used by people who work, many of my colleagues who work with autism and a lot of people use these same protocols on their kids. So I've consulted several children in this process and yeah, it may be able to help. Of course, we can't make any promises, Patsy, but oftentimes psychosis is linked to parasites and bacteria. Absolutely.
Three.
I have three pets, all with allergy issues and kids with skin issues. Well, they need a separate test. Well, so everybody's a little bit different with their lifetime exposures. So, Rebecca, I recommend the humans in your household have this test. We don't run it on pets, but I recommend that your kids. Your kids. So the question. The. The question is a very good one. I see different results on family members numbers, and it all depends on their genetics and their exposures. And even though you live in the same household, you might process things differently and you may also have different exposures. Yeah.
Okay.
Okay.
I have a question for those of you that are on. You're still interested? We've been on almost two. A little over two hours. I love that you're hanging on for the information. Those of you that are on the fence, what can we answer for you to help. Help make your decision? Yay or nay? Because honestly, like, this doesn't have to be for everybody. This is not necessarily for everybody, but I want to help you. If you are here and you're saying, you know what, I'm still thinking, but I've got this coming up for me. Let us know what that is so we can support you there. Worrying about following the protocol during the summer events. Okay. Krista. What I can tell you, I was too, until I got the protocol, because it's literally just adding things in, in so I don't have to eliminate things. I'm just doing my normal diet the way that I normally eat. I'm eating well and I'm adding in, taking these herbs and these supplements with it. And I'm just following the regimen of what she laid out for me. So it's not hard. So I'm taking those with breakfast and I'm taking them with dinner and I'm taking a few things right now before bed. Now, as I progress, there's like different times that it changes things like that. But it's just taking those supplements in addition to things.
Absolutely. So I work with lots and lots of busy moms, entrepreneurs, people who are CEOs, big biz, own big businesses, and the last thing they have time to do is worry about their whole butt healing strategy. And so we, we make this easy. And you know, it's like, it's, it's like for the first week you're going to look at it and go, oh, there's some extra stuff I need to do. And then it just becomes a routine, it becomes part of life and it's not a big deal.
The reason there's not a payment plan, I just want to explain this, is that she is paying for the test upfront. Like that's. The test is an actual physical product that gets ordered. It's a medical test. So that's, that is not covered. Plus you're paying for the consult. So we can't stretch that out on a payment plan. It wouldn't, it wouldn't work. And she already super generously knocked 500 off the price for this group here. So there's not. That was in place of the payment plan. Someone wants to know about a breastfeeding mom. Can they take these supplements, breastfeeding or no?
So I would recommend that you hold off until you're done breastfeeding.
Because if you're breastfeeding, it's a no for now. Unless you want to buy it and wait.
You could buy it and use it later when you're done breastfeeding. Exactly. And then Lillian said she's wondering if she's got enough wrong with her now. That is fascinating. Why, why would you wait until more things are wrong with you? Because if anything's wrong with you now, more things are, are coming. That's what I know for sure. Unless something shifts, more things are coming. And so the other thing is you don't realize everything that's wrong with you. And those people that were talking, they had all these aha moments where they came in for one problem and then other problems cleared up that they weren't even expecting or we had. We tend to normalize how we feel, right, Natalie? We feel like, oh, this is just normal part of aging, when actually not. And so, so the, the feeling lousy becomes a normal way of being. So I would say do it, Lillian. Be preventive and figure out what can, what Things you've normalized. Okay, See what others.
My sister. Oh, somebody said, I think I just missed something. Yeah, I and I don't want anyone. So here can Laura, can you help if like someone's like, I cannot do the test right now. I'm not doing test. Is there some basic things that you recommend that they at least start doing while they're waiting to be able to do this later? What are some basic things you would suggest that they do?
Well, I would suggest. So if you're waiting to do the test, you're going to buy the test and you're going to wait. I would suggest you jump in with the free bonuses that I'm giving with this because you can start shifting your diet, you can start cleaning up your environment, you can start tracking on that tracker. It tracks like your whole day, your whole routine to start building new habits. So I absolutely think that this will support you greatly. I'm giving you like the gut guide that comes with the bonuses is like as if I opened my brain and dumped it out for you. So yes, there's a recipe guide, but also there is a whole guide on gut health and all the basics about gut health and the things you absolutely need to know to move the dial. And I've put a bunch of natural things that you can do in there. Even before you get a gut test or take some supplements, the bonuses are given to you, Val, when you, when you sign up, it's in the email. So in one, you're going to get two emails, one saying your purchase has gone through and get a second email from my assistant, Angelica. And at the bottom of that email is a link with your bonuses.
Let's see.
I would do this in a minute if I was sure it would drastically improve your memory issues. So, Esther, unfortunately, just like with anything, we can't guarantee that it is going to drastically improve that. But I will tell you, I, I, I had two issues, right? I, that I knew about. I knew about my blood sugar issue and I knew about my issue with my estrogen dominance. I did not connect it. What I didn't realize is how many other things were being affected. Like when Laura looked at my report, she said, like, I can't believe you actually feel as good as you do. Like you've got all these things going on. So what's possible for you? You don't even know yet until you. Because there's no way you're going to feel worse. Like when you get rid of things that don't belong in our body, body and you start giving it the support that you need. There's no way to feel worse. Like, you're going to feel better. So part of the reason that your memory is going could be changing could be a lot of different variables. And when you start supporting all of them, there's. It's not going to get worse, basically. But unfortunately, there's no way to guarantee something's going to happen because unless she's there, making sure you take the protocol and you do it and all the things every day. It's hard to make a guarantee like that.
Yeah. So on. So I want to say real quick to Patsy, congratulations. She bought it for her daughter.
I love that, Patsy.
So many people get it for their family members, too. I've talked to whole, entire families before. So what I want to say about the memory issue. I paused the testimonies, right. The next testimony was from a client of mine who had gone through five rounds of chemotherapy and she had lost her brain function. It just was horrible. And she was. She was a corporate. She had a big job. And she would always remember the fine details about everyone. 1. And once she went through the protocols, the fine details came back. And this was so important in her work. And she just. One of her biggest breakthroughs was that her brain was feeling so much better. But like Natalie said, I can't guarantee it, but I can tell you over and over and over again, people's brains get better. Remember, there's a brain gut connection. Your brain and gut are connected. And remember that your parasites and your bacteria are stealing your neurotransmitters. The neurotransmitters are like that. They send signals to your brain for communication with your nervous system. So everything works better when you solve this. Okay, I'm laughing at some of the.
Questions, like, how do we drop the poop sample? I had all those same questions, Jay. Board. I had all the same questions. There's a box of the label. It's super easy. And then you can have UPS pick it up or you can drop it off any place that takes ups. And you literally can send shit through the mail.
I have no idea. Idea.
I had no idea that you could do that. But it's packaged and protected, and yes, you send it off.
So, Patsy, I have a client that I worked with who had inflammatory bowel disease, who. She would have terrible diarrhea and she couldn't leave her house very much because it was so bad. And that was one of the first things that cleared up for her. So that's important on your. On Your protocol or on your consultation with us, we're going to talk to you about what your symptoms are and if you're having constipation or diarrhea or something.
Something.
Well, we're going to support you right then and there and tell you how to solve that. So a diarrhea problem is solved, different than a constipation problem. And that's how this protocol is also personalized to you. So we're going to give you support on how to solve those things. It's a great comment.
I did a test like this through my functional medicine. There's lots of different GI tests and there's. I did one that showed me absolutely nothing, by the way. So I think it's particularly like the test that you actually are doing. Laura uses like the best of the best. She's always updating what she's using. The one she's using right now, now is, is top notch. But it's not just a test. It's how you're. Who's interpreting the test and what's the protocol they're giving you with the tests.
And I'll tell you, there's do it yourself tests that you can get online that don't tell you all those markers. That's why I showed you the markers of Deborah's test. Remember I was showing you her gluten marker and her, her immune system marker. And so all of those are specific to practitioner tests. You can do test tests, you know, that are cheap, like a hundred bucks, that give you like, oh, this is what good bacteria are living in your gut, which is like a nice Trivial Pursuit conversation, dinner conversation, but it's not going to help you get better or some that tell you, oh, if you take this test, we can tailor your probiotics to you. Are you kidding me? You're. That's such a joke. Your, your gut bacteria can change from hour to hour and week to week depending on what stunt.
I'm all for customized supplements, but you can, you can customize iron or like what you need and hormones of course, and vitamin D, but you can't customize your gut health.
Yeah, you can't, Patsy. No pun intended. It's shitty in public. Right?
I know, I was making all kinds of jokes like, that's a shitty job. Whoever has to go through that. That's a crappy. That's a crappy thing to mail.
Yeah, you never know when it will happen. Okay.
This is not an allergy sensitivity test, but it will tell you what is. If you have flare ups from Things like, it'll tell you that.
So I want to share something right now. So Esther's talking about how she's been a flight attendant for 30 years. Okay, you guys, I'm going to explain a concept to you. It's really important. Anybody who lives on planet Earth is going to be exposed to toxins. And anybody like Esther who works in an environment where you're exposed to fuel and other toxins, it's going to be even more of an accumulation. In order to get toxins out of your body. Body, hear me on this. You must create a Runway. You must create a pathway for those toxins to safely get out. And that pathway is created with my Open, Clear, Rebuild protocol. This is the foundational work that I do with every person, whether they just want to. They just want to stop at that or they want to do deeper toxin work. So the last person talking before I stopped the testimonial video was Alicia, and she was talking about her toxin removal and her husband's toxin removal removal. They had gone through Open, Clear, Rebuild, and they had such success, they decided to continue on with me and keep doing deeper toxin work, which is available to you after you've done Open, Clear, Rebuild. And we just keep layering in and removing toxins. So is the exit gentle or will it.
In the.
Or. Are you an or? Nurse G. Awesome. So our. You were hilarious. Our plan is to get you not doing that anymore. So we want gentle. So my whole approach is gentle. I mean, literally, I'm texting Natalie in the morning, going, tell me how you feel this morning. How was your poop? How was your. Because I want to know that she's feeling okay and that it's gentle. Because every. And the reason I was asking her that is because she went off on her own and tried something else that I told her not to, because Natalie, Natalie, the type personality she is, she needs to learn it for herself. And so I was checking in to make sure that she's doing good now, because we want gentle. I want her to not feel like she's going through a healing process. Yeah. Okay. So Lillian there. So, Lillian, I'm just curious if you're open to tell me how much you spent on your. On your food test, because that will tell me a lot about whether or not it was a good test. So the cheaper tests are just that, they're cheap. So in the food intolerance testing world, cheap tests are cheap. In order to do accurate food intolerance testing, you need to go down to the peptide level, and most People need to spend around $1,500 for the really good food intolerance testing. So if you didn't spend $1,000 on your food intolerance testing, you probably got crappy food intolerance testing.
Testing.
This is not what this. What this class is about, but I just want to address that. Damn it. She says, was it a couple hundred bucks or 100 bucks? It's not worth it. Yeah, yeah, I did.
I've done so many of those food tasks, it's so hard to tell what's. Actually, I'm like. But I don't have a problem with that.
Food peptide. Peptide. Peptides are smaller than proteins, everybody. It's the building blocks of proteins. Okay, Val wants to know if she.
Should take the test. That's a good question, actually. She's traveling to El Salvador in June. Should she take the test now and start protecting herself and before she goes there, or should she get. Wait till she gets back from there?
Yeah, that's a really good question. So your test is going to take, you know, 10 days or so to process. So you're going to. You're going to turn it. You're going to get it in a few days, and then you're going to collect it, and then it's going to take 10 days to process. So now we're in mid May or so when you get that back. Right. Because we're at the end of April right now. And. And then you're going to be leaving. So you get to decide do you want to take your protocol with you on vacation or do you want to wait and see if you get exposed to any weird stuff and then test after? There's no wrong answer here. Depends on what your symptoms are right now and how you feel. It will protect you if you. Natalie's right. If you get on the protocol now, you'll know what I. I personally, Val.
You know me, I would do that. I would do it now because I. I wasn't. I'm not patient, though. Like, I want get this stuff out, get my gut healthy so I can be prepared for whatever else is happening.
Happening.
That's my. That's me.
Somebody here was denied celiac testing. That's ridiculous. That's really weird. Yeah, it's super easy to do. It's a simple blood test to start. And if that's.
Well, that's that. My blood test actually didn't show my celiac. Mine was an endoscopy that showed the damaged villi, but. But just the blood test alone, that's ridiculous to not test for that.
So if there's anything off about the blood test, your symptoms are still bad. Your doctor should do the gold standard endoscopy and. And biopsy. Like. Like Natalie had.
Some of her protocol be protected for. Yes. Facing new bugs. That's really what I feel. That's what somebody, Daniella, wrote that. That's how I. I personally, now that I know about this, like, I'm on mission save my gut. Like restore and save my gut for any place I go so that this doesn't happen again like this.
Let's see.
Any. Any other questions?
Mm.
All right, so we've been on a long time.
I know. I know, you guys. Okay, so here's what I want you all to know next. There are 30 spaces left as of right now. This is going to go out to everybody that registered, so during this week. So these are going to get Phillips. If you're on the fence, I highly suggest doing it while it's the $500 off because it's a great deal. And the main thing I want you to know, too, and the last thing I'm going to tell you, and I've said this before, but I'm going to say it again right now, especially because I'm such a Laura fan and I'm personally walking through her protocol is if you don't trust yourself on this one, trust us, because I am walking through it. I've been sharing every detail of this along the way. Laura is an expert in this.
She.
She studies this like nobody else. She knows all the science behind this. She knows all the possible supplements. She knows all the tests, all the. All the things. You are in such good hands here with her. And before you go looking for the next test on something else and what's causing this problem, what's causing that, do this. Because this could be the missing key to everything. So I'm going to encourage you to do this if you have that question. And this was resonating with you tonight because she did me a huge favor right now doing this for all of you, especially at a discount in between everything else she had going on. I said, please open this up for my audience. This is so important, and I just think it's such a good opportunity for you all. So I want to leave you with that. We'll take a couple quick final questions and then we're going to wrap up. We will send this replay out. You'll have it tomorrow so you can watch it again. I have a feeling these spots will probably be gone by tomorrow. But you could try. If you're on the fence, I would do it tonight.
Yay. Jay. Jay came in.
Amazing.
Congrats.
Thank you. And then.
Yep. So support community. So if you want to go deeper with me, I do have group programs where we meet every week. After you do this gut test, that's the next step. If you want something more than do it yourself. Right. So I'm giving you a protocol that you can execute on your own, and you can have some email support if you want Community that's available to you.
Tomorrowland of the recording will go out tomorrow.
Does this bio website. If you fill that now or later, you can. Can just. Just. You can do it later. It's okay. Let's see here. There was another question I saw. Where. Where was it? Somebody wanted to. Somebody wanted to order for their husband and was asking if they needed a separate email. Has the support team helped that person? Who were you? I saw it. Yes, Landa, Just enter the information. So I think you got the support you needed. No coupon code is needed. Yes. You're rash, Sean. Could be related to a parasite. Sean, I would love to get my hands on your gut. Just saying.
Is that Sean Arshawn?
Yes.
Sean, do it. Stop thinking, Sean. Come on. You know me and Laura. Do it. Do it. Brooks is doing it too. You could do it when he's doing it. See, now, Sean, you and Brooks can send each other pictures. You can have the whole thing. Sean's in.
Okay. I know Sean is. Sean just wants one more reason to hang out with you.
Sean said he's in. He's in. I. I was like, sean, you have to do it. You know, me and Laura, Sibo automatically. Oh, good question. I had. I thought I had Sibo with this.
Yes, it does.
I had Sibo with us.
Yes. Well, you guys have been the most fun audience, I have to say. The best part is all the interaction and all the talking and being on with us, we love it. It fuels us up to keep going and give you the best of the best information that we can. So thank you for being such an amazing audience. Audience. And we really look forward to seeing. You're welcome.
We like poop talk.
I. I never talked about poop before you, Laura. Now we're all poop and parasites.
I'm changing. I'm changing you. You're making me into a Instagram sensation, and I'm gonna make you talk.
You guys, if you haven't seen the funny videos on my Instagram, go look at those immediately after this class. Because you get. You got to see Laura on camera with her stuffed animal and all the things.
Things.
Thanks, you guys.
Thank you.
Have a good night. Bye.
