Neeta Bhushan talks about how unaddressed trauma catches up with you in midlife. She shares insights on vulnerability, healing, and moving past victimhood, drawing from personal experience.
I just said it. And I said, you can leave or you can stay. And I, you know, if you're afraid of uncertainty, I don't know what's going to happen. All of these things. And that was the moment that that true vulnerability, which I talk about in the book as well, is, you know, that suck can sometime, you know, grab us into this victimhood. But what I'm talking about is the moment between that sucked and now what? There's this bridge of vulnerability where you're actually saying, I need help. I can't do this. Al, can you support me? And everyone just took their masks off. And, like, literally, we. We hugged each other. And it was just. It was so powerful because I thought I had to do this thing on my own.
