Let's talk bloating. Where does it come from? There's a few culprits that cause it. Number one. Number one is known allergens. So for many people, things like grains and dairy will cause tremendous amount of bloating. So if that might be you, try taking out of your diet for a few days and see how you feel. Number two, artificial sweeteners. Huge on the bloating aspect. So that is really prevalent in gum, in fake foods, in diet sodas. Artificial sweeteners can cause bloating. The next, being dehydrated. Believe it or not, many of us are walking around chronically dehydrated. And your body holds onto water when you don't drink enough water. So drink some more water and see if that changes things. Next reason eating too much fiber, Too many vegetables, too fast when your body's not used to it. So slow it down, don't stop eating them. Slow it down. Add more water to help process those. And last but not least, hormone shifts. Whether that's because you're in perimenopause or menopause or that time of month.
