What other opportunities are out there that I'm not aware of? And we, we started to look into the whole monopoly analogy. You buy these green houses, right? And you get to a point where you can no longer, no longer buy another greenhouse. You get to trade up for a red hotel. And as we got to that mindset around that, we looked into commercial real estate. And in our commercial real estate, we're now focused in on the traditional commercial, retail, office, medical, government, warehouse, industrial type of assets. And we started to take apart our portfolio and execute what's called a 1031 exchange, and allowed us to take those gains that we made over the years of holding while people paid down our debt. So we had that debt equity in there. We bundled it up, sold off a bunch, wrote it up into larger assets, and from that point forward, we got just as much, if not more cash flow from this one asset while utilizing what we've already achieved, acquired as our vessel to purchase. And it just started the domino effect. So we started taking apart our portfolio, and I believe we're at the point where we're at 10 commercial assets today.
