Welcome everybody. It's me, CJ with WNM Properties and let's discuss least resistance. The path of least resistance rarely gets you the highest and best returns. I have first hand experience with this. There was an incident in the past where I had a team member that was underperforming. The path of least resistance was to not talk or confront this person. Instead, I hoped that things would get better. Oh, I soon found out that that wasn't working. I had to have the hard conversation. I had to face the resistance and break through. I had the conversation and we had to move on from this relationship. I'm grateful I did because profitability came back. You see, facing the resistance is where growth happens.
